Influencer Ash Trevino avoided jail time after pleading guilty to fraud ... but she got hit with a five-figure tab she has to pay back.

The content creator pled guilty to welfare fraud and healthcare fraud earlier this week ... and instead of spending time behind bars, Ash agreed to serve two years of community supervision -- essentially probation.

She will also have to perform 120 hours of community service, complete an anti-theft program, and participate in financial counseling.

Ash has also been ordered to pay $16,799.95 in restitution to the Texas Health and Human Services Commission ... the monthly payments start in September, and they will set her back $780.

Sydney Towle GoFundMe Launched For Family To Honor Late Influencer

Sydney Towle's family is dealing with an "unimaginable loss" following the influencer's tragic death ... while also recieving donated funds to make sure she is remembered.

A GoFundMe was launched for the Towle family by an associate connected to create a memorial bench at Dartmouth College with Sydney's name on it. They said it will allow "loved ones and members of the community a special place to sit, reflect, and remember her." She's an alum.

The GoFundMe says the money will also be used to create a scholarship in Sydney's name at South Fork High School.

Sydney Towle knew what she wanted her final message to be months before she passed ... and it was all about kindness and positivity.

The social media star was talking to Danielle Robay on her "Question Everything" podcast back in November when she was asked what she would want her last message to be.

Sydney said ... "I think I would just remind people ... to treat people with kindness."

She explained she'd given the message some thought, and felt that being kind is "the biggest" thing you can do to make a positive impact on other people.

The influencer tells TMZ ... he thinks he was he was jailed over something petty and believes the alleged victim in his battery case is using his name for money and clout.

Shamar completely denies doing anything wrong during the alleged November 2024 incident and says he plans to plead not guilty. He insists he had nothing to do with the fight and claims people drag him into situations because of his social media fame.

He claims he didn't know the alleged victim, Quentin McDowell, before that night and insists he'd never been involved in any previous incident with him.

Video obtained by TMZ shows multiple cop cars gathered near a Target in Midtown Miami around 5:40 PM. The footage shows the driver's door opening and Celina stepping out before walking toward the front of the vehicle as officers remain close by.

Influencer Sydney Towle accepted her cancer battle was coming to an end ... with her family telling TMZ she was "at peace" in her final days and didn't resist the decision to enter hospice care.

Sydney's brother, Austin, tells TMZ ... after exhausting every available option, Sydney came to terms with her prognosis. He says their mother told him Sydney "wasn't upset" when the conversation turned to hospice and simply accepted it, saying she had done "anything I can."

Austin says Sydney hoped to participate in a clinical trial before making the transition, but ultimately accepted hospice care after realizing there were no remaining treatment options.

He tells us the family is now working through funeral arrangements, though Austin says logistics are still being finalized and no date has been set for a memorial service.

Mexican Influencer Authorities Investigating Live Stream Slaying ... as Killer Remains on Loose

Popular Mexican influencer Cesar Gastelum was brutally killed in a drive-by shooting while livestreaming ... and now government officials say they'll work with local authorities on the shocking case.

The Security Cabinet of the Government of Mexico said via X ... investigators are trying to determine if cartels were involved, and they're working to identify the suspects using surveillance cameras and other evidence.

The statement comes after Mexico President Claudia Sheinbaum was being hammered on X by those who feel she's not doing enough to stop the escalating violence between rival organized crime groups vying for control in Culiacan, the capital ​of Sinaloa, where the murder happened.

Perez Hilton's alarming TikTok live stream caused the platform to speedily alert law enforcement and permanently ban his account, despite reports the stream continued for half an hour, TMZ has learned.

A TikTok U.S. spokesperson tells TMZ ... "Our automated moderation systems flagged the live stream within minutes and routed it to our U.S. moderation team for review. However, a moderator error caused a delay in the removal."

The spokesperson adds ... "We proactively alerted law enforcement to the situation to help get the individual support." TikTok is also pushing back on claims the live stream remained live for roughly 30 minutes, telling us that's "factually wrong."

A popular Mexican influencer was killed while livestreaming by a gunman who drove up on a motorcycle.

The shocking incident went down Tuesday in the Mexican city of Culiacan and was captured by Cesar Gastelum on his live stream before he was shot to death.

The video, posted to Instagram, shows Gastelum hanging out with friends on the street as two men on a motorcycle ride up to them.
