Ousted Miss North Carolina USA Brittany Boltinhouse is gearing up for a legal fight over her lost crown ... with her attorney claiming she was targeted for her Christian faith and conservative political views.

Attorney Patrick Mincey announced Monday his firm is representing Brittany and conducting a comprehensive investigation into the circumstances surrounding her removal ahead of anticipated legal action.

Mincey claims his team has already gathered evidence suggesting pageant officials lacked a legitimate or legal basis to dethrone Brittany, blasting the decision as “cancel culture.”

Prosecutors say influencer Ash Trevino had relationships with over 50 inmates -- including ones in prison for aggravated robbery and murder -- over the past several years ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained court docs filed by Texas prosecutors in connection with her welfare fraud case. In the docs, they claim Ash engaged in relationships with approximately “50-75 inmates of the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.”

Prosecutors added that the inmates were "currently incarcerated for various violent offenses including but not limited to aggravated robbery and murder.”

Ash Trevino's gotta pay five-figures in restitution after pleading guilty to fraud this week ... but she's already got some Cameo cash coming in.

TMZ has learned the influencer has gotten over 20 new requests today alone ... even though she pleaded guilty just hours ago.

The Paulding County, Georgia Coroner tells TMZ ... an autopsy determined Joe's cause of death was hanging and his manner of death was suicide.
