Swing and a miss for Bill Cosby ... he struck out in his attempt at a second chance to defend himself from Donna Motsinger's rape allegations.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Cosby's motion for a new trial has been denied.

The disgraced comedian filed the motion last month, asking a judge for a new trial after a jury ordered him to pay Motsinger nearly $60 Million in total damages ... the judge's ruling came down Friday, and it's not the result Cosby was looking for.

Rapper Stunna Girl found herself behind bars Thursday night in North Carolina after she was arrested for failure to appear in court in a different case that's been hanging over he head for nearly a decade ... TMZ has learned.

The "Pretty Privilege" artist was arrested by the Mooresville Police Department during a traffic stop while she was in a black and white Mercedes, according to police records.

It's not clear what led to the traffic stop ... though it resulted in her being booked into the Iredell County Detention Center for failure to appear in court over a previous charge.

She didn't get too comfy in the clink, 'cause it appears she was released hours later on a $3,500 bond.

Rebecca Haro is headed to prison for her role in the death of her infant son, Emmanuel ... admitting she failed to protect the 7-month-old and helped cover up the circumstances surrounding his death.

Rebecca pleaded guilty Friday to child abuse causing great bodily injury to a child under 5, involuntary manslaughter, and accessory after the fact, according to the Riverside County District Attorney's Office. As part of a plea agreement, she was immediately sentenced to 12 years and 8 months in state prison.

TMZ previously reported Rebecca and her husband, Jake Haro, were arrested after claiming Emmanuel had been abducted in a parking lot. Investigators later determined the kidnapping never happened and alleged the story had been fabricated.

Mackenzie Shirilla says the fatal car crash that landed her in prison haunts her ... telling her mom the mere thought of it makes her want to vomit.

In undated jail audio, obtained by TMZ, Mackenzie talks with her mother, Natalie, about the deadly 2022 wreck that killed her boyfriend Dominic Russo and friend Davion Flanagan ... and it's emotional and graphic.

Mackenzie says she still struggles to process why she survived the crash while the two young men didn't ... wondering, "How did I not die?" before revealing she regularly has intrusive thoughts about Dom and Davion's fatal injuries.

The White House is taking a page straight out of a sci-fi movie ... launching a new government website about "aliens" that looks like it's about UFOs -- before revealing it's actually about undocumented immigrants.

The Trump administration rolled out ALIENS.GOV this week ... and at first glance, it reads like a classified conspiracy file. The site warns that "aliens have been walking among us," living in American neighborhoods and interacting with citizens for decades.

The White House didn't stop with the website, either.

Minnesota Timberwolves’ Anthony Edwards is bringing in a massive 7-figure monthly income ... at least according to new legal docs from his baby mama court battle.

New court docs, obtained by TMZ, show the NBA star pulls in $3,364,911 in gross monthly income, while his ex, Alexandria Desroches, makes around $1,016 per month.

The docs say Anthony is paying around $5,000 a month in child support to Desroches.

E. Jean Carroll can perhaps breathe a sigh of relief ... after a U.S. Attorney denied reports his office is investigating her in connection with her lawsuit alleging President Donald Trump sexually abused her ... but we're told she is connected to a related investigation.

Andrew Boutros, United States Attorney for the Northern District of Illinois, posted a message on X Thursday, saying he had not opened a criminal investigation into Carroll despite numerous media reports saying otherwise. Boutros noted, "Any claim to the contrary is categorically false.”

However, law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Boutros' office is looking into a Chicago-based entity tied to billionaire Reid Hoffman, who allegedly provided some funding to Carroll for legal expenses she incurred during the Trump lawsuit.

Puka Nacua met with reporters for the first time since his drama-filled offseason ... and while he didn't dive into the details of the night that led to a bombshell lawsuit, he said he's taking the matter as a learning experience.

Take a listen ... TMZ obtained audio of Mackenzie chatting with her mom, Natalie, about the growing list of pen pals keeping her company while she serves time ... and at one point in the convo, she can barely contain herself while talking a particular guy.

"I love him. I don’t know who that is, but I love him," she says about a man named Kevin. "I don’t know how old he is. I don’t even really care that much. I just love him. Like, he's so fun to talk to."

Kelly Dodd was arraigned in an Orange County courtroom on Thursday after she was accused of sharing an explicit photo of a woman without her consent last August.

Kelly Dodd pleaded not guilty to the charges thrown at her.

Around the same time, prosecutors allege Dodd contacted the person and threatened to injure her, her property, and her family.

Mackenzie Shirilla's taking her conviction to the highest court in Ohio ... asking the state's supreme court to take another look at her double murder rap.

Shirilla's lawyers filed the appeal paperwork back in April, according to reports ... “there is medical evidence” that Shirilla “suffered from a pre-existing medical condition that could have caused her to black out while driving.”

The appeal claims her attorney didn't properly investigate this possibility initially.

Anna Kepner’s stepbrother allegedly choked her “for minutes” as his final “barbaric” act in her murder … according to prosecutors.

In a newly unsealed transcript from a February hearing obtained by TMZ, prosecutors described how they say Timothy Hudson -- Anna’s 16-year-old stepbrother -- killed her … claiming he put her in a chokehold until she suffocated to death.

Prosecutor Alejandra Lopez described it as “a barbaric, intentional, thoughtful act,” saying "[w]hile she struggled to breathe for minutes, he continued to hold her neck in that manner so that she would die from lack of oxygen.”

The federal district court judge who got reprimanded having noisy sex in her chambers with a police officer as part of an extramarital affair has been identified ... and she's got connections to Barack Obama and Todd Chrisley.

Eleanor Ross is the judge in question here ... she is based in Atlanta with the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Georgia.

Ross was appointed by President Obama during his second term, and in November 2022 she was the judge who sentenced Todd to 12 years in federal custody as part of his bank fraud and tax evasion case.

Demi Moore is tagging into daughter Rumer Willis’ custody battle ... and she's not mincing words about her daughter's ex ... this according to multiple reports..

"The Real Housewives of New York" alum just filed her own lawsuit against Noah Springer, who she says is an investor who holds a 25% share in her pickleball paddle testing company, Pickle Pro Labs.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Jill claims Noah is sinking their ship with his loose lips ... she says he told a sponsored professional pickleball player their paddle would be tested and provided with certification results "in a couple days" ... even though Zarin insists that timeline is way too short given their company's testing standards.
