'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Dorit Kemsley isn't giving her costars any grace for being worried about her spending ... telling Andy Cohen their concerns are NOT justified ... despite her alleged financial woes.

Dorit gave a quick "No" on "Watch What Happens Live" Wednesday when Andy asked her about her castmates' concerns now that her and PK Kemsley's financial struggles have come out amid their bitter divorce.

We've covered their financial turmoil ... just last month, we first reported Dorit claimed PK stopped paying the bills on their $6 million mansion due to Dorit allegedly dropping $1 million on clothes and travel.

The biggest battle in Karmelo Anthony's murder trial so far isn't over evidence ... it's over whether jurors can put their personal feelings aside.

During jury selection this week in Collin County, Texas, several potential jurors admitted they would struggle to convict Anthony -- or send him to prison -- because of his age, with one person reportedly telling the court, "He looks like a child."

According to WFAA in Dallas, prosecutors questioned prospective jurors about whether Anthony's race, age, or resemblance to their own children could influence how they view the case. Anthony, now 18, is charged with first-degree murder in the fatal stabbing of fellow teen Austin Metcalf at a Frisco track meet in April 2025.

Milagro "Gramz" Cooper says forcing her to pay Megan Thee Stallion's court judgment now would create a major financial burden ... so she's asking a federal judge to hit pause while she fights the case in a higher court.

According to new court documents obtained by TMZ, Milagro wants to delay payment while she appeals the ruling from the lower court. She argues there are still major issues with the case that should be reviewed.

But her biggest argument with this motion centers on money.

Drake Von -- an award-winning gay porn star -- is cooling his heels in a Las Vegas jail cell after getting arrested for allegedly trying to strangle his partner ... TMZ has learned.

Court records, seen by TMZ, show Von, whose real name is Dawson Bacon, was busted Tuesday by police and charged with two felonies -- domestic battery by strangulation and coercion constituting domestic violence with threat or use of physical force. Von was also charged with misdemeanor domestic battery.

A rep for the Las Vegas Metro PD tells TMZ ... Von is accused of attempting to strangle his partner at a palatial million-dollar home in Vegas. The rep did not provide additional details.

Diddy’s longtime assistant, Kristina Khorram, is firing back at the disgraced mogul’s male accuser in court -- claiming the man doesn’t have evidence to back up his claims against her ... TMZ has learned.

In court docs, Kristina, who another accuser called a “Ghislaine Maxwell” type, claims the lawsuit brought by Phillip Pines was BS. She says he has presented no proof that she knowingly participated in or benefited from a sex trafficking venture.

She says there is nothing to back up Phillip’s claims, including that Diddy, with her assistance, forced Phillip to have sex with a female guest. 

The case against Anna Kepner's accused killer is facing new scrutiny ... after newly unsealed court records revealed the suspect's lawyer claims the FBI has no DNA evidence directly tying him to her strangulation.

According to court testimony first highlighted by FOX 35 Orlando, investigators could not say whether any DNA was recovered from injuries on Anna's neck. An FBI agent reportedly said he was unaware of any forensic evidence directly linking Timothy Hudson -- Anna's 16-year-old stepbrother -- to her death.

The issue surfaced during questioning about the government's forensic evidence ... with investigators reportedly acknowledging they could not determine whether the person who allegedly sexually assaulted Anna was also the person who killed her.

Caitlyn Jenner's late friend Sophia Hutchins is at the center of a new court battle from beyond the grave ... with a judge ordering Apple to turn over access to her private email accounts.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, a Los Angeles County judge granted a request from Hutchins' mother, the administrator of her estate, to recover information tied to her Apple accounts and directed Apple to assist in the process.

The judge authorized Hutchins' mom, Amy L. Andrus, to seek access to data tied to Hutchins' accounts.

Shia LaBeouf is closing the book on his Mardi Gras bar fight case ... by taking a plea deal instead of heading to trial.

The actor appeared in a New Orleans courtroom Wednesday and pleaded guilty to a reduced charge tied to the February altercation that led to his arrest during the city's annual Mardi Gras celebrations.

The judge originally gave Shia a 6-month suspended jail sentence ... which means he won't see a jail cell as long as he stays out of trouble.

Under the agreement, LaBeouf pleaded guilty to disturbing the peace by appearing intoxicated in public. In return, prosecutors dropped the simple battery charges he was originally facing.

Cassie moved out of America at some point after being paid out $20 Million from Diddy over his alleged abuse ... and Cassie says she's got no plans of moving back.

TMZ obtained a court declaration dated May 1, 2026 and filed by Cassie in her ongoing lawsuit against male escort Clayton Howard where she states, "I reside outside of the United States. I do not intend to move back to the United States."

Cassie, who was pregnant and living in New York last summer when she testified in Diddy's federal criminal trial, also states in her declaration, "I am a citizen of the United States. I am not a resident of the State of California."

The woman who wrote California's survivor-protection law is calling out Blake Lively's legal strategy in her fight with Justin Baldoni ... saying the legislation was never intended to be used this way.

"How I Met Your Mother" actor Nick Pasqual is headed to prison for a long time after being sentenced for the attempted murder of his ex-girlfriend, makeup artist Allie Shehorn.

A judge handed down a 32-year to life sentence Tuesday following Pasqual's conviction last month stemming from the brutal May 2024 attack.

Prosecutors said Pasqual broke into Shehorn's Sunland home during the early morning hours and stabbed her more than 20 times in the neck, chest, back, abdomen, arms, and wrists before fleeing toward the U.S.-Mexico border.

Former "American Idol" contestant Antonella Barba copped to violating the terms of her supervised release by smoking marijuana ... but she's getting a puff, puff pass here.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Antonella reported to the probation office in Camden, New Jersey on May 5 for a scheduled visit and urine drug screening ... and officers apparently became suspicious when she appeared to be stalling before the test. They say she ultimately admitted she had recently used marijuana.

Antonella -- who rose to fame as a contestant on Season 6 of 'Idol' and later served prison time in a federal drug trafficking case -- is currently on supervised release stemming from that conviction.
