A Kentucky woman -- who says she is the woman who suffered a violent beating in shocking surveillance footage -- is getting court-ordered protection against the man she claims attacked her ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Nathan Seale has been ordered to stay 500 feet away from Amber Marie Mitchell ... and he is barred from calling, texting, or attempting to contact her in any way.

Video of an alleged interaction between the pair has blown up online in recent days. It shows two people -- a man and a woman -- seated at a table ... when, in the middle of the conversation, the man grabs a drink and tosses it into the woman's face.

Kid Cudi says the First Amendment protects his decision to fire M.I.A. from his tour ... making the bombshell constitutional assertion in response to her recent legal filing.

Here's the deal ... M.I.A. filed a lawsuit against Kid Cudi -- claiming he unjustly fired her for making political comments during his tour despite her insisting he knew her politics when he brought her on board.

She also alleges she was fired to drum up publicity for the tour ... and claims Cudi caused her to miss out on a $2.8 million guarantee from Live Nation.

Kid Cudi's saying not so fast ... because the First Amendment protects his right to dictate the artistic and political content of his show and make casting decisions consistent with those decisions.

The wife of Yoel Rodriguez Naranjo -- one of the 5 victims who died when an Amazon cargo plane crashed into his van at Miami International Airport -- is suing over her husband's death.

Yaraisi Santiso Morejon filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Amazon, Amazon Air Cargo and 21 Air ... as well as the plane's pilots, Joseph Carroll and Jaime Felipe Silva Molina ... according to the filing obtained by NBC News.

In the suit -- which seeks damages in excess of $50,00 -- she claims the crash was a "foreseeable and preventable result of multiple, concurrent failures."

Malcolm-Jamal Warner's widow, Tenisha Warner, is taking shots at the late actor's mom, Pamela Warner, as they continue to duke it out over his estate ... and she's got a bone to pick over a real estate transaction.

The eldest son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann had his attorneys file a motion to transfer the case to juvenile court for confidentiality proceedings ... TMZ has confirmed.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Timothy’s mom, Shauntel Hudson, claims his dad, Thomas Hudson, has not paid all of his court-ordered child support. Shauntel is Anna's stepmom and Timothy's mom.

In the filing, Shauntel says Thomas agreed to pay $2,129 per month in support for their three kids ... which went down to $1,732 once child support terminated for one child ... and then reduced to $1,092 when it was down to just one kid.

The owner of a Florida doggy daycare has been arrested after employees found a hidden camera in the bathroom.

Dog Dayz Inn owner Donald Hemphill was charged after the camera was found inside an electrical outlet on Saturday.

During the Volusia Sheriff's Office Child Exploitation Unit's investigation, Hemphill allegedly copped to installing the camera about 4 or 5 months ago.

Aaron Donald's private messages with his ex, Jaelynn Blakey, were revealed as part of their bitter court battle.

TMZ obtained the alleged messages as the exes fought over a French bulldog he says had bitten both of their children. Aaron claimed Jaelynn promised to remove the animal, but eventually backtracked.

On June 26, 2026, Aaron wrote his ex, "Is that dog back in that house?"

NBA star Tyler Herro and his baby mama Katya Henry have split, and it's already getting nasty ... the exes are duking it out in court over custody and support after their bitter breakup, TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained dueling lawsuits filed by Tyler and Katya. The exes share two minor kids ... a daughter born in 2021 and a son born in 2023 ... so this is no simple split.

In his filing, Tyler asked the court to set up a parenting schedule and determine how much he should pay in child support. The Milwaukee Bucks star said he had been voluntarily paying his ex support since she gave birth.

Kai Cenat claims the man suing him for an alleged assault at the hands of the streamer's bodyguard was actually the one who started it all ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained court docs filed by Kai, in which he responds to the allegations in the lawsuit brought by Dustin Batista and lists some defenses he plans to raise in the case.

The suit comes exactly one year after Celeste's dismembered remains were discovered in the trunk of D4vd's Tesla on September 8, 2025.

D4vd -- whose real name is David Anthony Burke -- is already charged with murdering the 14-year-old ... along with lewd and lascivious acts with a child under 14 and mutilating a body. He's pleaded not guilty.
