CoolKicks Inc. and the company's owner, Adeel Shams, are kicking off a legal dispute with Complex and Nice Kicks ... suing the companies for defamation.

In the lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- CoolKicks and Adeel say Complex published an article last year titled "Cool Kicks Raided and Accused of Selling Counterfeit Shoes" that claimed the company had been caught in a counterfeit sneaker scandal.

CoolKicks and Adeel say the story is demonstrably false ... pointing out that law enforcement did not accuse the company or shows of selling counterfeit or fake goods.

Diddy's countdown to freedom just took a hit ... his release date was just moved back by over a month ... and the timing here is certainly interesting.

Federal Bureau of Prisons records now list March 2, 2028 as Diddy's release date ... he was previously set to be set free on Jan. 21, 2028 ... but now that's been delayed six weeks.

The timing is hard to ignore ... because the move comes on the heels of a report claiming Diddy was getting VIP treatment behind bars.

Quavo and Offset may be called as witnesses to testify on behalf of Takeoff's mom in her legal fight with the late Migos rapper's dad ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Takeoff's mom, Titania Davenport, is fighting her ex, Kenneth Ball, over how much he will get from a settlement payment.

In her papers, she's arguing the matter should be handled in Georgia rather than Texas, noting that all of the relevant witnesses  -- including Quavo and Offset -- reside in the Atlanta/Athens area.

Christa Pike woke up Tuesday asking, "Where am I and who are you?" ... just hours after her attorneys say they believed she was brain-dead and would be taken off life support.

Her lawyers revealed the stunning turn Wednesday, saying Pike is now conscious and talking -- but she's angry, confused and still trying to understand what happened to her.

They say Pike has pneumonia and a blood clot in one arm, can't move either arm and still can't eat because she can't swallow. Her attorneys say they don't know how much function she'll regain.

The swelling is also severe -- one attorney compared her hands and arms to an inflated surgical glove -- and she's still shackled at the feet and on her right arm.

Gillio Lopes -- one of the defendants named in Jane Doe's lawsuit alleging she was gang raped at a Cornell University fraternity -- has no plans to drop out of the Ivy League school despite a recent confrontation on campus.

The student's attorney, Andrew Miltenberg, tells TMZ ... Gillio plans to continue attending classes and earn his Cornell degree.

Miltenberg points out Cornell already punished Gillio ... he was suspended for three semesters and placed on probation for two years following the Title IX investigation for allegedly having sex with Jane Doe without her consent.

One female Cornell student told investigators that Chi Phi fraternity brothers got together to get their stories straight ... and then they told her what happened with Jane Doe was a "consensual orgy" and instructed her not to spread it around campus.

According to ABC News, the student told campus police that the boys said the alleged incident would be "bad for our image" ... and that's why they wanted her to keep quiet.

The student reportedly told campus police she had also heard the fraternity held a meeting to get all the brothers on the same page about what went down.

Andrew Tate is keeping a sense of humor amid his sex trafficking case in the United Kingdom, calling prosecutors' claims that he's into bestiality porn with horses total "horses***" ... at least according to his lawyer.

Tate's attorney, Joseph McBride, tells TMZ ... after British prosecutors filed court documents Tuesday accusing Tate of having videos of sex acts with a horse and an eel on his electronic devices, Tate bluntly told his lawyer, "This is horses***."

McBride tells us that Tate "of course has a sense of humor about this stuff."

And why shouldn't he ... according to McBride, Tate is NOT into bestiality at all. Tate's lawyer says the influencer is a "multiple woman guy" who has supermodels throwing themselves at him.

Tyreek Hill’s messy divorce trial just got even uglier ... after a heated nanny cam video was played in court.

Keeta Vaccaro, Ty's ex-wife, is suing the NFL star for battery and assault as part of the divorce. The trial kicked off earlier this week, and her attorney didn't waste time, showing the court video of the couple in an argument from April 2025.

Vaccaro, inside the couple's Miami condo, was heard yelling, "Stop! Stop! Help! Help!" on the nanny camera clip, as Hill responded, “You don’t scare me, bro! You ain’t nothing but a broke bitch!” ... all while their baby slept in the crib, according to Law & Crime/Court TV managing editor Cathy Russon, who viewed the clip in court.

Texas is moving forward with an execution just one week after Christa Pike survived a botched lethal injection in Tennessee ... and the condemned man's lawyers want to pump the brakes.

Jamaal Howard is scheduled to be put to death Wednesday in Texas, which uses the same drug -- pentobarbital -- that failed to kill Pike after two doses.

Howard's attorneys are asking Gov. Greg Abbott for a 30-day delay while they seek more information about Texas' supply of the drug ... arguing he shouldn't be executed "within days of the same drug failing in another state."

Angelina Jolie's lawyer is taking shots at Brad Pitt ... claiming his most recent failed attempt to get certain financial records from her is just another form of the actor trying to control the narrative.

Here's the deal ... Brad previously asked the judge to order Angelina to hand over her financial records from 2017 to 2019 amid their battle over Château Miraval -- the French winery the pair have been fighting about for years.

A judge denied his request in a ruling filed Tuesday ... stating Brad's side hasn't shown good cause that would override Angelina's privacy interests in this matter -- because her side has no plans on offering evidence or argument about her 2017 to 2019 income.

Hayden Panettiere's ex, Wlad Klitschko, says he's putting up $30K of his own money to cover the late actress's tax bill … to prevent her estate from being hit with a ton of interest and penalties ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Wlad, who shares a daughter named Kaya with Hayden, believes Hayden's 2025 individual state and federal income tax returns are currently due on October 15 ... which is just a week away.

Wlad says Hayden owes approximately $30K for the year, which he will pay out of his own pocket. He says he will ask to be reimbursed by the estate once it is set up.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the entertainer's former assistant, Miesha Shakes, wants Montia Sabbag, who was involved in the sex tape controversy in 2017, to testify as a witness in her case against Kevin.

A man wanted for attempted murder was arrested at Trippie Redd's South Florida mansion during Tuesday's massive police raid ... TMZ has learned.

The Miami Police Department tells TMZ ... officers were looking for 25-year-old Braveone Jones, who they say was wanted in connection with a September 15 shooting outside Dukunoo Jamaican Kitchen in Miami.

Cops say Jones was found at Trippie's Southwest Ranches property around 6 PM and taken into custody. He's now facing two counts of attempted murder.

The attorney for the woman accusing seven former Cornell University Chi Phis members of gang rape claims the fraternity held meetings to cover up the alleged assault.

Jane Doe's attorney, Thomas Giuffra, told CNN's Anderson Cooper Tuesday the fraternity members allegedly tried to figure out whether Jane was gathering information about the incident. Once they realized she would not accept their version of events, Giuffra claims, they backed off.

Giuffra alleges fraternity members held meetings to coordinate their response and keep the alleged rape from becoming public.

A Cornell University fraternity member accused in an alleged gang rape claims he was actually "sodomized" by the woman who reported the incident and says the school ignored him as a sexual assault survivor.

Matthew Ingalls, a former Chi Phi fraternity brother, made the claims in a February 2025 email to Cornell's Title IX office, according to documents obtained by ABC News.

Ingalls wrote he was "sodomized by her while [he] was incapacitated" and accused Cornell of gender discrimination for failing to inform him of his rights under the school's sexual misconduct procedures.

Three of Nolan Wells' friends are suing a TikTok creator who allegedly branded them killers.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo and Morgan Seymour filed a defamation lawsuit Tuesday in Mississippi against Sandra L. Butler, who allegedly runs the TikTok account "gods_bestgirl" and identifies herself as "Royalty."

The three men claim Butler repeatedly accused them of killing Wells aboard a boat on July 4, fleeing the scene, tampering with his phone and lying to cover up the alleged crime.
