Bryan Singer Accuser Alleged Sex Abuse Victim Accuses 3 More Hollywood Honchos

Published | Updated

The man who has sued "X-Men" director Bryan Singer -- claiming he was sexually assaulted when he was 15 -- has just filed lawsuits against 3 other Hollywood big wigs, also claiming sexual assault.

The 3 men named in the new lawsuit are Garth Ancier, David Neuman and Gary Goddard.

Ancier has a slew of hits under his belt, including The Ricki Lake Show, which he created. He headed up the Fox entertainment group and produced 21 Jump Street, Married ... with Children, The Simpsons and In Living Color. He also developed Home Improvement at Disney. And at NBC he put The West Wing on the air.

Neuman is the former president of Disney TV. Goddard produced off-Broadway shows.

According to the new lawsuits, Ancier sexually abused Egan numerous times by sodomizing him, forcing oral sex and fondling him -- when he was 15 at an Encino estate. The suit goes on to allege Ancier sexually abused Egan in Hawaii 2 years later.

The suit against Goddard and Neuman are similar -- alleging they were part of a Hollywood sex ring, giving Egan alcohol and drugs and sexually assaulted him at the Encino estate and in Hawaii.

Michael Egan -- now 31 -- and his lawyer, Jeff Herman are holding a news conference detailing the new allegations.

Egan's mother, Bonnie, sobbed uncontrollably as she tried explaining why she let her son go to adult parties and on trips to Hawaii. She said the alleged abusers seemed like nice people.

The state of Hawaii has allowed alleged victims of sexual assault to sue, even if the statute of limitations has long since expired -- but the deadline for filing is Thursday.

Hollywood Party Accuser A Dude Drugged and Raped Me After Siegfried and Roy Show

Published | Updated

TMZ has obtained FBI documents detailing shocking allegations of sexual abuse involving minors and Hollywood types ... and it's simply shocking.

As TMZ previously reported ... Michael Egan is suing "X-Men" director Bryan Singer for sexually assaulting him numerous times at a party at a mansion in Encino, CA.  Singer denies it.  Egan claims he went to the FBI in 2000 but sources tell us he NEVER complained about Singer.

It appears, however, Egan DID complain about the men who owned the mansion -- Marc Collins-Rector and Chad Shackley.  TMZ has obtained an affidavit written by FBI Special Agent Joseph Brine.  We know Egan -- who was 15 at the time of the alleged assault -- is referred to as Minor #4.

In the affidavit -- dated May, 2003 -- Egan says Shackley's younger brother invited him to a graduation party at the Encino estate.  According to the docs, there were 5 to 6 people present, including Rector and Shackley -- Singer is not mentioned.

Egan claims during the party, Rector told him "90 percent of show business was gay and that you needed to sleep with people if you wanted to go anywhere."    Rector allegedly warned, "We stay together, but you do not want to see my dark side," and then displayed a gun.

Rector allegedly said he was one of the 25 most powerful people in Hollywood and it would be a mistake to make the group angry.

What followed, according to Egan, was a barrage of sexual assaults at the estate and elsewhere.  Most shockingly, Egan says he was taken to a Siegfried and Roy show in Vegas, drugged and when he awoke he felt a pain in his rectal area and realized he had been sodomized by Shackley.

Collins-Rector was charged with 21 counts of sexual assault. He copped a plea to 1 count.  We're told Collins-Rector and Shackley fled the country.

The other minors who are mentioned in the complaint tell wild stories ... being flown from various states to California, offered $100K a year for college tuition, cars and other perks in return for sex.

One minor was allegedly told by Rector if he refused to have sex he'd be sent back to his "hick town" and never have a life.

Bryan Singer 'He Had Every Chance to Rape Me and Didn't' ... Says Gay Disney Actor

Published | Updated

A former Disney actor is calling BS on allegations Bryan Singer once sexually assaulted an underage actor ... telling us the "X-Men" director could have raped him plenty of times -- but never laid a hand on him.

Matthew Smith -- a gay actor who starred in some "Wizards of Waverly Place" episodes -- says he met Singer in 2007 through a friend when he was 17 ... and they grew close over the next 2 years.

Matt says he and Singer were alone several times -- even flying together on a private jet -- but Singer never tried to force himself on the actor. Bryan even invited Smith's mom to tag along for dinner.

As we previously reported, Singer is one of many who attends wild Hollywood parties with young gay males.

Smith says he's sure Michael Egan -- the guy accusing Singer of sexually assaulting him at an L.A. party in '98 and Hawaii in '99 -- is only in it for the money adding, "he'll get murdered in court."

Time will tell.

Bryan Singer Accuser NEVER Told FBI Director Sexually Assaulted Him

Published | Updated

The FBI DID investigate sexual assault claims by the man who is now accusing "X-Men" director Bryan Singer of sexually molesting him in 1998 ... but he NEVER mentioned Singer ... this according to multiple sources close to the investigation.

Michael Egan and his lawyer both said at a news conference Singer sexually abused him at a pool party in Encino, CA. when he was only 15. Egan also claims 3 other men abused him at the party. He sued the 3 men in 2000 but Singer was never named or mentioned.

Egan claims he and his mom complained to the FBI in 2000 but the investigation went nowhere.

Our sources close to that investigation tell us ... the FBI fully investigated Egan's claims and the agency's investigation was instrumental in criminal charges of sexual assault of one of the 3 men -- Marc Collins-Rector -- but Egan NEVER mentioned Singer and his name never came up during the probe.

An FBI spokesperson tells us, "The FBI takes seriously allegations involving the sexual abuse of minors. The suggestion the FBI ignored evidence concerning the sexual victimization of a minor is completely without merit."

Bryan Singer I Wasn't NEAR Hawaii During Alleged Assault I Was Filming 'X-Men' In Canada

Published | Updated

Bryan Singer believes he has proof that will blow his sexual accuser out of the water ... he was NOT in Hawaii during the period he allegedly committed a sexual assault.

Michael Egan claims in a new lawsuit Singer anally raped him and forced hard drugs on him during 2 separate trips to Hawaii in August and October, 1999.

Sources connected with Singer tell TMZ ... the "X-Men" director has proof he was NOT in Hawaii during that period ... he was in Toronto shooting the first "X-Men" movie.

We're told Singer will file credit card bills and various other documents proving he was in Toronto during the times in question.

We know the movie itself was shot Sept. 22 - March 3 in Toronto, but there was pre-production and we're told Singer was present.

Bryan Singer My Accuser Has Suspicious Selective Memory Of Sexual Assault

Published | Updated

The 31-year-old man who is suing "X-Men" director Bryan Singer for allegedly sexually assaulting him in a swimming pool at a 1998 L.A. party claims he didn't remember the incident until recently ... yet he filed a lawsuit over the very same party in 2000 alleging sexual abuse against 3 other men and had a clear memory of what they did to him.

Michael Egan claims in his new lawsuit Singer forced oral sex at the party when he was 15. He's very graphic, claiming Singer held his head underwater and forced him to orally copulate the director.

But TMZ has obtained the lawsuit Egan filed in 2000 against 3 men, including Marc Collins-Rector, who owned the party house. Singer was NOT named in the suit and no reference is made to him. Egan ended up getting a default judgment of more than $2 million, but we're told Collins-Rector and the others left the country so Egan got virtually nothing.

So fast forward to Wednesday, when Egan sued Singer. At his news conference Thursday, Egan said he blocked the incident long ago and numbed himself with alcohol, but became sober recently and started therapy ... which unleashed a flood of bad memories involving Singer.

Sources connected to Singer tell TMZ ... they believe it's ridiculous Egan could remember the pool party in question in such vivid detail as to 3 other men but repress memories of Singer.

Bryan Singer Accuser I Was Repeatedly Raped at Hollywood Orgies

Published | Updated

Michael Egan, who just sued "X-Men" director Bryan Singer for allegedly sexually assaulting him when he was a minor, says he complained to the LAPD that he was repeatedly sodomized at Hollywood parties by various moguls ... but no action was taken.

Egan says he and other minors were passed around like pieces of meat at sex parties, and he claims Singer was not alone.

Egan says his mother went to the FBI and LAPD back in 2000 and he was even interviewed ... he has no idea what happened.

Egan says he sued 2 men who he claims molested him at parties back in 2000, but Singer was NOT named. Egan's current lawyer, Jeff Herman, doesn't know why his client's former lawyer did not sue the "X-Men" director.

The home where the sexually-charged pool parties allegedly occurred was in Encino. It used to be owned by Suge Knight, who sold it Marc Collins-Rector. Suge is not involved in the case, but Egan says Collins-Rector was one of the main perps. Criminal charges were filed against Collins-Rector -- he copped a plea to one count of having sex with a minor. Attorney Herman says Collins-Rector has fled the country.

Egan says the men at the party would pour liquor down his throat and then sexually assault him. In one case he says Collins-Rector put a gun in his mouth and threatened him.

Egan says other minors were also abused, and Herman vows to file 3 or 4 more lawsuits against the alleged perps by next Thursday.

Egan went on to say there was a "no swimsuit" rule in the pool, and he was raped numerous times by numerous individuals.

Herman said "Hollywood moguls have been using their positions of authority to exploit children sexually."

Bryan Singer's lawyer tells TMZ the allegations are absurd and defamatory.

Alleged Bryan Singer Victim Lawyer Says This is What My Client Looked Like

Published | Updated

The lawyer for the man who is suing "X-Men" director Bryan Singer has given us this picture of his client -- taken around the time Singer allegedly drugged and sexually abused the then 17-year-old.

Attorney Jeff Herman gave TMZ this photo of his client, Mike Egan ... a photo taken when Egan was 17. Herman wanted to make the point ... Egan looked underage when he went to Hawaii with Singer on a trip in which the director allegedly anally raped Egan multiple times ... so he claims in the lawsuit.

Herman tells TMZ ... Egan will be present at a news conference today at 2 PM PDT where he will discuss his allegations.

As we previously reported ... Egan claims he encountered Singer numerous times ... the first of which was at a gay party in Encino, CA where Singer allegedly forced Egan -- who was 14 or 15 at the time -- to perform oral sex on him underwater in a pool.

Egan says in the lawsuit he is heterosexual.

Singer's lawyer, Marty Singer, tells TMZ the allegations are utterly false and publicity driven.

Check out Egan and his lawyer below ... Egan says everyone turned a deaf ear to him when it allegedly happened.

Transgender B. Scott Loses Discrimination Battle with BET

Published | Updated

BET can dress its hosts however the hell it wants -- even if that means forcing a transgender person to dress like a man -- and that's why the judge threw out B. Scott's discrimination lawsuit.

TMZ broke the story, Scott sued the network, claiming it humiliated him during the BET Awards last year by forcing him to change from women's clothes into men's clothes ... and then yanking him off the show entirely.

But the judge in the case just ruled in the network's favor, dismissing the lawsuit.

The judge ruled BET has the 1st Amendment right to run its shows the way it wants ... and that includes ordering Scott to change from women's to men's clothes ... and that's that.

Scott tells TMZ, "It disheartens me that the message sent today wasn't a message of acceptance, but rather it's acceptable to discriminate against transgender individuals on the basis of their gender identity and expression."

Scott's attorney has said he plans to appeal the decision.

'X-Men' Director Bryan Singer Sued for Allegedly Sexually Molesting Teen ... Singer Calls BS

Published | Updated

"X-Men" director Bryan Singer has been sued by a man who claims Singer molested him when he was a young teenager at raunchy Hollywood parties ... but Singer says the suit is an outrageous pack of lies.

The lawsuit claims the teen -- who is now around 30 -- was lured to a mansion in Encino, CA when he was 14 or 15 to attend a party that allegedly had a rep for featuring "sexual contact between adult males and the many teenage boys who were present for the parties."

The lawsuit claims Singer provided alcohol for the boy and offered him a role in one of his upcoming movies, and then told him how "this group" controls Hollywood. The suit claims Singer performed oral sex on the boy and then strong-armed the boy to return the favor -- allegedly forcing him to perform the act underwater in the pool.

The suit goes on to accuse Singer of providing the boy with drugs -- including coke -- on another occasion, allegedly promising him a role in an "X-Men" flick.

Singer's lawyer, Marty Singer, says, "The claims made against Bryan Singer are completely without merit. We are very confident that Bryan will be vindicated in this absurd and defamatory lawsuit."

Attorney Singer adds, "It is obvious that this case was filed in an attempt to get publicity at a time when Bryan's new movie is about to open in a few weeks."

Johnny to Victor There Will Be No Mutual Masturbation From Here on Out!

Published | Updated

Johnny Weir wrote a 5-page post-nup which is part of his newfangled reconciliation package with Victor Voronov -- and Johnny makes it clear mutual masturbation will NOT be tolerated.

TMZ broke the story ... Johnny and Victor agreed over the weekend to call off their divorce, but Victor wanted Johnny to sign a document apologizing for trashing Victor in the media and promising to keep Johnny's mom out of their relationship.

So Johnny fired back with a document of his own, which, among other things, defines the type of cheating that will not be tolerated. The document -- obtained by TMZ -- lists the following:

-- sex outside the marriage
-- oral sex outside the marriage
-- kissing or making out
-- sexting
-- aggressive flirting
-- mutual masturbation
-- social media/grindr/dating

And it gets better. According to the document, if either one has a situation where they're "in close range or contact with someone from our past or someone to be part of the future" ... the other can veto the contact. Johnny specifically gives an example of a figure skater he dated.

The document also requires joint STD tests every 6 months with the results being read with both in the room.

And there's a section about splitting assets if they ultimately get divorced: "Should a gift be given, i.e., the Cartier Roadster (R.I.P.), the gift belongs to you." Someone broke the watch!

And finally ... there's a section titled "Ultimatums." Johnny lists examples of Victor's ultimatums, including, "If I give you one more day to get your bank records to me, then I want to have a free f*** of anyone I want."

Simply fabulous.

B. Scott Suing BET Has Me Feeling Like Oprah Winfrey!

Published | Updated

B. Scott and Oprah Winfrey have something in common -- all their life, they had to fight! -- at least that's what Scott says as part of his lawsuit against BET ... claiming he feels like O's character in "The Color Purple."

As TMZ first reported, B. Scott -- an openly gay transgender person -- is suing BET, claiming the network humiliated him during last year's BET Awards by yanking him off the show because he was wearing women's clothes.

Scott says in the deposition -- obtained by TMZ -- before the blow-up he hadn't thought of himself as a transgender person, but during his battle with BET he came to realize that's exactly who he is.

He explains, "I feel like Sofia in 'The Color Purple.' 'All my life I had to fight!' Because of my experience with BET, it led me to the realization that I am transgender because of my gender identity and expression, it was specifically because of my gender and not my sexuality that made me a target."

BET just got purpled.

Johnny Weir Olympic Paycheck Couldn't Buy Me a Purse!

Published | Updated

Johnny Weir appears to be way more cash strapped -- and less marketable -- than anyone thought, because reports that he made a cool million for the Winter Olympics are exaggerated 40 times over.

TMZ has obtained a draft of the contract Johnny signed with NBC. The network offered him an anemic $25,000 for the Sochi games. And get this ... NBC also wanted him to FLY COACH for the domestic flights.

Johnny's lawyer didn't even push back and make a counteroffer.

There were a few extras. NBC offered an addition $40K for Johnny to show up at 8 non-Olympic events. So the grand total for Mr. Weir was a whopping $65K.

FYI -- a Hermes Birkin 35 Pelouse Porosus Crocodile will set you back $78,000 ... and that's USED!
