One of Michigan's own, Big Sean, is stepping up for Flint residents affected by toxic water with a major donation and some VIP tix.

The rapper's Sean Anderson Foundation is teaming with CrowdRise -- the world's largest online fundraising platform. We're told Sean's pitching in $10k of his own money, and is offering a sweet deal to anyone who donates more than $10.

He's going to pick 5 people for a meet and greet, photo op and special tickets to one of his concerts this year.

Sean grew up in Detroit -- not far from Flint -- and we're told he wants the donations to support kids in Flint who've been exposed to lead in the city's water supply.

French Montana tried to make a quick $5k off his pal Chris Brown ... by betting Chris couldn't pull off a front flip. Sucker's bet.

Candy Spelling is calling BS on reports that Tori's being sued over a credit card bill because she's too stingy to bail her daughter out.

In a rare moment of candor, Candy opened up and said she foots all the bills for Tori's necessities of life, but she's not about to pay for her extravagances.

Sixx divorced former "Baywatch" actress Donna D'Errico almost 10 years ago -- but they have a minor child together ... and Nikki's still on the hook for child support payments.

Sixx has already agreed to pay roughly $8,200 per month ... but she also gets a cut of any money he makes over $1.6 million ... with a cap if he makes $10 million or more.

If he hits the $10 million mark, Donna stands to get $252k per year ... not bad considering she claims she's only making $40k annually on her own.

Nikki just wrapped up his farewell tour with Motley Crue -- and it's a good bet he made some real money.

Popular DJ Big Boy squashed the beef over "Big Boy's Neighborhood" -- the radio show that made him famous -- ending the legal war with his old station ... TMZ has learned.

Big Boy abruptly jumped from the L.A. hip-hop station about a year ago to start a new job with iHeartRadio -- but Emmis Radio, owner of Power 106, sued ... claiming he didn't let them match his new offer.

Emmis wanted the court to block Big Boy from leaving, but that didn't happen. He's been flourishing on iHeart for months -- and according to new docs, he and Emmis have settled the suit.

Terms of the settlement are confidential, but we know both sides will pay their own attorneys' fees. BB can afford it ... legal docs put his iHeart salary at $3.5 mil/year.

Bobby Shmurda has been striking out in court ... and the rapper and his lawyer, Alex Spiro, think it's because his bail is set way too high in the first place at $2 million.

A judge denied Shmurda's request to lower his bail on Tuesday, a mere month and a half after his family first attempted unsuccessfully to bail him out using their property as collateral.

Spiro told the judge the bail was set so high because Shmurda's net worth had been estimated at $20 million originally ... a gross exaggeration. He says the truth is, the number is closer to $427k and bail should be set closer to the $50-100k range.

Shmurda's been in the slammer since December 2014 for conspiracy to commit murder.

Spiro says they won't stop trying to get the $2 mill lowered ... even if they have to make the request 55 times.

Tori Spelling's deep in the hole with American Express, so much so ... it's filed a lawsuit to get back the dough.

AMEX says Tori's statement balance was $37,981.97 ... since last summer, and she's failed to make a single payment since then.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, she attempted to make a payment on June 26 last year ... in the amount of $1,070, but it bounced.

AMEX is demanding immediate payment of the full balance, which includes interest.

It's not all bad news -- according to a statement, Tori earned 60 SPG Starpoints.

WWE Diva Tammy Sytch might soon be free of the Hall of Fame ring she's auctioning off ... a bidder's come forward with a sweet 6-figure deal and one condition ... Tammy's gotta do porn.

Vivid honcho Steve Hirsch made the offer ... $100k for the ring and in return he wants Tammy to shoot a 90 min sex tape. He's even giving her some options on the specifics of the shoot, letting her to choose her partner and the location.

As for what rich people do when they're thirsty ... they drink $1,000 Magnum Perrier-Jouet Belle Epoque Rose bottles delivered by servers dressed as Superman and Supergirl. Duh!

Earlier this week he told us on "TMZ Live" how winners can protect their Powerball jackpot.

Meet John and Lisa Robinson, the first Powerball jackpot winners to publicly come forward and claim their prize ... and yes, it's okay to hate them.

The Robinsons purchased their winning ticket at Naifeh's Food Mart in the small town of Munford, Tennessee.

Two other winning tickets are still out there -- one purchased at a 7-Eleven in Chino Hills, California and the other at a Publix in Melbourne, Florida.

TMZ Sports spoke with John Schwartz -- the owner of the Amuse Bouche Winery in Napa Valley -- who tells us the special 5 liter Jerobaum bottle of 2012 cabernet was specially made for #24.

"The wine was made by famed winemaker Heidi Barrett," Schwartz tells us -- Barrett happens to be one of the most famous winemakers in the country.

Schwartz would not put an exact number on the value of the bottle -- but says similar bottles usually sell for "tens of thousands of dollars."

"This one is one of a kind ... it's priceless."

In fact, the bottle was hand-etched and then painted specifically for Bryant -- by request of the owners of the Warriors who are personal friends with Schwartz.

Bryant was also gifted a Napa vacation package -- complete with dinners at some of the best restaurants in the area.

DMX is trying his hand at the whole conscious uncoupling thing by keeping his divorce from his soon-to-be-wife Tashera civil, down to child support checks.

X and Tashera hugged it out Thursday outside a New York courthouse ... not the norm for a couple on the outs after meeting with lawyers and a judge, but we're told it's because they've raised the white flag on the money situation.

Bad news for Conor McGregor ... his face won't be on money -- but the Irish government is already mulling OTHER IDEAS to honor the UFC star.

As we previously reported, a petition made its way all the way up to Irish parliament to put Conor's mug on the euro coin -- but it was killed because the guy who proposed the idea went M.I.A.

But get this ... during the hearing, politician Richard Boyd Barrett addressed the committee -- and said there's a strong public demand to honor Irish stars who do great things on the international stage ... like Conor!

"Certainly, Conor McGregor is a phenomenon at the moment, particularly after his demolition of Jose Aldo ... his very short demolition."
