Oliver Tree's family can now rest a little easier ... because his body has been returned to the United States after the tragic helicopter crash that took his life last weekend.

A tribute post popped up on his official Instagram account Sunday ... and the caption focused on his legacy and thanked everyone -- from friends to fans -- for reaching out with their love and support.

The post adds, "Oliver is now back in California where he can finally rest. His legacy will live on through his foundation/endowment named 'Dr. Oliver Tree’s Extremely Epic Grant For Baby Geniuses' coming soon."

Rep. Ilhan Omar and her husband are facing new questions about their finances after fresh government disclosure forms showed major changes in how much money he reportedly made ... showing a significant drop in his annual income.

According to reporting based on Omar’s 2025 financial disclosure, her husband -- Tim Mynett -- is listed as not receiving a salary from his company Rose Lake Capital last year, The New York Post revealed.

The filing says the investment firm did not pay him any personal income during that time and the only money tied to Mynett came from a California wine business called eStCru ... which made between $200 and $1,000, according to the report, before shutting down earlier this year.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Pinky Cole's finances were revealed as part of her ongoing bankruptcy ... and it looks like she's on a tight budget.

Pinky, who is known for her line of Slutty Vegan restaurants, listed her monthly income as $6,000 in the proposed plan of reorganization she recently filed in her case ... according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

In the plan, Pinky said she would budget $200 on children's expenses, $800 on groceries, $80 on gas, $300 on medical, $1,574 on Georgia state taxes, and $1,343 on federal taxes ... which would leave her with $1,500 per month in disposable income.

Kevin Hart believes his ex-assistant Miesha Shakes should cough up a 5-figure sum for violating a confidentiality agreement where he says she agreed not to spill about him … TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Kevin is asking a judge to order Miesha to pay $50K in agreed-upon damages for breaching a non-disclosure agreement she signed.

Kevin sued Miesha, who worked for the entertainer from 2017 to 2020, after she did an interview with blogger Tasha K’s  … where he says she spilled info about his personal life.

Tay was a brilliant artist, and through his close musical partnership with Sexyy, he became a genuine friend to everyone at Rebel. We send our sincerest condolences to Tay Keith’s family and loved ones."

Dameka adds ... "Royalty negotiations are handled by labels -- not artists -- and I’ve worked closely with the legal counsel and team for Tay Keith to finalize the royalty agreement to fully compensate him for his valuable contributions as a musical collaborator with Sexyy. In fact, we were in the final stages of getting Tay Keith fully compensated before his shocking passing this week. We are expediting the finalization of this work with Tay Keith’s attorney so that full payment can be made to his estate as soon as possible.”

A rep for Tay Keith said, “The dispute is between the parties’ respective labels, and naming Sexyy Red in the lawsuit was a legal formality. Any allegations are directed at the label, not Red personally. Both labels have been cooperating, and the matter is close to being resolved. Tay and Red remained friends and he considered her a sister. They were in the studio together as recently as last week working on new music. We appreciate Red’s sentiments and condolences during this difficult time.”

Music producer Tay Keith had yet to resolve his legal battle with Sexyy Red's label over royalties he claimed he was owed at the time of his death ... but the parties were working towards a resolution, TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Tay sued Sexyy's label back in March 2026, claiming he produced 13 songs for her in 2024, including "Pound Town."

Tay claimed Sexyy’s song made millions from sales and streaming … but he says he never got paid for his services.

John Schneider is disputing his ex-wife's claim that he owes her 7-figures in unpaid spousal support ... claiming Elvira Schneider needs to double-check her math.

The "Dukes of Hazzard" star filed new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, asking a judge to shut down Elvira's latest motion in their never-ending legal war ... this after she claimed he owed her more than $2.3 million.

Chris Brown took the stand in the $90 million battle with his former housekeeper over a vicious dog attack at his L.A. home.

On Thursday, the entertainer testified in court as part of the trial in the lawsuit brought by Maria Avila. In her suit, Maria claims she was attacked by a large dog while taking out the trash. Chris denies wrongdoing.

In court, Chris denied that the dog in question was his and said it belonged to his head of security. Both the dog and the head of security were residents of the property. He added that the dog stayed on the property as a guard dog.

French Montana is putting his money where his mouth is ... he says he cut a $75,000 check to the New York cab driver whose taxi was destroyed during the Knicks title celebration.

Appearing on "CBS Mornings" Thursday, French revealed he gave 59-year-old Algerian immigrant Noureddine Bitat the money to help cover at least six months worth of living expenses while he gets back on his feet.

French said Noureddine was so shaken by the ordeal that he doesn't even want to drive a taxi anymore, so he's hoping the financial support gives him time to figure out his next move.

Comedian Carlos Mencia is in some trouble with the law ... the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office says they'll soon be announcing criminal charges against him.

D.A. Nathan J. Hochman says he will announce the charges against Mencia at 2 PM PT in a Thursday press conference outside the Hall of Justice in downtown Los Angeles.

It’s unclear what exactly the charges will be … but the D.A.'s office says they've been filed as the first case by L.A.'s newly created Business Tax Fraud Unit.

A GoFundMe created to raise money for Daveigh Chase's medical and living expenses is raising concerns among some of her friends ... but Daveigh's boyfriend, who launched the campaign, insists there's no shady business.

Roy Hernandez says he has been with Daveigh since 2019, and in her final days, he launched the fundraiser for the "Lilo & Stitch" and "The Ring" star ... because she was battling meningitis and multiple blood infections and needed financial support.

But, a longtime friend and former manager for Daveigh tells TMZ ... her friends and relatives have their suspicions. The manager says, "A man claiming to be Daveigh's boyfriend has launched a GoFundMe page purportedly on behalf of Daveigh and her family. Neither her family nor her close friends know who this person is."

Soulja Boy’s ex-girlfriend is attempting to have his music residuals sold off to collect on a multi-million dollar judgment against him ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a former assistant who then started a two-year romance with the rapper filed a notice announcing her intent to sell Soulja's rights to collect music residuals from Broadcast Music. She said she intends to sell to the highest bidder.

The woman, who filed as a Jane Doe, said the sale will go forward unless Soulja objects.
