Judge Arun Subramanian will be an integral part of the Diddy's trial -- which should kick off in earnest Monday with opening arguments ... but, before he became a judge, he was just a civil attorney who really cared about his clients.

We spoke with Mary and Joel Rich -- a couple Arun represented in a lawsuit against Fox News after the network ran a story claiming their son leaked thousands of Democratic party emails to Wikileaks in 2016.

After they settled their lawsuit with the network, Mary and Joel say they wanted to take their legal team out to dinner in New York City to thank them for all their hard work ... and, Arun immediately agreed to come -- with one caveat.

The singer-songwriter turned 26 on Sunday ... and, whether she's flaunting her bod in lingerie or snuggled up in a parka and earmuffs, she's always got her fans saying 'please please please' post more!

The singer-songwriter took to Instagram to share a loving Mother's Day message ... starting with praise for his own mother, Ruthie -- from whom he says he inherited an ear for music.

BRC then asks fans for prayers because his family's so close to healing -- and, to prove it, he shouted out Tish ... who he's seemingly been at odds with since their shocking divorce.

Don't tell Nancy Grace that Diddy's jury should cut him a break for beating and kicking Cassie in the video jurors will watch next week ... she says what you see is EXACTLY the man he is.

Nancy appears on TMZ's new weekly series on Tubi, "TMZ Presents: United States V. Sean Combs: Inside the Diddy Trial," along with Harvey, Mark Geragos, Ashleigh Banfield and Eboni K. Williams.

Eboni suggests the defense will argue Diddy should not be judged by what he did on the worst day of his life. When Nancy heard that, she went ballistic, and everyone else joined in.

3:22 PM PT -- We've got more details on A$AP Rocky's new bling ... with sources telling us this ring contains just over five carats of flawless white diamonds -- as well as more than 110 grams of 18 karat yellow gold.

Jason of Beverly Hills masterfully blended both satin and high-polish finishes all throughout this 3.5-inch tall ring ... using 0.8 milimeter chains to emulate Rocky's boo's free flowing hair.

We're told this isn't a new piece of bling ... 'cause Rocky ordered it a few years ago -- even before he and Rihanna started having kids. But, we gotta say ... it still looks good as new.

Rihanna may be singing about diamonds ... but A$AP Rocky is wearing them -- on a ring shaped just like his Grammy-winning partner.

Check out the masterpiece ... the "Fashion Killa" hitmaker is the proud owner of a gold ring featuring a statue modeled to look exactly like RiRi ... from her face to her rear end.

A$AP showed off the Jason of Beverly Hills design in a behind-the-scenes video with Vogue centered around his Harlem-inspired 2025 Met Gala look, and he could not keep his excitement contained when he picked up his unique accessory.

The singer-songwriter posted to Instagram Saturday morning ... admitting she rarely responds to rumors, but she felt like she needed to defend her mom -- who she adds is absolutely her best friend.

MC says -- like many mamas out there -- Tish ain't the best with social media ... and, somehow, she unfollowed Miley without meaning to, exactly like Tish claimed on social media earlier this week.

John Legend is heartbroken to see the "devolution" of his former mentor and friend Kanye West ... saying in a new interview that his rampant antisemitism and anti-Blackness is "sad" to watch.

The "All of Me" hitmaker candidly spoke about his ex-pal while chatting with The Times, explaining he is not the Kanye who signed him to his G.O.O.D. Music record label back in 2004.

He explained ... "Back then Kanye was very passionate, very gifted, and he had big dreams not only for himself but also for all the people around him ... It does feel sad, sometimes shocking, to see where he is now."

Kanye, of course, has had an array of public woes and breakdowns over the years, from bad-mouthing the wife of his four kids, Kim Kardashian -- such as wishing he had children with her friend Paris Hilton instead -- to his more recent shameless passion for all things Adolf Hitler.

"The Real Housewives of New Jersey" alum Siggy Flicker says karma is coming for Kanye West following his seemingly never-ending antisemitic rants and the recent release of his despicable new song titled "Heil Hitler."

TMZ caught up with Siggy this week after President Trump appointed her to the Holocaust Memorial board. During a Zoom call, Siggy told us that although she agrees with Ye's right to free expression, his Nazi rhetoric will ultimately catch up to him.

In fact, Siggy tells us that Kanye is missing out on the "true gift" of life because he's unable to raise the four children he shares with Kim Kardashian. Instead, Siggy says, Kanye's living in sin by parading his nearly naked wife -- Bianca Censori -- around in public all over the world.

Demi Lovato is already in summer mode ahead of the official start of the season next month ... as she breaks out her bikini for some real fun in the sun.

Check out the photos ... Demi, in her black two-piece with cool shades, is taking in the rays as she puts her toned and tattooed body on display inside the pool overlooking the ocean.

Taylor Swift is being dragged further into the Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni beef -- she just got hit with a subpoena in the case.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Baldoni's attorney Bryan Freedman has now subpoenaed Taylor as a witness in the Lively-Baldoni legal war.

Taylor's camp is blasting the subpoena, because they say she was minimally involved in the drama on the set of "It Ends With Us" ... which sparked a nasty legal war between Blake and Justin.

"American Idol" creator Simon Fuller's wife is cutting the cord on their marriage ... because she just filed for divorce.

Simon's spouse, Natalie Fuller, beelined it to court Friday and filed for divorce after more than 16 years of marriage.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Natalie lists Friday as the date of separation and she's going with the usual "irreconcilable differences" as the reason for the split.

Billy Ray Cyrus is having a mini family reunion ... spending quality time with two of his kids, and making sure everyone knows about it.

The country music star just posted a selfie with Miley Cyrus, Braison Cyrus and Miley's boyfriend Maxx Morando.

Braison's birthday is today and that seems to be the reason for the occasion.

Kanye West's threatening letter to Kim Kardashian accusing her of exploiting their kids is just a stunt designed to piss off Kim -- one with zero legal bite ... TMZ has learned.

Here's the deal ... on Friday, Ye's purported lawyer, Kathy Johnson, supposedly sent Kim's attorney, Laura Wasser, a cease and desist letter, "concerning the welfare and custody of Mr. West’s minor children: North West, Saint West, Chicago West, and Psalm West."

But we spotted a bunch of red flags pointing to this being a phony correspondence, including the claim Johnson works for a JB Law Firm in Palma, Spain. We've found no record of any such firm in that town ... there is one in the Canary Islands, but a website link for that firm doesn't work, nor does the phone number.

Al B. Sure! says he's the last man breathing who knows the truth about Diddy, and has no issue using the last of his oxygen -- to take him down!!!

The R&B singer appeared on FOX 5 New York earlier today to promote his forthcoming memoir, where he raised questions about his late ex Kim Porter's death.

Al claims Kim used to warn him to "watch his back" around Diddy and disputed the coroner's ruling that a healthy 47-year-old woman could suddenly die from pneumonia.
