Universal made the announcement a year after the metal icon's death ... announcing the “Ozzy Osbourne: Prince of Darkness" houses are inspired by his prolific solo career. Universal says ... "Guests can anticipate a wild ride as they climb aboard the Crazy Train for a terrifying trip through his disturbing world of rock and roll."

The late legend's maze will be at both the Orlando and Hollywood locations ... joining a stacked lineup for the 2026 season.

Usher's getting the last laugh after a fan snubbed him on stage ... seemingly taking a swipe at her cold fish act, while getting a new audience member who was ready and willing.

8:33 AM PT -- Jared Leto is firing back at the new sexual misconduct allegations against him ... denying he has ever sexually assaulted anyone.

Jared Leto is facing serious allegations from four women who claim the Academy Award-winning actor allegedly sexually assaulted them or threatened to sexually assault them when they were teenagers, according to a new report.

The BBC says that Leto allegedly sexually assaulted one of the victims in the bathroom of a motel room when she was 17. A second victim claims Leto threatened to sexually assault her while she was left all alone with him in a hotel room when she was 19.

A third victim says she had sex with Leto in California when she was 17, which qualifies as statutory rape in the state. Leto reportedly shrugged off a discussion he had with the victim about the age of consent being 18. 

Kanye West and his former personal assistant Lauren Pisciotta have reached a settlement over her sexual harassment lawsuit against him, TMZ has learned.

The pair settled the lawsuit on July 23, according to court docs Lauren's lawyers submitted to a Los Angeles court Tuesday that were obtained by TMZ. The filing says the settlement is "unconditional" and that a request for dismissal will be filed within 45 days of July 23.

The details of the settlement are under wraps. TMZ has reached out to reps for Kanye ... so far, no word back.

French DJ Kavinsky -- best known for the electro track "Nightcall" -- has died.

The Paris prosecutor's office said Kavinsky -- real name Vincent Belorgey -- was found dead at his home in Paris Tuesday, according to multiple local and national reports. An investigation is underway, and a cause of death has yet to be released.

The French newspaper Le Figaro spoke to a police source who noted he may have had a stroke, per the BBC. The outlet reported he had been complaining about headaches in the last few days.

Gruesome photos of Celeste Rivas' dismembered and decomposing remains were shown during D4vd's preliminary hearing ... but testimony about the unimaginable smell was just as powerful.

Dr. Grant Ho of the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner told the judge the odor emanating from the teen's remains was so overwhelming they could actually be smelled down the hall before being brought into the examination room for the autopsy.

The horrifying detail is compelling because it was the smell of her decomposing remains that resulted in the case being opened in the first place ... the odor leading to the grisly discovery last September inside a Hollywood tow yard.

Prosecutors presented what they described as an 18-month text message trail between D4vd and Celeste Rivas … arguing the exchanges documented the progression of their relationship from pregnancy scares, abortion discussions and plans to live together ... leading up to her alleged murder.

Deputy District Attorney Beth Silverman walked through messages dating back to November 2023 ... when prosecutors say Celeste was 13 and D4vd -- real name David Anthony Burke -- was 18 -- noting their initial communication began all the way back in August 2022, when Celeste was just 11.

Early texts included discussions about missed periods, ovulation tracking and pregnancy prevention -- with D4vd allegedly advising her about taking emergency contraceptives such as Plan B.

Silverman showed texts from December 31, 2023 ... where D4vd says to Celeste, "why not 1 band why u deserve ten," in which Celeste responds ... "10 because u f***** me ten times >.<" ... D4vd corrects her and says, "6 actually baby."

Nicki Minaj's hotel bills, including her mini bar purchases, were revealed as part of her legal battle over an alleged six-figure debt ... and it looks like she has a sweet tooth.

24/7 Productions submitted several hotel invoices from stays where the entertainer used the name Tori Spaulding, claiming they footed the bill for Nicki's lodging without being reimbursed. 

The production company provided live-event services for Nicki in 2023 … for the iHeartRadio Jingle Ball and the New York promotional week preceding the release of her "Pink Friday 2" album.

24/7 advanced $250K for Nicki's bill, including $125K in personal expenses alone. The company said Nicki and her team agreed to reimburse all expenses.

Music producer Tay Keith left behind a massive estate when he died, including a car collection and a home in Tennessee, TMZ has learned. 

Court docs reveal Tay’s family member was appointed as the administrator of his estate.

The family member said the estate includes substantial assets, bank accounts, money market accounts, a Mercedes-Maybach and a Lambo. The other assets include 50% interest in a home in Memphis, interest in Shadow Tequila, a 50% interest in an engineering studio, music publishing interests, his music catalog, and his trademark and royalties. 

07:16 PM PT -- Jeff's lawyer, Michael E. Weinsten, tells TMZ, "This purported filing by Ms Banks is just the latest desperate ... act from someone who has already been found liable in a court of law for defaming my client over many years, threatening this family, interfering with his business and other outrageous conduct."

Jeff sued Azealia in 2020 for alleged defamation, stalking, invasion of privacy and civil extortion. She denied the claims. The singer filed a countersuit, but the claims were dismissed. Jeff's lawsuit against Azealia remains ongoing.

Jeff's lawyer said they recently completed a trial on the issue of damages where they put forth evidence of the alleged damage caused by "Ms. Banks and her antics."

Michael tells TMZ, "We are expecting a ruling in the coming months and look forward to the court holding Ms. Banks fully accountable for her actions." He said the singer had the chance to raise her "alleged grievances" in the lawsuit, "but all of her claims were dismissed ... with prejudice."

Azealia Banks just filed for a temporary restraining order against her ex-manager, claiming he psychologically and emotionally abused her for over a decade.

According to Monday’s filing, obtained by TMZ, AB says she’s been abused by Jeff Kwatinetz since 2014, when he allegedly got her to sign up for a life insurance policy when she was intoxicated.

Banks claims ... “He gave me expensive red wine and put the policy in front of me when I was drunk and we were cozied up.”

Gabrielle Cheyenne -- the woman who Usher kicked off stage after she wasn't feeling his steamy serenade -- has a confession ... she was at the show for Chris Brown ... and her reaction would have been totally different if Breezy brought her on stage.

Gabrielle joined us on "TMZ Live" Monday and we asked her why she wasn't feeling Usher.

Usher and Chris are touring together, and Gabrielle says she's more loyal to Breezy than Ush ... so much so, her reaction would have been way different if it was Chris who called her up on stage.
