Post Malone and Christy Lee have apparently gone from splitsville to proposals ... 'cause the couple is now engaged.

It's quite the turnaround for the couple.

We broke the story last summer ... Post and Christy had called it quits after dating for several months.

It's unclear when they rekindled their romance, but it looks like Post popped the question on Tuesday in Utah ... with a bunch of friends flying out for the special occasion.

Cher's daughter-in-law, Marieangela King, is fighting the legendary singer's effort to take control of her troubled son Elijah Blue Allman's life ... TMZ has learned.

In new court docs obtained by TMZ, Marieangela claims Cher and her team have refused to work with her in developing a long-term plan for Elijah's recovery and care and have instead "systematically excluded" her from all discussions even though she's his spouse.

As we reported ... Elijah was arrested in New Hampshire in March on assault and other charges. Marieangela says he's currently locked up in a psychiatric facility under professional and state supervision.

Ariana Grande wants to get the real names of the people she claims have been hacking and leaking her unreleased material ... and she's asking a judge to help her do it.

Frank Beard, the longtime drummer for legendary rock band ZZ Top, has died ... TMZ has learned.

According to the Fort Bend County Medical Examiner Frank passed away on August 17 at his Texas ranch with family by his side after a stay in hospice. A cause of death has not been disclosed at this time.

ZZ Top founder Billy F. Gibbons released a statement on his passing saying, “Today, Elwood and I lost a great friend and collaborator, and the world lost one of the most naturally innovative drummers and a great and true son of Texas. His signature backbeat was key to keeping ZZ on top. The band of which he was part for six decades is going to keep on keeping on as he had wished.”

As TMZ previously reported ... Frank's health forced ZZ Top to cancel its August 5 concert at the Hollywood Bowl.

Earth, Wind & Fire's Ralph Johnson has a good update on John Paris ... saying his bandmate is gonna be alright after the medical emergency that landed him in an induced coma.

Cameras caught up with Ralph in L.A. on Sunday -- and he says John's stable after the scary situation.

Slash says his business manager accidentally overpaid spousal support to his ex-wife ... to the tune of a whopping $1.5 million ... and now he wants a judge to let him deduct it from future payments.

The Guns N' Roses guitarist -- legal name Saul Hudson -- recently filed a request in Los Angeles County court ... claiming a mistake by his longtime business manager caused the massive overpayment to Perla Ferrar.

Slash pays Perla $100,000 a month ... plus additional quarterly amounts tied to his income above certain thresholds.

He says his business manager failed to adjust those extra payments when the maximum Perla could receive dropped over the years, which he says led to the overpayments.

Victor Willis died of liver cancer ... according to his widow, who announced his cause of death on social media.

Karen Willis, revealed the Village People singer died of primary liver cancer with metastasis.

In a Facebook post on Tuesday, Victor's widow wrote ... "Primary liver cancer runs in Victor's family as his mother also died of primary liver cancer, and so has several other relatives."

Karen was also the one to break the news of his passing back in June, writing at the time that he'd died after "a short but aggressive illness."
