The lead guitarist and founding member of New Found Glory, Chad Gilbert, has died ... his band announced.

The band shared the sad news with their fans on Instagram Sunday ... and said they were "devastated and shocked" by his passing.

They wrote ... "On the morning of September 20th, Chad Everett Gilbert passed away peacefully in his sleep. He left this world surrounded by friends and family and took his final breaths with his wife and mother by his side, just as he wished."

Can't slow Lionel Richie down ... cuz he's out of the hospital!!!

The 77-year-old singer stepped out saying 'Hello' to the fans while on the town with his girlfriend, Lisa Parigi, as they attended a party in Beverly Hills Saturday night ... and it seems like his recent hospitalization is merely a distant memory.

Looking sharp in a navy jacket with matching pants ... Lionel kept it casual with some white sneakers and a thumbs up to the camera.

The 5th annual Tender Fest took place this weekend in Beverly Hills, and two things it was not short of were chicken tenders and celebrities!

Yes, a food festival solely featuring chicken tenders does exist and we were front and center for the festivities. The event featured vendors from all over the country, including Tender Crush, Pizzeria Mozza, Raising Cane’s, Delilah, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and con-tender competition winner and popular LA Thai restaurant, Jitlada.

Lizzo, who was a judge for this year's con-tender competition -- a face-off between local LA Chefs -- spoke to us and told us what she thinks goes into the perfect chicken tender.

George Lucas' Museum for Narrative Art has officially launched ... and all the stars were out for the Galaxy's biggest night!

The museum, which looks like it's from a galaxy far, far away, sits on 11 acres of parkland in L.A. ... and on Saturday, celebrities from all walks of life joined forces to celebrate its grand opening.

TMZ exclusively obtained video of all the stars aligning ... guests heard Oprah and Samuel L. Jackson give impassioned speeches about the importance of art and how it connects us all -- and watched a mind-blowing drone show featuring some of Lucas' most iconic characters.

Ed Sheeran revealed that he had to drastically alter his stage performance for his Philadelphia concert ... and it was all because he was worried fans might pelt him mid-show!

At one point in the performance ... he told the crowd that he initially was going to perform on a B Stage ... but he decided against it.

He said ... "I didn't know what this audience would be like. I didn't know if I would have things thrown at me."

At least not right now.

Miley Cyrus' looks over the years came in like a "Wrecking Ball!"

Here is a 19-year-old version of the pop star at the 2012 VMAs -- rockin' a plunging neckline and ... short hair, don't care (left).

And fourteen years later, Miley's 2026 has been heating up -- scoring a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame (right) ... and dropping her latest album "Bass Persuades" earlier this weekend.

Ed Sheeran fans arriving at Lincoln Financial Field tonight were met with some NSFW jeers from pro-Palestine protestors upset about Macklemore being axed from his tour.

In a video taken by FreedomNews, one protestor could be heard yelling from a megaphone .... "F*** your concert, f*** your fans. Palestine is our demand."

In another part of the clip, the camera shows the dozens of protestors outside the local subway stop by the field ... chanting ... "Free Palestine."

The battle lines have been drawn clearly between Macklemore, Ed Sheeran, and Robert Kraft -- and Mark Geragos and Harvey Levin have gone to war over who's the bad guy.

Harvey goes in hard on Macklemore, saying he has an anti-Semitic history and Robert had every right to disinvite the rapper into his house.

As we reported earlier ... Macklemore was dropped from Ed's tour after making pro-Palestine remarks during their New Jersey concert after being told not to.

One of Ed Sheeran's opening acts Aaron Rowe is asking fans to pump the brakes on any hate toward the singer following Macklemore's exit ... even after Aaron himself quit Ed's tour.

Taking to Instagram, Aaron wrote ... "All I keep hearing is Ed Sheeran this, Ed Sheeran that. When you really should be focusing on the likes of Robert Kraft."

We reported earlier ... in addition to Robert -- who owns the Patriots -- other NFL owners agreed with his decision to sever ties with Macklemore.

Celine Dion was still full of so much energy after her Paris concert last night that she climbed on top of a BMW barefoot and kept the tunes coming ... and we have the video!

In the early morning hours of Saturday ... the Canadian songstress was greeted by a throng of fans playing her song "Pour Que Tu M'aimes Encore" which translates to "So That You'll Love Me Again."

The singer-songwriter was so taken aback by their support following the second night of her Paris residency, she decided to hop on the car for a stirring two-minute rendition. And fans were loving it!

Ed Sheeran's first concert since Macklemore was booted from his tour is going down tonight in Philly — and the fallout from the whole debacle appears to have impacted ticket sales in a huge way.

According to StubHub ... hundreds of tickets ranging from $56 to $251 are still available for purchase, but so far there are no takers. And fans only have hours left to buy all of those tickets before Ed takes the stage at Philadelphia's Lincoln Financial Field.

As you know, Ed's had a rough week, to say the least, following Macklemore getting kicked off his 2026 Loop Tour for making what some viewed as inflammatory pro-Palestine remarks during a concert in New Jersey.

Bunnie XO's living her new chapter by watching a very familiar kind of performance ... with the former exotic dancer taking in a few stripteases in Texas ... and only TMZ has video of her wild night at a strip club!!!

We've obtained footage of the sexy star hitting Bucks Wild -- a fully nude strip club in Fort Worth -- and you see her hopping onstage and making it rain.

Bunnies gets close to the exotic dancers as they work the pole ... grinding for some dead presidents.

Ed Sheeran is ready to perform Saturday night's Philadelphia concert solo if needed, now that Macklemore, the rest of his openers and his backup band are out ... TMZ has learned.

Music industry sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... plans for the concert have been changing hour by hour behind the scenes as everyone works out the logistics. But we're told there's no concern about Ed taking the stage by himself if it comes to that.

Our sources point out Ed has historically performed in large-scale venues with nothing more than a guitar ... and has successfully carried two-hour stadium shows without a backup band.

Nicki Minaj has no apologies for loving President Trump ... but don't expect her to turn her next tour into a political rally.

Nicki joined Laura Ingraham on Fox News' "The Ingraham Angle" Friday alongside Small Business Administration head Kelly Loeffler to discuss the "Million-Dollar Pitch Competition" ... and the conversation quickly turned to her relationship with Trump.

Asked what she says to critics of their partnership, Nicki's answer was blunt -- "Absolutely nothing."
