The Miami rap legend and die-hard Heat fan sat down with TMZ Sports in NYC this week and made it crystal clear where King James should take his talents next ... a return trip to South Beach.

And, not necessarily for rings or highlights (not only, at least) ... but for the bag.

TMZ Sports caught up with the former number 2 overall pick at LAX on Monday, and we asked him about the biggest story in the NBA.

"Brothers wrastle all the time. Sometimes it goes too far," MB told us.

But, doesn't (allegedly) throwing punches go too far, we asked.

The close pals and kings of NYC are taking over the city with a series of top-tier, celeb-packed extravaganzas ... beginning with Jay-Z's Yankee Stadium concerts this weekend.

The rapper sold out three shows in the Bronx ballpark this weekend ... with celebs like Fat Joe, LeBron James, Megan Thee Stallion, Kevin Hart, Ice Spice, the Knicks' NBA Finals Hero OG Anunoby, Jadakiss and DJ Khaled pulling up for Friday night's show -- ya know, the one that iconically opened with Beyoncé cuttin' Jay-Z's hair!

Tyler Herro was all smiles with his lady, Katya Elise Henry, at the NBA Summer League in Las Vegas Friday ... after reportedly getting into a scuffle with his now-former teammate, Bam Adebayo.

Check out the clip -- Herro doesn't seem to have a worry in the world as he walks in with the model and influencer. He's later chatting it up on the sidelines.

Earlier in the day, the new Milwaukee Bucks shooting guard allegedly got into a physical altercation with his former teammate while they were both at a practice court. The fight apparently had to do with Herro questioning Adebayo's worth and his $160 million deal with the Heat.

3:20 PM PT -- Mychelle filed her own docs, firing back at Miles. She claimed he filed criminal charges against her for throwing water on him to harass her and have her arrested to take her away from their kids. Mychelle said Miles tried to run her over with a golf cart during a custody exchange ... which led to her allegedly throwing water.

Mychelle claims Miles continues to file "false, frivolous" motions in an attempt to remove their children from her care.

Miles Bridges' baby mama, Mychelle Johnson, is accused of assault and battery on the NBA star ... TMZ has learned.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Mychelle is facing a misdemeanor charge in North Carolina for allegedly throwing water on Miles during a custody exchange ... dousing him in full view of their children.

In the docs, Miles claimed that during a June 22 custody exchange, Mychelle "threw water on me in front of the kids and said she'll do it again if we argued."

Bam Adebayo and Tyler Herro got in a physical altercation when they crossed paths in Las Vegas on Friday ... with the Miami Heat center reportedly landing a blow on his now-former teammate.

The incident happened at a practice court set up at a Vegas hotel, according to Shams Charania ... and was apparently sparked by a comment Herro made about Adebayo after he was traded to the Milwaukee Bucks.

In leaked DMs, Herro seemingly questioned Adebayo's value and $160 million deal with the Heat ... claiming the big man only plays great defense occasionally.

The San Antonio Spurs are in need of a new play-by-play announcer ... after the guy who held the job reportedly lost his gig amid bombshell cheating allegations involving a player's sister.

The claims went public on Jacob Tobey's social media earlier this week ... with his now-ex-girlfriend seemingly getting access to his account and sharing a picture of them during happier times.

"This is my girlfriend of six years. But I cheated on her with [redacted,]" the Instagram Story said.
