Two frat leaders in Wisconsin have been arrested after cops found dozens of half-naked pledges in a basement, covered in food.

20-year-olds Brayden J. Klein and Samuel N. Vane -- leaders of a reportedly unrecognized University of Wisconsin frat -- were booked Wednesday for misdemeanor hazing and misdemeanor disorderly conduct in the alleged hazing incident.

According to the New York Post, cops found 30 teens in the basement of the Alpha Epsilon Pi frat house ... noting in the report that they were covered in food and condiments, and some had "visible injuries consistent with being physically assaulted."

An Arizona man was arrested after punching his son-in-law's convicted killer inside a Maricopa County courtroom ... and it's all on video.

Alberto Ontiveros Sanchez attacked Abel Uribe after giving an emotional address to the court during Uribe's sentencing hearing for murdering David Navidad-Parra.

According to Fox 10 Phoenix, Sanchez charged the defense table and punched Uribe multiple times in the back of the head.

Porn star Christian Styles' 911 caller tried performing life-saving procedures on him while talking with dispatchers shortly before he was declared dead ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ has obtained the dispatch audio from Canton Township Police following the emergency call made in August ... and the unnamed caller repeatedly asks law enforcement to "hurry up" as they performed CPR.

After dispatch guided them through the life-saving procedure ... the caller asks someone else in the home to open the front door before neighbors arrived to help.

The courtroom gallery at Caleb Flynn's trial couldn't help but chuckle after listening to 2 A.I. songs he wrote to his mistress as he stands accused of murdering his wife.

Both ballads -- which featured the same lyrics written by Caleb but different A.I.-generated vocals and tracks -- were played back to back during Thursday's trial hearing ... prompting rolled eyes, shaken heads, and raised eyebrows throughout the gallery.

Even Caleb seemed uncomfortable ... with the accused killer patting his forehead more than once with a napkin.

A pediatric physician was fatally stabbed, and his wife has been left critically injured ... after a man in his underwear claiming to be God allegedly broke into their home and attacked them in their sleep with a knife.

Dr. Idris Evans -- who was a pediatric critical care doctor at a children's hospital -- was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital ... WPXI reported.

His wife -- who was also wounded in the attack -- rushed next door to a neighbor's to call 911 ... and thankfully their two kids also escaped the home in time ... according to WPXI.

Elizabeth Holmes is barred from reaching out to the many investors she was convicted of ripping off -- to the tune of over $452 million -- once she gets out of federal prison ... TMZ has learned.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, Holmes -- the former CEO of Theranos -- must have absolutely no contact with the 14 victims of her scam, unless a probation officer directs her to do so.

Authorities successfully prosecuted Holmes for concocting a fraudulent scheme to convince investors to pour money into her tech startup that promised to revolutionize blood testing.

Under the special conditions of her supervised release ... Holmes must also make restitution payments to the investor victims, including $40 million to Walgreens and more than $14 million to Safeway.

After a media whirlwind, the holdout juror in Lindsay Clancy's murder trial is ready to get back to work and business as usual, TMZ has learned.

He tells us the property maintenance company he works for has been very supportive during this "challenging time."

The District Attorney who investigated Nolan Wells' death fired back at the late teen’s family lawyer Ben Crump ... hours after he held a press conference with alleged new evidence.

Jackson County District Attorney Angel Myers McIlrath criticized Crump's claims Thursday that texts were deleted on Nolan's phone.

Crump and a forensic expert his team hired said they discovered data had been deleted from the phone. They said the missing messages were on Snapchat.

McLlrath said, "The user action discussed by [Crump's team] is from other snapchat users, not someone physically accessing Nolan Wells' phone."

She added, "If the Crump team has evidence to the contrary, they have not provided it to us. The Grand Jury report outlined the other evidence they received, including cell phone downloads, surveillance data, GPS data, and the printed report of Nolan’s cell phone."

She ended with another dig at Crump ... writing if his team "genuinely has new information or evidence that Nolan Wells was murdered they should stop playing games and immediately provide it to me."

Authorities are investigating the death of 4-year-old Jayde Wooten who was found upside down in a trash can full of water and fish.

According to WGXA, the girl's father told a deputy that he'd just gotten home and couldn't find his daughter in her room.

He says he then woke up Jayde's mother, who claims to have fallen asleep while Jayde was eating in the kitchen.

A Pennsylvania man who shot his ex-wife five times during a brutal attack sparked by child support has been convicted of attempted murder ... and prosecutors say he showed little remorse, even portraying himself as a hero in court.

Darrell Long -- a 63-year-old man -- was found guilty Tuesday of attempted first-degree murder and several other charges stemming from the March 2025 attack on his former wife, Dawn.

According to prosecutors, Long went to Dawn's Lebanon County home while she was sleeping on her living room couch and allegedly attacked her with a .22-caliber rifle before opening fire.

Michael Peguy Desronvil, the holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy case, is sick and tired of the way her lawyer, Kevin Reddington, is treating him ... and he's preparing to fire back.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Michael and his legal team plan to file a bar complaint against Kevin ... they believe Kevin should be suspended, disciplined, or even disbarred for allegedly targeting Michael in the days after the mistrial.

Our sources say Michael feels Kevin publicly identified and essentially outed him ... which they see as a huge issue, considering Kevin is an officer of the court.

Caleb Flynn's mistress broke down in tears while testifying in his murder trial ... sobbing as she poured over her texts with the "American Idol" alum ... including one where she told him she wanted to kill his wife.

Alleigha Botner took the stand Thursday, sobbing as she told the court, "I just wish I didn't say this. I didn't mean it."

The message that brought her to tears reads ... "I want to kill her, Caleb."

She also read Caleb's chilling response ... "That makes two of us."

Attorneys representing Nolan Wells' friends say they didn't delete the Snapchat messages that the family's lawyers claim were scrubbed from his phone ... and are adamant they're not to blame.

Edward Andrew Paltzik -- who represents Jax Pitalo, Warren Hudson and Morgan Seymour -- tells TMZ ... "Warren, Jax and Morgan did not erase anything and never had access to his phone. If anything was erased, they didn't do it."

Their other attorney, Tyler Cox, tells us ... "A girl from the group got all the phones left in the boat (which included Nolan's) and put them in Wyatt's truck, and it stayed there until Christine's friend came over to get Nolan's phone. The same girl in the group retrieved the phone from the truck and gave it to Christine's friend around 1:30 AM."

Nolan Wells' attorneys have released the state's autopsy report ... and they say it raises new questions about the official theory of his death.

The Mississippi report says there was no fluid or debris within the airways of his lungs.

It mentions bruising in the tissue on his scalp on both sides of the back of his neck ... and says there were no other external or internal injuries and that no internal organ abnormalities contributed to his death.

The state's report was signed Aug. 17 ... but still lists Nolan's cause and manner of death as undetermined. It says the body was examined on July 7.
