Lady Gaga kissed off her 20s with a huge birthday party that had tons of celebs, a gift made by Michael Jackson and Gaga herself belting out tunes.

LG turns 30 on Monday and she celebrated at No Name Club in Hollywood ... along with Taylor Swift, Lana Del Rey, Kate Hudson, Pharrell, Chrissy Teigen & John Legend, Lisa Vanderpump and Kathy Bates ... to name just a few.

Check out the video ... everyone raved about the party and Gaga's performance -- which she clearly wanted on the DL, since no video's popped up yet.

Best gift of the night goes to whoever showed up with a famous 1990 MJ sketch called, "Dancing Feet." Michael reportedly made a few of these ... one of which sold in 2010 for nearly $25k!

Talk about dodging a bullet ... Justin Bieber has made peace with the man who wanted to slap the blonde off his head, Nate Diaz -- and to prove they're cool, they took a selfie together.

Bieber and Diaz came face to face at JB's concert after-party at Warwick nightclub in Hollywood late Wednesday night.

It was an interesting situation considering Diaz recently fantasized about delivering a Stockton Slap to Justin's head ... after Bieber criticized his fighting style on social media.

But last night it was all love ... no violence ... and Diaz tweeted, "All good doe 100."

Nyjah Huston's neighbors can finally REJOICE -- 'cause a judge has ordered the X Games star to SHUT DOWN the insane late-night ragers at his home ... or else.

21-year-old Huston has become a legend in Orange County, CA for throwing some of the sickest parties ever ... with cops responding more than 20 TIMES since 2013.

The pro skater appeared in court Wednesday to face a slew of criminal charges -- including disturbing the peace, resisting arrest, public nuisance and trespassing -- and hashed out a deal with prosecutors.

Huston agreed to plead no contest to two misdemeanors -- public nuisance and resisting a peace officer. In exchange, he was given 3 years probation, ordered to complete 200 hours of community service and the judge dropped everything else.

But here's the rub ... the judge told Huston part of his probation is he's not allowed to throw parties at his home from 8 PM to 8 AM. If he violates the order, the judge could revoke his probation ... which may result in jail time.

So ... day parties?

Selena Gomez let loose in a big way this weekend in a Texas bar ... fueled with what we're told is tequila and dancing on a table.

We got this video of the singer at the Reata rooftop in Ft. Worth, and it's as clear as the booze she's no longer that Disney star Bieber grew to love.

Drake shut down an entire city block in Houston so he and his boyz could celebrate a member of the family responsible for his career.

Johnny Manziel's career is "on the verge of being over" ... so says NFL legend Tony Gonzalez.

Tony G was out in Bev Hills Wednesday when we brought up Manziel's partying streak and asked if it matters with NFL GMs. The short answer ... yes.

"I don't know who's gonna give him a shot," Tony said.

"Who's gonna put up with that? If you're not good and you're messing up, people aren't gonna take a chance on you."

Tony says Johnny "might get one more shot" -- but if he does, dude better treat it like it's the last shot he'll EVER get.

BTW, we also spoke with Tony about his upcoming role in the new 'xXx' movie -- and dude's fired up about it. Even heaped some praise on Vin Diesel.

We asked Johnny if he was worried all the clubbing would hurt his chances to get picked up by another team. His lips were sealed as he strolled past the line and into the club.

Manziel's been on a tear over the past couple of weeks ... partying in Vegas over the weekend with his new pal Scott Disick and raging in Miami before that.

Johnny Manziel hit the Hollywood club scene again -- this time, rolling into TWO hot spots on a Monday night ... and sang Scott Disick's praises on the way out.

TMZ Sports has footage of Manziel rolling out of The Nice Guy -- where his voice seemed shot ... but he still mustered up the energy to give a shout-out to Disick.

Cuba was turnt at LIV nightclub in the Fontainebleau hotel where he was likely celebrating his rave reviews for 'The People v. O.J. Simpson.'
