Donald Trump will be dressing up for his inauguration as the 45th Prez, but just down the street a bunch of strippers will be dressing down and making their bank accounts great again.

We surveyed the D.C. landscape and found most of the big gentlemen's clubs are pulling out all the stops next weekend. They include ...

ARCHIBALD'S -- Come for the naughty interns and administration staffers party next Thursday night. And, on inauguration night, there's the Grand Inaugural Ball featuring strippers in Trump's signature red hat. The club normally closes at 2 AM, but that night it's open till 5. They'll also serve Fruity Pebbles French toast before closing and inaugural breakfast sandwiches.

The MPIRE CLUB -- No "last call" here. The club will stay open the entire inauguration weekend (watch out for the strippers at 11 AM Sunday). They don't serve food here, but they're making an exception because they think they'll be a market for breakfast sandwiches and waffles.

CAMELOT SHOWBAR -- Anybody who's anybody will breeze though this joint. We're told a bunch of VIP tables have already been booked. They'll serve champagne with the lap dances. And, get this ... they're serving salmon and Australian lamb chops!!!

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna aren't putting all their eggs in the TV basket ... they've gone back to their roots by making some serious cash at the strip club.

The on-off couple hit up Sapphire Strip Club in NYC where Chyna was hosting.

She got pampered with a massage and chowed down on chicken wings.

Miley Cyrus and fiance Liam Hemsworth were like a walking rainbow Thursday night as they headed into the Flaming Lips album release party, and only one color was MIA.

Red? Check. Pink? Check. But no purple.

The stylists and makeup artists behind Hollywood's most glamorous looks were honored this week ... and some big stars even showed up to show some gratitude.

A gaggle of celebs showed up at Catch Tuesday night for the Marie Claire Image Makers Awards party, after creatives like Chris McMillan, Olivier Rousteing, Pati Dubroff and others were presented with awards for making those same celebs look beautiful.

Some of the stars in attendance included Kylie Jenner, Cindy Crawford, Rande Gerber, Chris Hardwick, Lydia Hearst, Katheryn Winnick, Shay Mitchell, Emmanuelle Chriqui, Carly Chaikin and Nina Garcia.

The folks behind "La La Land" won big at Sunday night's Golden Globe Awards ... and then partied big afterward with the real La La Land's biggest stars.

A gang of celebs came together at Craig's in WeHo after the show, and it was nothing short of Tinseltown at its finest. Some of those in attendance: Justin Hurwitz, Bob Odenkirk, Susan Kelechi Watson, Nikolaj Coster-Waldau ... and a dressed down Tobey Maguire.

It was a perilous night for celebs who dared make it down a notoriously treacherous driveway during a Golden Globes after-party.

Johnny Galecki and Julianne Hough were among the stars who slipped down the cobblestone at Chateau Marmont ... where WME was hosting.

One guy just eats it bad.

Odell Beckham Jr. has been reunited with his swag ... getting back the iced-out diamond ring he lost at a NYC strip club back in November.

Donald Trump will host a series of inaugural balls and we've learned one of them is all about his home ... New York City.

Sources involved in the planning tell TMZ, Trump's pet project is the Big Apple Ball, which will be festooned with every NYC icon. There will be huge cutouts of the Empire State Building, the Statue of Liberty, and on and on. As one source put it, "Every cliche that is New York will be front and center."

And Trump will use a line from a famous Frank Sinatra song as a central theme ... "If I can make it there, I'll make it anywhere."

And speaking of New York City ... we're told Tump will be flying back and forth from D.C. to NYC frequently. One source said the commute for him will be shorter than the commute most people have when they go from home to work in the D.C. area during rush hour. We're told, "He can leave the Oval, drive to National [Airport], fly to LaGuardia, drive to Trump Tower and take the elevator to his penthouse in an hour."

The New York Giants are in hot water now ... Steve Tisch, the co-owner of the team, is seriously PISSED OFF about the WR boat party in Miami ... because he wasn't invited.

You've heard by now ... the Giants wideouts -- including Odell Beckham Jr. -- chose not to fly back to NYC with the team after the Washington game ... instead opting to hit a boat party in Miami with Trey Songz.

The guys have been raked over the coals for the move -- they have a playoff game on Sunday -- but when we got Tisch out at Craig's in L.A., he wasn't mad. He was jealous.

Johnny Manziel brought back the MONEY PHONE at a Miami strip club Monday night ... hollering at a fat stack of cash while his new smokin' hot chick, Bre Tiesi, was right by his side.

It all went down at the legendary King of Diamonds strip club -- Johnny's party crew included Diddy's son, Justin Combs, and of course ... the money phone.

The last time Manziel made a cash call -- he was days away from signing his rookie contract with the Browns. Glad to see it still works.

It's smellin' like a breakup between Meek Mill and Nicki Minaj.

Both Nicki and Meek performed separately in Miami for New Year's Eve, and they also partied separately afterward. Nicki performed at E11even nightclub and then stayed to party. Meek performed at Dream Nightclub 2 miles from E11even and stayed there.

Nicki showed up at E11even at 11:30 PM, but Meek didn't show up at Dream until 2:40 AM, which would have given him plenty of time to ring in 2017 with Nicki.

Meek was also partying in New York on December 30 ... with Nicki nowhere in sight. On January 1st, Meek went to LIV nightclub in Miami and she wasn't there.

We're told they weren't together on Christmas Day as well.

Johnny Manziel's New Year's Day party exploits have caught the attention of prosecutors in Dallas -- after he was seen clubbing at the same place as his ex-girlfriend, Colleen Crowley.

Dick Clark Productions is outraged by the claims Mariah Carey's people made to TMZ, and the company is suggesting the singer has opened herself up to a lawsuit.

Dick Clark's people say Mariah's claim the production company sabotaged her New Year's Eve performance is "defamatory," adding it's also "outrageous and frankly absurd."

As we reported, Mariah's people say they repeatedly told production people her earpiece was not functioning but they ignored the warnings and even falsely led the singer to believe everything would work fine when she hit the stage. Suffice it to say ... the performance was a disaster.

Dick Clark Productions says, "In very rare instances there are of course technical errors that can occur with live television, however, our initial investigation has indicated that DCP had no involvement in the challenges associated with Ms. Carey's New Year's Eve performance."

Our Dick Clark sources blame the problems on Mariah, saying she refused to personally do a sound check and there was ample sound on stage for her to hear the music.

Dick Clark Productions adds, "We want to be clear that we have the utmost respect for Ms. Carey as an artist and acknowledge her tremendous accomplishments in the industry."

Mariah Carey believes her New Year's Eve performance -- which turned out to be a trainwreck -- was sabotaged so TV execs could score bigger ratings than usual.

Sources connected with Mariah tell TMZ they repeatedly complained to execs at Dick Clark Productions that her "inner ears" -- aka earpieces -- were NOT working.

Mariah did an interview with Ryan Seacrest an hour before she took the stage in Times Square and she was having trouble. You can hear her say to Ryan, "It's hard for me to hear you."

We're told after the interview Mariah and her team went to the production trailer and complained to Dick Clark execs her inner ears weren't working. Mariah sources say they were told her inner ears would be on a different frequency when she hit the stage and there would be no problem.

Fast forward to 6 minutes before her performance. Mariah was in the holding tent for last minute makeup, and she was alarmed, telling the production team she could barely hear anything. Mariah sources say they were assured the tent muffled the sound, and it would be fine on stage.

At that point someone said her mic pack wasn't working because the battery was dead, so they changed packs.

Mariah was suspicious and got on stage 4 minutes early to test things out, and she couldn't hear anything in her inner ear. She and her team say they complained repeatedly, but nothing was done.

To make matters worse and even more suspicious, Mariah's people say when she got on stage the prompter wasn't working. The prompter has the lyrics when they appear in the song as well as stage cues.

Mariah ripped the inner earpiece out -- out of frustration -- and thought she had a fighting chance just listening to the music, but the crowd was so loud in Times Square she could hear nothing.

Short story -- Mariah's team believe there are too many coincidences and too many warnings ... they say it was sabotage "so they could get Mariah drama." We know Mariah's people fired off an email to an Exec at Dick Clark Productions, saying, "This is sabotage."

We've reached out to Dick Clark Productions ... so far, no word back.

11:36 AM PT -- Dick Clark Production sources tell TMZ ... Mariah's "sabotage" claim is "silly," seeing how she's the one who decided not to do a sound check, and had a stand-in do it instead. They also say there were 8 monitors on stage amplifying sound, so even without an inner ear, Mariah should have been able to hear just fine. They add Mariah changed her story ... initially saying the track was wrong. Our Dick Clark sources insist her camp provided the track list.

So this is interesting ... JLo changed her mind about the whole "stay at home for the holidays" thing and headed off to Vegas to watch Drake perform.

JLo's sources told us a few weeks ago she was cancelling her lucrative appearance in Miami for NYE because she got a new home last year, and was working so much she had no time to enjoy it. What better time, she said, than the holidays where she could relax with family.

So why Vegas, and why Drake? People in their camp say something's going on, but we're still skeptical because they have new tunes together.

The Hollywood sign just paid homage to a new California law making recreational marijuana legal.

Someone vandalized the sign either on New Year's Eve or super early New Year's day and it now touts legal pot.

Cops say they're gonna get their guy because there's surveillance video. It looks like one man acting alone changed the most iconic image in Hollywood. We're told he used a tarp to change the shape of the O's.

Fun Fact: Someone pulled the same stunt on January 1, 1976. It took 41 years for dreams to be realized.
