Two women who authorities believe were in the country illegally got emotional as they were escorted in handcuffs to their removal flight ... and only TMZ has video.

Footage from LAX on Tuesday shows two women being escorted to a flight to remove them from the country ... and the video picks up with them cuffed and shackled in the back of a van.

The women appear hesitant to get out of the van ... and after some discussion, U.S. Customs and Border Patrol agents are able to get the women out to the curb.

D.L. Hughley says any Black person who visits President Donald Trump in the White House doesn't understand or care about Black issues ... specifically tearing into Saquon Barkley for going with the Eagles to the president's residence.

The comedian joined us on "TMZ Live" Tuesday ... and, he ripped into the members of the Philadelphia Eagles who decided to accept the president's invitation to celebrate their championship at the White House.

D.L. specifically took aim at the Black players who attended -- especially running back Saquon Barkley -- claiming he can always tell from looking at a Black person if they're really paying attention to Black issues or not.

President Trump's doing what he's known for -- firing people ... but this time it's a bunch of board members at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum who were appointed by Joe Biden.

Kamala Harris' husband, Doug Emhoff, was among those fired by Trump.

In a statement, the former Second Gentleman tells TMZ ... "Today, I was informed of my removal from the United States Holocaust Memorial Council. Let me be clear: Holocaust remembrance and education should never be politicized. To turn one of the worst atrocities in history into a wedge issue is dangerous -- and it dishonors the memory of six million Jews murdered by Nazis that this museum was created to preserve."

A proposed new Amazon feature constitutes a "hostile" action against the Trump Administration ... so says White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt.

A new measure under consideration in New York City could really clamp down on repeat speeders with accelerator-restrictor technology ... particularly focusing on speeders cited on surface streets and in school zones. The city could end up mandating the accelerator restrictors to force chronic speeders to involuntarily slow down.

The devices are part of a pilot program known as Intelligent Speed Assistance (ISA). Some use GPS data and maps to determine the correct speed depending on your car’s location. Some makes and models already have this technology installed as of a year ago. Vehicles that do not currently have ISA would have to be modified to add the technology.
