Meghan Markle and Prince Harry are headed back across the pond temporarily ... but they're leaving at least one important family member behind.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Meghan's mom -- Doria Ragland -- isn't making the move with the couple despite her close relationship with her daughter and her son-in-law.

We're told Doria maintains a home near Los Angeles, and she has a life she's not ready to leave behind. Our sources say she will see the family ... though it's unclear where.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's temporary move back to the UK won't impact their businesses ... because we've learned infrastructure is in place to keep things moving while they're overseas.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... it'll be business as usual for Harry and Meghan's production company, Archewell Productions, and her lifestyle brand, As Ever.

We're told their staffers remain in California and will continue working during the couple's temporary relocation to England.

The FBI reportedly gave Eric Swalwell quite the welcome home to California ... meeting him at the airport and seizing his electronics.

Agents were reportedly waiting when the former congressman landed at San Francisco International Airport Saturday ... confronting him with a search warrant and taking his cell phone and other devices.

Swalwell reportedly cooperated, but the feds weren't finished ... agents reportedly showed up at his Washington, D.C. home Sunday with additional court-approved search warrants ... seizing more potential evidence while neither Swalwell nor his wife, Brittany Watts, were home.

Donald Trump's ever-present aide Natalie Harp reportedly spent more than a year working inside the White House without a security clearance ... despite rarely leaving the president's side.

Harp didn't complete the paperwork needed to kick off her formal background investigation for more than a year, according to MS NOW, which reports the delay raised concerns among White House lawyers and security officials.

And apparently, the situation went all the way to the top ... the outlet reports Trump personally intervened at one point.

Sophie Rain is having the last laugh over a Florida gubernatorial candidate who invoked her name and proposed a "sin tax" ... because he got trounced in his primary.

Here's the deal ... James Fishback proposed a 50% tax on income brought in by OnlyFans stars living in the state -- a "Sin Tax" -- and called out Sophie as someone who should do more with her life than adult entertainment.

Well, he got his butt kicked in Tuesday's primary election ... coming in 3rd with about 10% of the vote ... so it seems his tax idea wasn't a big hit with voters.

Rep. Lauren Boebert's son appeared in court Wednesday in his first appearance since his arrest on charges of sexual exploitation of a child ... and he had some questions about the protection order handed down in his case after being told to stay the hell away from his ex-girlfriend, the alleged victim.

21-year-old Tyler Boebert went before a judge after his recent arrest in Colorado ... and the judge explained the details of the protection order she put in place.

Tyler was told not to harass the alleged victim, not to show up at her house, and not to contact her.

Pretty simple instructions ... though Tyler did have one clarifying question -- what should he do if his ex shows up at his work?

Oklahoma State Senate candidate Barry Christian was intoxicated when he died by suicide ... at least according to the medical examiner.

According to the autopsy report, obtained by TMZ, Christian had an approximately 0.14% BAC -- which is nearly double the legal blood alcohol concentration of limit .08%.

As we previously reported, Christian was found dead in April inside his 2024 Ram pickup truck at the Sandy Sanders Wildlife Management Area in Beckham County, Oklahoma ... and the Oklahoma Chief Medical Examiner ruled his death a suicide.

The autopsy reveals he shot himself on the left side of the head, just above the ear.

Natalie Harp apparently takes keeping up with President Trump very seriously ... so seriously, it seems, his ever-present aide sprints across his golf courses just to keep pace with him ... and she's been so distracted, she's forgetting basic biological necessities.

The New York Times reports it reviewed several videos showing Natalie hoofing it across long stretches of Trump's Scotland course while his golf cart rolled along ... and she apparently worried her hustle wasn't a good look -- turns out, she was running on very little food or sleep.

Natalie wrote Trump an apology letter after his golf round, saying ... "I also am sorry if I was an embarrassment walking the course in Scotland."

She went on to tell Trump, "I want things to always be right between us. I also know I've been distracted all week (forgetting to eat throughout the days, and even forgetting to sleep, and only catching a couple hours at a time)."

Eric Trump says his father's right-hand woman Natalie Harp got the good genes in her family ... taking a savage swipe at her estranged brother after his CNN appearance.

Eric tore into Preston Harp Wednesday morning over his appearance on CNN's "OutFront" with Erin Burnett Tuesday night ... calling the whole thing "absolute trash."

But he wasn't done. Eric praised Natalie as an "incredible young woman," a cancer survivor and "arguably one of the hardest-working people in the White House" ... saying she's deeply committed to his father, her job and the country.

Oklahoma Secretary of State Benjamin Lepak was busted for allegedly being drunk in public at a McDonald's ... and his bonkers arrest was all captured on police body cam.

New footage shows the moment cops meet Lepak outside the burger joint while he's clutching his bag of food ... and police tell him someone called 911 because he seemed wasted.

Lepak tells officers he just wanted to go on his merry way and chow down -- but they weren't having it ... and kept peppering him with questions, such as whether he drove to the Edmond fast food spot and if he'd been drinking.

As you can see, police weren't buying his answers.

Donald Trump's executive assistant Natalie Harp may be infatuated with the president ... but her estranged brother says he seriously doubts she's physically attracted to him.

Natalie has suddenly become a major topic of discussion after Sen. Jon Ossoff called attention to her closeness with Trump ... and her brother, Preston Harp, appeared on CNN's "OutFront" Tuesday to explain what he believes draws her to POTUS.

Preston said their mother raised them to believe in American exceptionalism and that the United States is "the boss of the world" ... and he believes Trump represents everything Natalie was taught to respect.

He told CNN's Erin Burnett ... "I think that's where her infatuation for Trump comes from, honestly, because I don't think it’s a physical attraction. Let's get real."

Rep. Randy Fine is projected to win the Republican Primary in Florida's 6th Congressional District ... which means Dan Bilzerian's political run has come to an end -- but he put up a good fight for not giving AF.

Per local reports ... Fine was the projected winner with nearly 60% of the vote, totaling more than 44K -- but Dan was in second with 19% of the vote, more than 14K ballots cast in his favor.

Dan previously told TMZ .... he didn't even want to be in Congress -- he was only running because he hates the job elected officials are doing now.

Ron DeSantis has suspended Michael Allen Caruso -- a Palm Beach clerk he had appointed and a former state representative -- after Caruso was busted for allegedly kidnapping and molesting a young child.

The 67-year-old was arrested and booked on 5 felonies Tuesday ... molestation, kidnapping, luring and enticing a child, lewd and lascivious exhibition, and child abuse ... according to multiple reports.

According to the Miami Herald, the Orange County Sheriff’s Office report says Caruso is accused of repeatedly molesting the child, who is his relative and is under 12 years old.

A sailor aboard the USS Abraham Lincoln is so worn down, when his mom asks how he's doing he tells her, "Just get me a gun and a bullet."

The sailor's mother, Danielle, joined us on "TMZ Live" Tuesday and told us morale aboard the carrier has plummeted during its extended deployment in the Middle East.

Danielle says her son recently finished a 16-hour shift and sent her a photo of his meal -- one lonely pile of slop resembling dog food. He sarcastically called it "great" before heading off to pull another six hours of watch.

Rep. Randy Fine's bizarre mailbox snooping prompted a call to police ... but the Florida homeowner decided she didn't want to press charges.

Ormond Beach Police tell TMZ ... a woman called to report a man on her porch going through her mail while she watched remotely through her Ring camera. She was not home at the time and later identified the man as the Florida Congressman.

The Computer-Aided Dispatch report, obtained by TMZ, tells the same story ... saying the homeowner determined after "doing some digging" the man in her video was Fine, who rang her doorbell before going through the mailbox "letter by letter."

Police say it did not appear Fine took anything, and the homeowner only wanted to alert law enforcement -- not pursue charges.
