The 25-year-old actress looked low-key, wearing a blue sweater and black sweatpants while out on Thursday ... Kaia hasn't been seen much since Presley died on Sept. 20 shortly after checking into a sober living facility called Resolutions in Santa Monica, CA.
The trio was photographed meeting up at Kaia's Los Angeles home on Tuesday morning, a little over three weeks after Presley's shocking death.
The family has largely kept things private in the wake of the tragedy, with loved ones and close friends rallying around them during an incredibly difficult time.
