Ashtyn Zerboni says she feels she was totally vilified on "Selling the O.C." ... claiming her fellow castmembers treated her poorly, and the show itself made her look like the villain.

We caught up with the reality star on Hollywood Boulevard earlier this week ... and, we asked her how she felt she was treated on the fourth season of the show, which came out last week. She replied by accusing others on the program of bullying her.

Zerboni points out she was pregnant on the show and going through a lot already ... and, she didn't get any grace from her costars like she might've hoped. Plus, she adds, reality television twists and distorts everything -- in this case, making her seem like the bad guy.

Aaron Phypers says he's on the path to being homeless without a car or a cell phone, unless a judge steps in ... he says the bills have stacked up to the six figures and he desperately needs an earlier hearing in their divorce case to get access to some money.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Denise Richards' estranged husband says he's begging friends for money to afford food, and his pickup truck is subject to repossession ... and he says he's in danger of being evicted "at any time."

Aaron's financial situation sounds dire ... get a load of what he says he needs to come up with "to survive" ... $125,000 for past due rent; $10,090 for past due HOA fees; $3,543 in past due water bill for reconnection; $13,000 past due gas for reconnection; $12,000 for past-due electricity; $1,400 past due waste management; and $1,200 past due special trash removal ... and that's just his home.

Meghan King temporarily lost custody of her three children to ex-husband Jim Edmonds after allegedly giving one of her twin sons unprescribed medication and allegedly asking his school nurse to administer it ... TMZ has confirmed.

We're told "The Real Housewives of Orange County" star allegedly gave Hayes, one of the 6-year-old twins, Ritalin multiple times, despite the child not having an ADHD diagnosis.

According to sources, the situation escalated when King allegedly asked the school nurse to give Hayes the medication as well. That request reportedly triggered a Child Protective Services investigation.

"Love & Hip Hop: Miami" star Sukihana -- AKA "Suki with the Good Coochie" -- apparently got some good d*** last night ... that's what she told us when we caught her at LAX in a wheelchair.

In the middle of a pretty wholesome conversation about her recent birthday, our photog just casually acknowledged the wheelchair Suki was sitting in.

It looks like Kim Kardashian got the last laugh in the bidding war over the Bible her late father Robert Kardashian gave O.J. Simpson back in the day ... 'cause it's back in the family!

The Skims founder revealed on this week's "The Kardashians" episode she anonymously bid $80,000 for the Bible her dad gifted to O.J. following the murders of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. The Bible was special because it was her dad's personal scripture and had his name etched in gold lettering on the front, plus a handwritten note from him.

We told you all about her first attempt at buying the Bible -- she offered $15,000 to the late O.J.'s estate ... but it rejected the offer. She then spoke about the situation on her family's hit Hulu series and said she would have negotiated further -- which the estate did not appreciate.

Kim Kardashian says she's "bummed" and frustrated about failing the California Bar exam her first time around -- but is doubling down that she's not giving up.

Check out her latest interview with Niecy Nash to promote their Hulu series "All's Fair" -- she tells journalist Martha Debayle that while it's a major downer all her hard work preparing for the exam didn't pay off, she's using this as motivation to do better.

Legal trouble for former 'Real Housewives of Potomac' star Mia Thornton ... she just got arrested in Georgia, and it's all on video.

Mia was busted Wednesday at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and booked into the Fulton County Jail on a larceny charge ... police body cam footage shows.

Cops say Mia has been accused of stealing from a furnished condo ... to the tune of $11,000.

Porsha Williams says the dramatic Delta Airlines flight incident that landed her on the FBI's radar started when the woman sitting next to her in first class complained about her listening to Instagram videos on her phone without headphones.

TMZ obtained police body camera footage from Porsha's interaction with cops Sunday at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport ... and she explains her side of the story.

Basically, Porsha says she was listening to videos on her phone with the volume up before the plane took off from Las Vegas and the passenger next to her asked if she had to listen to the IG video the whole flight.

Paul "PK" Kemsley is clapping back at his estranged wife ... saying Dorit Kemsley's claim he hasn't reached out once to see their kids during the "RHOBH trailer is nonsense.

Dorit's allegation landed in the explosive new Season 15 trailer, where she suggested to Mauricio Umanksy during a sit-down dinner that PK has been completely absent from their children's lives. The estranged pair share two kids ... 11-year-old son Jagger and 9-year-old daughter Phoenix.

Porsha Williams is clearing the air about a dramatic Delta Airlines flight that landed her on the FBI's radar.

Her lawyer, Joe Habachy, tells TMZ ... "Ms. Williams was verbally assaulted by an irate and unhinged passenger without provocation. The passenger then proceeded to make false allegations that were in direct conflict with observations from several eyewitnesses."

He added, "As with any incident occurring aboard an aircraft, federal authorities are required to conduct an investigation involving all parties to determine what, if any, offenses occurred. Ms. Williams has every intention of cooperating with law enforcement to whatever extent necessary, and remains confident that the passenger will be charged."

The new face of "The Bachelorette" looks like she's ready to go back to her soft-swinging ways ... because Taylor Frankie Paul is already making out with guys on set.

"The Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Kim Zolciak is finally speaking at length about daughter Ariana Biermann's break-up with longtime boyfriend Hudson McLeroy ... she says the split is ultimately for the best.

While fielding questions at BravoCon over the weekend, Kim said ... "I've known them forever and ever. I love them. But they need to grow. They've been together on and off for 10 years and they're just going in different directions."

When she says she's known them forever, she means it ... Hudson and Ariana were born in the same hospital, only 8 hours apart. So, as you can imagine, the families are close ... and according to Kim, that hasn't changed.
