Eric Rosenbrook is pushing back hard on the official findings in his baby daughter's death ... and TMZ has learned he and Leida Margaretha have hired their own private medical examiner to challenge the autopsy.

The "90 Day Fiancé" star tells TMZ ... he doesn't agree with the ruling that labeled Alisa's death "non-accidental," and says their independently retained, private ME believes the original autopsy was poorly performed.

Eric tells us their own expert found certain key steps were not completed and says the report failed to properly determine or clearly state the age of a fracture referenced in the investigation. According to Eric, their private ME believes one injury may have occurred during childbirth -- possibly during Alisa's C-section roughly five weeks before her death.

Kim Kardashian is not the celebrity who got turned away trying to buy a rare Hermès bag for her daughter, despite a viral claim suggesting otherwise … TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ … the story circulating online that Kim once attempted to purchase a coveted Mini Kelly bag for her daughter North West and was rejected simply never happened.

We’re told Kim has maintained a very friendly relationship with the luxury brand for years but not through the channels described in the report. According to our sources, Kim has only used the same contact for over ten years in Paris and not the press office.

Mary Cosby's son, Robert Cosby Jr., was laid to rest over the weekend following his sudden death, but the cameras were not rolling ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" tell TMZ ... the funeral services held over the weekend in Utah were not filmed for the show's upcoming Season 7. We're told several producers from the series attended the service to pay their respects, though.

The support from the 'RHOSLC' family was strong. Lisa Barlow, Meredith Marks, Heather Gay, Whitney Rose, Bronwyn Newport, Angie Katsanevas, and Britani Bateman all showed up for Mary during the difficult time.

Andy Cohen confirmed on SiriusXM Monday the funeral services were held Saturday and noted in addition to the cast, there were also some notable Bravoleb cameos -- Kyle Richards, Cynthia Bailey, and Shereé Whitfield attended as well. Andy called them "real ones."

"Love Island" star Austin Shepard has been open about his addiction struggles in the past ... but not like this. The reality star says he's lost friends to the disease and didn't want to follow in their footsteps.

Austin told TMZ's "Previously On..." podcast, "I know how this road goes. I've got plenty of friends that are not here today that have sadly passed from it. It's either death or a long life of misery."

Thankfully, Austin had a moment of clarity while filming 'Beyond the Villa' in L.A. He says that's when things started to go south with his opioid addiction.

An online obituary for the 23-year-old pulls back the curtain on the tight-knit dynamic between "The Real Housewives of Salt Lake City" star and her only child, describing a bond that ran deep.

"Robert loved his parents with a fierce and unwavering devotion, and his mother was his closest confidante," the tribute reads.

Rick Harrison is pushing back at claims made by his son Corey about his six-figure medical bills following Corey's motorcycle accident and complications that followed ... saying he covered the bills and Corey isn't in debt to him.

The "Pawn Stars" star tells TMZ ... "As far as I know, I paid all of Corey's medical bills long before he put the GoFundMe out. He is a grown man in his 40's and is responsible for how he handles his finances."

As we reported ... a GoFundMe was launched to help Corey cover outstanding medical bills, rent, medications and therapy -- and to pay back money he said he borrowed from Rick and friends who helped foot the hospital costs.

Corey Harrison says his dad Rick stepped in to help cover his massive medical bills after his motorcycle crash ... but it's no free ride -- telling TMZ the "Pawn Stars" patriarch "isn't made of money."

"Big Hoss" tells us Rick reached into his pocket and paid at least half of Corey's six-figure hospital bills after a terrifying motorcycle accident in Mexico earlier this year ... but says people shouldn't assume Rick can simply bankroll everything.

Fact is ... Corey says people are cutting the cord, and the family isn't making the kind of money it did during the peak of "Pawn Stars" years ago. Plus, Rick has plenty of other expenses to tend to -- he recently got married and has 5 other kids.

Kathy Hilton is being sued by a woman who claims she was seriously injured at "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star’s $28 million mansion ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a woman named Kimberly Heffington says she visited Kathy’s 7-bedroom, 8-bathroom, 15,000-square-foot pad in Bel Air on August 25, 2024.

Kimberly said she was walking when her foot was caught in between uneven pavement, causing her to trip and fall. She claims she “landed violently on the ground, causing her to suffer severe and permanent injuries, including but not limited to a complex medial meniscus tear to her right knee."

June "Mama June" Shannon gave a concerning health update earlier this week, revealing a serious new medical issue ... but she tells us it's not as bad as some have feared.

"It's not cancer," Mama June told us when we caught her and her kids out in NYC Wednesday. "Before I had my hysterectomy I was thinking the C-word, because I did have cysts and stuff ... But what I'm dealing with now, it has nothing to do with my hormones or anything like that. This is totally different."

Mama June told Page Six she's dealing with something that could "immobilize" her, but she didn't elaborate any further with us ... except to confirm that it's not expected to be life-threatening.

Renee Graziano gave us an update on her son, AJ, after he was hospitalized for heart attack-like symptoms in late February ... and she shared her thoughts on Drita D’Avanzo joining the "Mob Wives" reboot!

"The Amazing Race" contestants Jonathan and Ana Towns claim CBS and the show's producers besmirched their names on the reality TV competition show ... and they want them to cough up more than $8 million in damages over it ... TMZ has learned.

In a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the couple says the show deliberately smeared them by using "decontextualized" footage that made Jonathan look like "a morally depraved, brutal and abusive spouse," while at the same time omitting material that put Jonathan in a more "humanizing" light.

During last year's season, Jonathan seemed to demean Ana multiple times on the show with name-calling and a seemingly derisive attitude, which upset many 'TAR' fans.

Erin Lichy's former management company won a case against their ex-client and got an award for more than $90,000 ... and, the group's now gone to a judge to make sure they get it.

Brigade Talent LLC filed documents to confirm an arbitration award Thursday ... after the company says they won a case against the 'RHONY' star ... Lichy fired the company in 2024 after 17 months, and a dispute arose over unpaid commissions.  The company says the ruling in their favor requires Lichy to hand over $91,632.28.

The company claims Erin was made aware of the final award on February 24 ... and they now want the judge to confirm it and grant the company additional interest until it's paid.

"Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" star Tracy Tutor claims one of America's former top-earning real estate agents drugged and assaulted her back in 2014 ... and now she wants him to pay for it.

In a lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Tracy alleges Oren Alexander was a major player at real estate company Douglas Elliman back when she was considering a job there. During her recruitment process, she says she was invited to fly from L.A. to NYC for a dinner with the company's top stars ... which included Oren.

Tracy claims she was handed a "large, pink cocktail" and shortly after drinking it, "she blacked out."

Maura Higgins has accepted a Birkin bag from Rob Rausch as an apology for stabbing her back on "Traitors" ... and she's eagerly showing off her new accessory.

"Below Deck" alum Emile Kotze claims producers portrayed him as “immature” and “sexually aggressive,” and now he’s taking them to court over it -- but the producers say his suit should be tossed out because they're protected under the First Amendment ... TMZ has learned.

Emile filed a federal lawsuit in New York demanding $850 million in damages from NBCUniversal and the reality show producers.
