Brittany Cartwright is breathing easier after that jaw-dropping tax scare ... saying the whole mess is now being handled after California tax authorities claimed she owed nearly half a million bucks.

"The Valley" star was spotted Tuesday night at LAX while heading home for her nephew's high school graduation ... and admitted she was absolutely "freaking out" when she first learned about the alleged tax debt.

See for yourself ... Brittany said the issue stemmed from years-old filings tied to 2019 ... joking there was no way she made enough money back then to justify a $500K tax bill.

Spencer Pratt's supporters have an endgame for his campaign for mayor of Los Angeles ... pitting him as the hero L.A. needs opposite Karen Bass and Gavin Newsom as Marvel villains ... at least according to a new A.I. attack ad shared online.

The new video dropped Wednesday ... and it borrows heavily from "Avengers: Endgame" and other superhero movies ... with Spencer as Batman facing off against Mayor Bass as Thanos and Governor Newsom as Doctor Doom.

In the ad, Newsom, Bass, former VP Kamala Harris, and a marionette of fellow mayoral candidate Nithya Raman propose "evil" ideas to make L.A. worse and stop Spencer from becoming mayor.

Huda Mustafa and Louis Russell have called it quits ... TMZ has learned.

The former couple tells TMZ in a joint statement ... "We want to share that after taking time to reflect on what’s best for us both, we have mutually decided to part ways for the time being."

According to her mom, Myrna, the '90 Day Fiancé' star was supposed to have triple bypass surgery, but ended up needing a quadruple bypass instead -- AKA four of her arteries were blocked and needed grafting.

Mama Myrna said her daughter was in surgery for 7 hours and had about 25 people working on her ... adding that her daughter had to be put on a breathing machine until she was able to breathe better on her own.

'Real Housewives of Orange County' star Gina Kirschenheiter’s boyfriend, Travis Mullen, was awarded primary custody of his three kids with his ex-wife, Meghan Mullen -- TMZ has learned.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, an OC judge awarded Travis full physical and legal custody in an order signed on May 13.

Per the order, Meghan will have visitation with the two daughters and supervised visits with her son. Per the order, Meghan also has to submit to drug and alcohol tests.

Jack Osbourne is ripping trolls a new one after they started shaming him over his weight loss -- insisting he's not "grossly underweight" ... as they apparently dragged him for just shaving his beard and getting a "creepy mustache."

In a new TikTok clip, Jack said the backlash is insane after he spent years getting mocked for being overweight -- adding he hasn't lost any additional weight since competing on the UK reality series, "I'm a Celebrity ... Get Me Out Of Here!" 6 months ago.

Jack explained that he decided to overhaul his lifestyle after hitting 220 pounds around three years ago ... dropping down to 155 pounds at 5'8" -- which he says is perfectly healthy.

President Donald Trump says he'd like Spencer Pratt to succeed in his Los Angeles mayoral bid ... because he's heard the candidate is a Trump loyalist, through and through.

POTUS was asked about Pratt -- a fellow reality star running for office just like DJT himself back in 2015 -- at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland on Wednesday morning ... and he says he'd like to see SP do well, since he's heard Pratt's a MAGA supporter.

Trump notes he doesn't know the reality star personally ... but as long as Pratt's rocking with him, he's rocking with Pratt.

Our sources say Hall makes a natural fit for the series ... despite living in Orange County, she already works with a number of high-end L.A. clients.
