'Bachelorette' alum DeAnna Pappas claims she's been living off her savings since losing her job in 2025 ... something she revealed in new docs filed in her never-ending divorce battle with her ex-husband, Stephen Stagliano.

DeAnna filed an income and expense declaration in the court battle, claiming her average monthly income from her work as a flight attendant is $2,618.

She said her work is not consistent at the moment. DeAnna added that she is paid $1,500 per month by Stephen as spousal support. DeAnna said she earned $0 from her podcast last month.

Pinky Cole must be a glutton for punishment, because she is not sweatin' her income being revealed as part of her ongoing bankruptcy.

A source familiar with the situation tells TMZ ... the footage of Tom pushing his ex's dad, Will, was taken out of context. We're told, "It captures only a fraction of an incident that followed months of physical and psychological abuse by Victoria and her father."

Our source insists Tom "has never physically harmed" Victoria, and had never gotten physical with her father before that night.

3:26 PM PT -- Good news for Tom Sandoval ... Will Robinson's TRO has been denied until the court hearing. The court states it needs more information at a hearing before issuing an order.

Tom Sandoval isn't the only one with battle scars ... his ex-girlfriend's father says he was also brutalized the night of their violent showdown, so he's trying to get his restraining order against Tom.

Victoria Lee Robinson's dad, Will, filed a restraining order, and according to the docs ... Will's back got seriously jacked up during the June 3 fight at the Hollywood Hills rental home where all three of them had been living.

We broke the story ... video shows Sandoval getting in Victoria's face, then Will grabs Tom, and then Tom shoves Will into a lit fire pit. Now, Will says he suffered a ruptured disc in his back, broke his thumb and elbow, and cut his heel during that confrontation.

Newly surfaced video appears to show Tom Sandoval shoving ex-girlfriend Victoria Lee Robinson's dad, Will Robinson, into a lit fire pit during a heated confrontation.

In video, obtained by TMZ, from the June 3 confrontation at the center of Tom's restraining order filing, Tom and Victoria appear to be seen screaming at each other before Tom rushes toward Victoria, seemingly to try to grab a recording device from her hands.

Will then seemingly grabs Tom around the waist in an apparent effort to pull him away from his daughter. Tom appears to shove Will backward, sending him crashing ass-first into the lit fire pit before colliding with Victoria. Will quickly gets back to his feet and allegedly chases Tom into the house, while Victoria remains on the ground outside, seemingly holding her head after her father falls into her.

Jasmine Del Carmen Palazzolo and Gino Palazzolo are officially single ... because their divorce is reportedly final.

Us Weekly reports the two have completed their split ... citing Gino's representative. The rep said Gino is "relieved that the matter is now behind him and grateful to finally have clarity, peace, and the opportunity to focus on himself.”
