Kim Zolciak's boyfriend, Kyle Mowitz, claims his estranged wife wasn't telling the truth about her relationship with Kim's estranged husband, Kroy Biermann ... and now he's asking a judge to keep the former NFL star away from his kids.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Kyle says Jillian Green testified during a deposition in their divorce that she and Kroy were "just friends" and had only met once and weren't continuing to talk.

Kyle says Jillian also testified she didn't expect to have an ongoing relationship with Kroy and had no plans of having him around her children.

But months later, Kyle claims he found Kroy's vehicle parked outside the family's home while their kids were there. He also says text messages produced during the divorce show Jillian communicated with Kroy far more than she admitted under oath.

Huda Mustafa isn't sailing back to "Love Island" ... and it sure sounds like the ship has sailed on Louis Russell, too.

'"The Valley" star Kristen Doute is ripping Jax Taylor a new one over his intimate relationship with the ex-publicist of his estranged wife Brittany Cartwright.

Kristen called Jax "diabolical" on Wednesday's episode of "Watch What Happens Live" when host Andy Cohen brought up Jax's romance with Lori Krebs. As you know, Jax also costars with Brittany on "The Valley" along with other reality stars. 

Kristen said Lori was not only Brittany’s "trusted paid professional," but also her friend and family for the past decade.

Kristen also referred to Jax as "so totally deceitful," noting that Lori knew the ins and outs of Jax's life with Brittany, which made the situation even worse.

Ariana Biermann says her relationship with adoptive father Kroy Biermann has broken down as her mom Kim Zolciak's bitter divorce with him drags on ... telling TMZ the whole situation is just really sad.

We got the "Next Gen NYC" star leaving NBC Studios in New York City Wednesday, where she told us she and Kroy are no longer speaking. Ariana says watching her parents' legal battle play out has been heartbreaking, calling the latest court filings and motions "insane."

When asked if Kroy will attend sister Brielle Biermann's wedding, Ariana says that's up to Brielle. She says she and her sister tried for a long time to have a relationship with Kroy outside the divorce drama, but it ultimately just wasn't working.

Veah Netherton is celebrating another pregnancy milestone ... because TMZ has learned she's having a baby boy.

"Top Chef" and Food Network star Eric Adjepong has been ordered to stay away from his daughter for one year after he allegedly abused her ... TMZ has learned.

Here's the deal ... Eric shares his daughter, Lennox, with his ex-wife, Janell Mack, and court proceedings began in May, with the final hearing taking place on July 10. The hearing resulted in an order requiring Eric to stay away from Lennox, her residence, her school, and her childcare providers through July 10, 2027. He is also barred from contacting the child, who was born in 2018.

While the details of the alleged abuse are under wraps, Janell's attorney, Todd Mohink, tells TMZ ... "I believe the court did its job to protect the best interest of the child."

Eric tells TMZ through his attorney ... "Because this matter involves my young daughter, whom I love deeply, I intend to protect her privacy and will not discuss the underlying allegations or other sensitive family matters publicly other than to say that these allegations arose in the context of a long running divorce and custody proceeding, which finally concluded on June 2, 2026."

One 'Big Brother' housemate's hygiene may leave a bad taste in her housemates' mouths ... because she sipped directly out of a mouthwash bottle the whole house is sharing ... and it was caught on the live feeds.

Lyric Medeiros -- one of the 'BB28' housemates -- was at a sink when she grabbed a bottle of Crest mouthwash and swigged straight from the container.

She swirled around the liquid a few times before spitting into the sink and rinsing out her mouth ... but the damage was already done.

Her germs are now taking root on the bottle that is accessible to everyone. Gross!!!

Dakota Mortensen and Shinia Powell's rumored romance is the real deal ... 'cause TMZ has learned the "Secret Lives of Mormon Wives" stars are officially dating.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Dakota and Shinia started dating a few months ago. We're told they're not exclusive, but have been enjoying their time together.

A source close to the couple tells TMZ ... Shinia has been "a steady source of support" for Dakota through some incredibly difficult times, especially when he didn't have immediate family nearby.

Denise Richards' estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, claims she is behind on court-ordered support payments and money owed to his lawyers … and now he wants her found in contempt ... TMZ has learned.

Aaron filed court docs, obtained by TMZ, asking for Denise to be held in contempt after he says she failed to pay in full the $5K he's owed each month in temporary spousal support and the $30K she owes to his attorneys per a previous order in the case. 

Since March, he claims she's only paid partial amounts and still owes $13,500 to him and $28,000 to his attorneys -- leaving a total balance of $41,500.

"Love Island USA" stars Olandria Carthen and Nic Vansteenberghe are proving some vacation romances don't last forever ... because the runners-up on the show's 7th season have split ... TMZ has confirmed.

The reality TV couple decided to part ways recently ... about a year after leaving the villa as a couple. PEOPLE was first to report the split.

As for the reason behind the split ... a source told PEOPLE, "The distance between them and their busy schedules made it challenging to maintain their connection. They still remain close friends. They share a deep love and respect for each other and will always support one another whenever possible.”

Israeli-American reality TV star Yakir Levi fell to his death from the 28th floor of a luxury hotel in Florida ... and we're told investigators do not suspect foul play.

Police in Sunny Isles Beach and Miami-Dade Fire Rescue responded to the Acqualina Resort and Residences shortly after 9:30 PM Monday ... where Levi was pronounced dead at the scene.

TMZ obtained dispatch audio from the incident ... and responders originally reported it as a suicide. Ambulances were in route, and a responding officer declared it a "45", which usually means dead on arrival.

Investigators say Levi was alone at the time of the fall. The investigation remains ongoing ... with authorities working alongside the Miami-Dade Medical Examiner to determine his cause and manner of death.

Bear Brown says he's got a stalker on his hands after his brother Matt's tragic suicide ... to the point that he needs protection.

The "Alaskan Bush People" star was granted a temporary civil protection order against a man who was allegedly part of the private search and rescue group that found Matt's body, according to Us Weekly.

Bear alleges the man "vaguely claims to have been a very close friend of my brother" but insists he doesn't know him beyond his help in the search.

Jeana Keough's battle with tongue cancer has taken another difficult turn ... her daughter says the former "Real Housewives of Orange County" star hasn't been able to eat a meal for two weeks straight ... and it's not looking good.

Kara Keough shared a health update Tuesday, revealing Jeana was scheduled to have a feeding tube placed directly into her stomach so she could finally get some nutrition ... but the plan was scrapped.

Jeana's daughter says doctors uncovered a deep vein thrombosis (DVT) clot in Jeana's leg, along with an infection.

Because of the infection, doctors can't place the feeding tube until they have more clarity, and Jeana's chemotherapy and radiation treatments have been temporarily paused.

Brandi Glanville's getting candid about cocaine, claiming everyone did it back in the day ... herself included ... but times have changed, and her kids are too "boring" to party.

The 'Real Housewives' alum was talking to her "Brandi Glanville Unfiltered" podcast cohost James Maas about how Kristin Cavallari's 'Hills' castmates once accused her of doing drugs on the show ... and she said she used to do cocaine in the 90s ... but stopped when the fentanyl crisis hit.

Amber Rose is suing a members-only dining club ... claiming one of their holiday decorations fell from where it'd been hung … landing on her head.

According to the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, the model claims she was at Gravitas in Beverly Hills on New Year's Eve in 2024 when one of the "solid, oversized decorative spheres" suspended above where she was sitting detached and fell on her noggin. She says the impact briefly knocked her out.

Amber also claims she suffered headaches, dizziness, blurred vision, nausea, confusion, and neck pain.
