Christina Pazsitzky is opening up about her divorce from Tom Segura for the first time on their podcast ... getting emotional as she revealed they spent years trying to save their marriage.

Christina formally addressed the split on "Your Mom's House" podcast ... fighting back tears as she told listeners she and Tom are divorcing after 20 years together.

She says the two tried to work things out for "several, several years" for the sake of their children and family ... but ultimately couldn't make the marriage work.

Shawn Mendes just went public with his relationship with girlfriend Bruna Marquezine ... ringing in her birthday with a doting post on Instagram!

Check it out -- the pop star celebrated Bruna's 31st birthday with a sweet caption in which he called her "a light and a mãe in every room you walk into." He went on, "Not to be tooooo sappy but you’ve truly changed my life and I am so so grateful for you."

He even publicly declared his love for her in Portuguese, writing ... "Eu te amo muito muito muitoo" -- which translates to "I love you so, so, so much."

Alongside his romantic caption, Shawn shared a video of the Brazilian actress being welcomed into a room full of cheering kids at Casa Amarela Providência, a cultural, educational, and arts center in Brazil. Other videos showed Marquezine singing and dancing with the children as they seemingly sang “Happy Birthday” to her, plus Shawn smiling with some of the kids.

In court docs Anamaria Goltes submitted Monday that were obtained by TMZ, she requested a Los Angeles judge dismiss her request without prejudice, reasoning ... "I am withdrawing my Petition for Child Support with the specific intention of resolving this matter amicably and by a mutual agreement which is in the best interests of our children."

Anamarie's request to dismiss was rejected by the court, due to the paperwork missing Luka's signature.

As TMZ first reported, the NBA star moved to dismiss the case -- arguing that her petition for child support and attorneys' fees had no legal grounds because it was filed in California ... when the kids live in Slovenia.

Tom Sandoval claims his ex, Victoria Lee Robinson, kicked him in the groin and questioned his manhood during a nasty altercation when they were still dating ... TMZ has learned.

The "Vanderpump Rules" alum submitted a new declaration Monday in his ongoing restraining order case against his ex, claiming the alleged groin-kick happened in October while he was on tour with his band "Tom Sandoval and the MOST Extras" in Florida.

Tom says after the concert ended, Victoria "kicked me repeatedly in the groin area while hurling expletives and insults toward me in the presence of my band mates, tour crew and fans."

He claims Victoria had "consumed drugs and alcohol to the point that venue security personnel had to physically carry her from the concert venue back to the tour bus" earlier in the night.
