Shia LeBeouf on a motorcycle ... let's review. He already has a bum hand from his horrible accident a year ago Monday. So riding a scooter in Sherman Oaks yesterday is just plain risky. Add to that riding without a helmet -- a legal no no in California. Add to that Shia's license was suspended for a year because he refused to take a chemical test after the crash.

Jim Caviezel Banged Up in Harley Crash

Jim Caviezel -- the dude who played Jesus in "The Passion of the Christ" -- was injured yesterday in Washington after cops say a man threw a bicycle into the path of Jim's Harley-Davidson.

Cops say Jim -- who was wearing a helmet -- suffered cuts and bruises and was taken to the Cascade Medical Center in Leavenworth.

A Washington State Patrol officer said bike chucker probably has mental issues.

LeVar Burton Shows Off His Twisted Metal

LeVar Burton just Tweeted about Monday night's car accident -- and even included a lovely Twitpic of his mangled vehicle.

He writes: "Woke up feeling like I was hit by a car. Oh wait, I was..Thanks for all of your thoughts, prayers & good wishes!"

As TMZ first reported, Burton collided with a car making a left turn at an L.A. intersection -- then struck a few parked cars.

Orlando Bloom was involved in another car accident in L.A. yesterday -- just a few miles from the infamous wreck that injured two of his passengers nearly two years ago.

This time -- the crash appeared to be more of a fender bender ... and Bloom was spotted exchanging information with another driver just moments after the incident. Neither driver appeared injured.

Bloom was in a nasty accident in October 2007. Although he walked away from the scene, Bloom was never charged for the crash.
