Casper Van Dien's princess is no longer his queen -- he's divorcing Catherine Oxenberg after 16 years of marriage.

Van Dien filed divorce docs in L.A. earlier this week, citing irreconcilable differences. He and Oxenberg have two daughters ... 14-year-old Amanda and 11-year-old Celeste, and he's asking for joint physical and legal custody.

The "Starship Troopers" star also doesn't want to pay spousal support to Catherine ... who famously starred on "Dynasty" back in the '80s. Casper isn't asking for spousal support either -- so, he's hoping for a clean break. This is the 2nd divorce for both of them.

Prince Harry spent the summer working in Africa on conservation projects and the bush seems to have rubbed off on him.

Harry was back in the UK Tuesday ... where he celebrated his 31st birthday doing royal duty, but all eyes were on his new beard.

David Drew Howe -- the Maryland man/TLC reality star who claims he's a direct descendant of the family that once ruled the Isle of Man -- is having trouble getting allegiance from his subjects.

TLC's "Suddenly Royal" premiered this week, chronicling the journey of Howe and family as they spend 6 weeks in the self-governing British island, trying to gain control based on his lineage.

The local parliament is scoffing British style, saying Howe "is not to be taken seriously." The spokesperson added, "the Head of State of the Isle of Man is and remains Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II."

Howe says he has legal claim to the throne because he placed an official notice in the London Gazette, claiming his rule and no one objected. He doesn't want to oust the Queen, but he wants the title and the perks.

On the surface the locals think Howe's a doofus, but we're told on another level they're happy the show is bringing attention, and hopefully tourists, to the island.

Prince Philip has a royally bad potty mouth ... and he doesn’t care who hears it.

Philip got testy with a meticulous photog during a group photo -- that included Prince William -- for the 75th anniversary of the “Battle of Britain.”

The Prince got a huge shock while greeting an ecstatic crowd in Christchurch, NZ -- Vicki McBratney stepped forward and brought an unexpected smile to Harry's face. McBratney was by his side at London's Ludgrove School in 1997 as he dealt with the horrific news.

They shared a brief hug, friendly kiss on the cheek, and she handed him childhood pics from his school days -- and it's obvious they were close.

Cool moment for Harry.

Prince William and Kate Middleton caused a huge stir in London by taking their new baby out for a stroll amongst the commoners -- or at least they would have ... but instead a couple of look-alikes did it.

The imposters are definitely dead ringers for Wills and Kate -- and, of course, the baby stroller made everyone think they were getting a first look at Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana. Several people shamelessly came up and asked for pictures.

Alas, the fake royals are really just Heidi Agan and Simon Watkinson -- they're kinda famous over there for posing as the royal couple -- but obviously not so famous they can't still fool the kingdom.

Kate Middleton bounced back hours after giving birth to a little girl who is now 4th in line to become England's head honcho, thanks to Prince William.

The third in line to the throne briefly left the hospital Saturday where his wife, Kate Middleton, gave birth to the 8 lb. 3 oz. baby. William returned 10 minutes later with 1-year-old George.

Daughter and mom are doing great, and William -- who was present during the birth -- did not look the worse for wear.

The baby -- whose name has not been announced -- is now 4th in line for the throne, behind Charles, William and George ... and 5th if you count Tommen Baratheon.

THIS is a sight to behold ... in the middle of the Cavaliers/Nets game Monday night ... British security swarmed the hardwood as Prince William and Kate Middleton held court ... for Beyonce and Jay Z.

Prince William arrived at Reagan National Airport Monday morning as part of his three-day jaunt in the States ... and he rolled with a HUGE entourage of Brits.

In an effort to prove he's just a regular, normal insanely wealthy guy ... Prince Harry hit up a youth rugby tournament in England this week -- and taught the sport to a bunch of starstruck boys and girls.

The 30-year-old -- who's also the Patron of England Rugby’s All Schools Programme -- played in a couple of games ... did a little coaching ... and hung out with some rugby pros who were also in attendance.

In unrelated news ... seems Prince Harry is on the prowl again.

The guy reportedly broke up with his girlfriend Cressida Bonas and was recently seen making out with a mystery blonde.

Kate Middleton is knocked up again, and just like last time ... The Duchess of Cambridge is puking her guts out like a sorority chick during rush week.

Get ready for Royal Baby Fever all over again ... Prince William and Kate Middleton are expecting their second child.

Buckingham Palace Kate is once again suffering from hyperemesis gravidarum, as she was when she was pregnant with her Prince George, who was born last July. The condition is like morning sickness, only more severe.

The child will become fourth in line to the British throne ... behind Prince Charles, Prince William and Prince George ... and Prince Harry drops to fifth.
