Jay-Z at Yankee Stadium Thiiis Close to Canceling Night 3 ... Stayed for Fans and Safety

Published | Updated

One hour after Jay-Z was supposed to be onstage Sunday night, almost half the Yankee Stadium crowd was still stuck outside the venue ... creating 3 hours of chaos behind the scenes for Jay, his superstar guests, NYPD, and fans.

Sources smack in the middle of the situation tell TMZ ... the first sign of trouble came at 8:55 PM. Mind you, Jay had been hitting the stage around 9 PM for the first two Stadium shows, but when a few hundred people without tickets bum-rushed an entrance -- some actually got in -- security shut down ALL gates, and no one was allowed in or out.

At 10:15 PM, we're told there were still 20,000 fans lined up outside the Stadium ... and even A-listers like A$AP Rocky, Tyler the Creator, and Usher -- who were scheduled to perform -- were locked out. Our sources say NYPD was adamant no one was getting in, and they didn't even bend when members of Jay's team tried to get the VIP guests inside.

Much like his audience, Jay was not too happy about the delays ... after fans reportedly broke through a security checkpoint ... and his buddy Memphis tells us he turned into a "stone-faced killer" and wouldn't talk to anybody.

Memphis thought the function would get shut down if Jay didn't take the stage by midnight ... but Jay finally took the concert at 12:20 am ... over 4 hours after the scheduled start time.

Met Gala 2026 Blue Ivy, Sunday Rose Bend Age Restriction Rules ... Teens Storm Carpet

Published | Updated

Blue Ivy Carter and Sunday Rose Kidman Urban turned the Met Gala into a little bit of a rule-bending family affair ... and fashion's biggest night didn't seem mad about it.

The 2026 carpet was supposed to be strictly 18-plus -- a rule that's been in place since 2018 -- but somehow, these two high-profile teens slipped past the velvet rope ... and did it in serious style!

Leading the charge was 14-year-old Blue Ivy, who made her official Met Gala debut alongside her superstar parents, Beyoncé and Jay-Z. Blue didn't just show up ... she showed out, rocking a cream strapless Balenciaga gown, plus gold heels, diamonds and a cropped bomber jacket draped off her shoulders like she's been doing this for years.

Let's not kid ourselves ... 14-year-olds aren't supposed to touch this carpet. The 18-and-up rule is simple, unless you have a workaround ... show up with A-list parents. And for Blue, one of them was basically running the whole thing.

How Beyoncé And Jay-Z's Kids Made Names For Themselves

Published

Beyoncé and Jay-Z have accomplished plenty of big things in their respective careers -- including becoming parents to three kids!

The singer and the rapper share two daughters -- Blue Ivy and Rumi -- as well as a son named Sir, and these kids have already been featured in their parents' music videos and promotional videos ... must be a fun childhood!

We're going to take a look into the lives of the performers' children and see what they've achieved over the course of their lives.

The Couple's First Child Holds a World Record

Beyoncé announced she was pregnant with her first child at the 2011 MTV Video Music Awards ceremony, when she showed off her baby bump after a performance of her track "Love on Top."

The hitmaker gave birth to her daughter Blue Ivy the following January, and the kid became the Guinness World Record Holder for the youngest chart entrant.

Blue's "breathing, cries and coos" were featured on Jay-Z's track "Glory" ... which made its debut on Billboard's R&B/Hip-Hop Songs chart just a few days after her birth.

The kid also became the youngest female Hot 100 chart entrant after she was featured on her mother's 2019 track "BROWN SKIN GIRL," although she was eventually surpassed by a relative ... more on that in just a minute.

Beyoncé Gave Birth to Twins in 2017

Beyoncé and Jay-Z revealed they were planning on expanding their family further when she shared a pregnancy announcement on Instagram in February 2017, which got over 10 million likes -- the Beyhive really latched onto that one!

The "Drunk in Love" singer gave birth to twins Rumi and Sir in June 2017, and the performer later described her pregnancy as "extremely difficult" in her 2019 film "Homecoming," according to People.

Oh, remember how we talked about Blue's world record a little bit earlier? Being the youngest female Hot 100 chart entrant was taken over by Rumi in 2024!

The youngest of Beyoncé's daughters was just 6 years old when she was featured as a guest artist on her mother's track "Protector," which debuted at number 42 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

The Carters' Kids Have Joined Them Onstage

It looks like the Carter kids are taking after their parents, because they've collaborated with their folks on several occasions over the years.

Blue's shared the spotlight with her mom a few times, and she notably danced onstage for a short portion of the first stop on Beyoncé's "Renaissance" tour in 2023.

Rumi's also been featured onstage alongside her mother, and she made an appearance alongside Beyoncé and Blue her while her mom was performing "Protector," appropriately enough, at the opening night of the "Cowboy Carter" tour in April 2025.

And don't worry about Sir, he hasn't been left out of the family's projects, as he starred -- with his siblings, of course -- in a 2021 ad for his mother's IVY PARK x adidas clothing line.

Beyonce Proves She's Still The Queen Of Music... In New Dubai Performance Photos

Beyonce most certainly lived up to her nickname, "Queen Bey," during her Dubai performance Saturday night ... and we got the pics to prove it.

Check out these new images, obtained by TMZ, showing Bey in a yellow sequined gown with a feathered cape -- which was fit for a queen!!! She was surrounded by dancers in large red dresses and a Middle Eastern orchestra.

Bey then changed into a gold body suit with a matching corset and long train. She also wore a red dress with a different corset, stockings and gloves.

Safe to say ... Bey brought the house down at the star-studded event ... Kendall Jenner, Liam Payne and Ronan Keating were just a few of the celebs on hand.

Everyone got to enjoy Bey's 90-minute set that included her biggest hits ... "Crazy In Love," "Naughty Girl", "Halo" and "XO." The show ended with a huge fireworks display.

As we reported, Bey hit the stage at Atlantis The Royal hotel in the United Arab Emirates after an almost 5-year hiatus. The singer was paid a whopping $24 million to be the centerpiece of the hotel's launch party. Recording devices were banned, but many in the packed crowd didn't follow the rules and leaked footage of the event on social media.

The concert was also a family affair ... Jay-Z was present along with Bey's parents, Tina and Mathew Knowles.

Bey/Jay's 11-year-old daughter Blue Ivy, and 5-year-old twins, Rumi and Sir were there as well. Ivy even jumped on stage to perform a duet with her mom, singing a song from the album, "The Lion King: The Gift."

Beyonce and Jay-Z Beach is Better With A Private Photog

Beyonce and Jay-Z are still in the midst of celebrating the singer's birthday ... squeezing in some time for a private photo shoot too.

The pair hit the beach on the Italian island of Sardinia Saturday for a boat tour followed by some cute couple pics shot by a private photog. It's no secret, Jay is crazy about his wife ... and the photo shoot proves it.

Beyonce turned 37 last week, and the pair has been in Italy celebrating -- seemingly sans kids -- ever since.

The singer posted a message Thursday recapping 36 and sharing her hopes for the year ahead, saying, "I became a new mother of 3. I breastfed twins. I renewed my vows with my husband of ten years. I came back home to the stage to do Coachella, after pregnancy. Then my husband and I released our album together, Everything Is Love."

Beyonce, Jay-Z Fan Rushes Stage ... Subdued by Backup Dancers

Published | Updated

A fan learned the hard way ... it may be fun to rush the stage during the concert of various musical acts, but when it's a Beyonce/Jay-Z concert it's serious business.

26-year-old Anthony Charles Thomas Maxwell caused a major panic Saturday night in Atlanta after racing to the stage and approaching Jay. Maxwell was being held on a $5,000 bond and has a court appearance scheduled for Monday morning.

Backup dancers chased the guy as he ran backstage.

Police came, detained Maxwell and wrote up a citation for disorderly conduct. He was not taken to jail ... just released.

Law enforcement sources tell us Maxwell made some sort of contact with Jay-Z, but we don't know how physical it got. Jay was not injured. As far as we know Maxwell never made contact with Beyonce.

Bey and Jay are in the middle of their "On the Run II Tour." Bey's rep says the incident will not impact or delay future shows, but security may be a little tighter in the future.

Beyonce Twins Are Alright ... Real Smiley Too

Everything's coming up smiles for Beyonce and her 1-year-old babies.

Bey gave the world a really good look at the twins, Sir and Rumi, with a super happy pic. Jay-Z and Beyonce kicked off the U.S. leg of their On the Run II Tour in Cleveland Wednesday night, but based on what they're wearing ... this looks like a shot from their mega yacht last week.

The twins, who turned one last month, don't get nearly as much camera time as their big sis, Blue Ivy ... but, Mom obviously wanted to let 'em have their shine.

The kids did NOT disappoint.

For Jay-Z and Beyonce ... the best kinda family time is maritime, and even their 1-year-old twins are already soaking up the luxury yacht lifestyle in Italy.

The Carter clan anchored off the Amalfi Coast Friday. All their kiddos were there too ... Blue Ivy and Sir and Rumi, who mom and dad took turns juggling on deck of the huge ship.

Bey and Jay got in some QT by themselves too ... chilling on a smaller vessel that took them to and from shore, while Beyonce snapped some pics.

Whatever floats their boat.

Beyonce Get Me Off This Thing!!! Rescued from Busted Stage

Published | Updated

How many stagehands does it take to rescue Beyonce from a malfunctioning stage in Poland?

We're gonna guess ... ALL of them, if they wanna keep their jobs -- but, yes, Bey and Jay-Z's On the Run II crew had to help her make a safe exit Sunday night in Warsaw.

The couple's floating stage got jammed in the up position at the end of the show, making it impossible for Beyonce to pull off a quick and graceful exit. Instead, they brought out a ladder to help her get down what looks like a good 10-15 feet.

She didn't seem exactly convinced it was safe. Can't really blame her, especially because she was descending while rocking thigh-high boots!

Watch ... Bey was saved, the crowd cheered ... and everyone kept their jobs.
