The ex-wife of Diddy "sex slave" Jonathan Oddi is speaking out, saying her former spouse still fears the disgraced music mogul -- even while he's locked away behind bars.

Oddi’s ex, Tonia Troutwine, tells TMZ … Jonathan is still afraid of Diddy and fears retaliation from the Bad Boy Records CEO, despite sitting in a cell at the Miami-Dade County Jail in Florida.

But get this … Tonia says Oddi does feel somewhat relaxed and protected in jail because he’s far away from Diddy, who is currently on trial in NYC for racketeering, sex trafficking and other federal crimes -- sitting in his own jail cell in Brooklyn.

The first week of testimony in the Diddy trial is in the books ... and Cassie is finally off the stand.

The singer testified Friday for the fourth straight day, starting off with cross-examination from Diddy's defense team ... and lots of texts were read to jurors, including one where Cassie told Diddy she wasn't a "rag doll" after the hotel beating incident.

Cassie also referenced an affair she had with an NFL player and told his defense she didn't hate Diddy and actually had love for their past.

Cassie Ventura is trying to close some loops on her testimony as she answers questions from prosecutors after being grilled by Diddy's defense attorneys ... and she's now told the jury Diddy threatened to release a sex tape if she didn't participate in a freak-off.

Prosecutors asked Cassie what Diddy did on a flight home from France ... and she testified Diddy played her a video of her having sex with an escort.

The feds asked Cassie what Diddy said he would do ... and she testified he told her he would release the tape.

Diddy defense attorney Anna Estevao seems like she's trying to imply that Cassie believed his alleged 2018 rape may have been related to bipolar disorder.

The issue was brought up in court Friday when Estevao was asking Cassie about what she told investigators about Diddy allegedly raping her in 2018 after they had a conversation at dinner about breaking up.

Estevao asked Cassie what she told investigators ... and Cassie said Diddy was acting "nice but strangely" at dinner and "wasn't in his right mind" because when she asked him to stop raping her he did not respond.

Former NFL linebacker Adarius Taylor was arrested last week after he left his 6-year-old son in his car to meet up with a prostitute, cops said Friday.

Taylor's alleged misconduct happened on May 8 ... after, according to the Polk County Sheriff's Office, he responded to a fake internet ad cops had posted that promised escort services for cash.

Police say Taylor took his child to an undisclosed location -- left the kid in the ride, and then made contact with an undercover deputy inside what appeared to be a hotel room.

Cassie Ventura says she sought treatment for post-traumatic stress disorder after struggling with her mental health ... getting treatment for traumatic memories.

The singer is being cross-examined in court by Diddy's defense team, and she testified Friday she once spent 45 days at Willow House in Arizona in early 2023 ... explaining therapists there helped her recall memories as part of trauma therapy.

Diddy's defense attorney Anna Estevao said the treatment center works with folks who are experiencing sex compulsion and love addiction ... but Cassie says she was NOT treated for those conditions.

Cassie Ventura says she doesn't have any hate in her heart for Diddy ... and she actually has love for their past.

The singer is being cross-examined in court Friday, and Diddy defense attorney Anna Estevao straight-up asked Cassie if she hated Diddy now.

Cassie testified, "I don't hate him."

Another whirlwind day in the Diddy trial is in the books ... and Cassie Ventura had a lot of important testimony while getting grilled by Diddy's defense team.

The singer was back on the stand Thursday for a third straight day, though this was the first instance where she was cross-examined ... with Diddy defense attorney Anna Estevao leading the line of questioning.

Jurors heard and read a bunch of communications between Diddy and Cassie from their decades-long relationship ... including messages where Cassie seemed to be showing excitement for freak-offs.

Diddy overdosed on painkillers after a string of activity that included a freak-off, a visit to a sex club and a party at the Playboy Mansion ... Cassie testified.

She told the jury Diddy was dependent on opiates for a time and that he overdosed in February 2012 after taking a very strong opiate.

Cassie testified that on the day Diddy OD'd, they had a freak-off and went to a sex club in San Bernardino ... and that Diddy went without her to a party at the Playboy Mansion.

Diddy supporters and court pundits might think the prosecution hasn't proved any of the criminal counts he's facing, but Touré disagrees ... arguing the government is making a lot of progress on the racketeering front.

We caught up with the music journalist Thursday on "TMZ Live," and his take, after nearly 4 days of graphic testimony, is Diddy was allegedly committing "an ongoing rape of Cassie."

And, Touré sees prosecutors building a strong case for a criminal conspiracy -- aka racketeering -- carried out by Diddy's employees.

Cassie says she was still participating in freak-offs with Diddy despite being on a break from him and dating Kid Cudi.

The singer testified Thursday in court during cross-examination... she was seeing Kid Cudi in 2011 while on a break from Diddy, but was still going back to Diddy for freak-offs.

Cassie's reasoning ... the freak offs were her "job."

Diddy asked Cassie if he had her permission to set up a freak-off ... and then she told him she was ovulating ... but appeared to agree on going forward with it if things remained PG.

The interesting exchange was raised Thursday while Cassie was being cross-examined by Diddy defense attorney Anna Estevao, who was going over text messages between the former couple.

Diddy texted Cassie, asking permission to set up "freaky fun," and her response was limited to one word -- "Ovulation" ... which sounds like a clear "no" to sexual intercourse. She previously testified Diddy did not want the male escorts using condoms with her during freak-offs.

12:22 PM PT -- Smokey Robinson's attorney Christopher Frost tells TMZ ... "We are aware that a police report has now been filed by the Plaintiffs in the civil lawsuit. It is clear to us what is happening here. Plaintiffs filed a police report only after they filed a $50 million lawsuit. This means only that the police are now required to investigate. We welcome that investigation, which involves Plaintiffs who continue to hide their identities, because exposure to the truth is a powerful thing."

He adds ... "We feel confident that a determination will be made that Mr. Robinson did nothing wrong, and that this is a desperate attempt to prejudice public opinion and make even more of a media circus than the Plaintiffs were previously able to create. The record will ultimately demonstrate that this is nothing more than a manufactured lawsuit intended to tarnish the good names of Smokey and Frances Robinson, for no other reason than unadulterated avarice."

Smokey Robinson is now the subject of a Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department investigation after multiple women came forward and filed police reports alleging sexual assault ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... three alleged victims -- all female -- filed police reports against Smokey on Friday with the sheriff's department. The department's special victims' unit has opened a criminal investigation into the claims. We're told the investigation is in its early stages.

Our sources say investigators will reach out to Smokey to try to speak to him about all the allegations made against him in these police reports.

Diddy's defense says his sexual preferences are part of a swingers lifestyle, and Cassie just testified that they did some swinging.

Cassie is being cross-examined by Diddy's defense attorney Anna Estevao, and she confirmed she had conversations with Diddy about a "swingers lifestyle" when they were in a relationship.

The singer says she experienced swinging firsthand when she accompanied Diddy to sex clubs ... watching him have sex with other women multiple times -- which sounds like a reversal of the freak-offs, where a previous witness said Diddy would watch her have sex with a male sex worker.

Cassie expressed to Diddy that she was excited to participate in freak-offs ... at least based on a text message between the exes that was just read in court.

The singer is being cross-examined by Diddy's defense team, and jurors on Thursday were shown a slew of graphic and sexual text messages from their relationship.

In one message, Cassie tells Diddy ... "I'm always ready to freak off, it can be whenever." The text was a BlackBerry message to Diddy on August 5, 2009 ... about 2 years into their relationship.

More is being revealed by the minute on Day 3 of the Diddy sex trafficking trial ... federal prosecutors broke out photographs of 3 sex workers and one victim -- and showed them all to the 12 jurors.

Assistant United States Attorney Emily Johnson displayed the faces of the sex workers/victim on monitors for the jurors, starting with a picture of victim "Mia," who was allegedly raped by Diddy.

Then Johnson showed the jury two more photos -- one of sex worker Jules and another of Jules and Cassie together. A fourth photo showed Cassie and male escort Dave, as well as a fifth photo of Cassie and another sex worker named Greg.
