The 33-year-old single reality star says she's looking at this new phase of life as a "reset button" after years of public drama surrounding her marriage to David Eason, the man her teenage son Jace accused of assault in 2023.

David Eason has been arrested after allegedly violating a domestic violence restraining order and trespassing on public land in North Carolina last week.

TMZ has obtained Eason’s mug shot ... showing the reality TV star unsmiling, black T-shirt on and hands held in front of him.

Eason was held on $1,000 bond ... but, it appears he's paid it and has since been released.

More drama for Jenelle Evans and her estranged husband David Eason -- she claims he broke onto her property and tried to steal dirt bikes and ATVs ... with a cop watching it all go down.

Jenelle tells TMZ ... David, his girlfriend and 3 other men took bolt-cutters Sunday night and cut off the locks to the gate at her North Carolina property. She says they drove up to her garage and broke inside, loading up all her motorcycles and other property on a trailer.

The "Teen Mom" star has surveillance video of the whole caper, which she says was in violation of a court order she got during their divorce, barring David from setting foot on the property.

Farrah Abraham's buying her daughter one hell of a first car ... springing for the Tesla Cybertruck ... even though her kiddo doesn't have a license yet.

The reality television star tells TMZ ... she let her daughter Sophia pick out her first car -- and, out of all the electrics and hybrids she checked out, the Tesla Cybertruck Cyberbeast Foundation proved to be her fav.

FA says she and her daughter are picking up the car next week ... and, then Sophia's gonna customize the chrome car with her own aesthetic -- something she'll have a while to do before she starts driving it on her own ... since she's still only got her learner's permit.

Amber Portwood's fiancé, Gary Wayt, is no longer MIA according to cops ... 'cause they confirm he's been located, safe and sound, TMZ has learned.

Bryson City Police Department in North Carolina tell us Gary -- who's been engaged to the "Teen Mom" star for the last few weeks -- made a call to the department from a restricted number Friday afternoon, assuring them he was perfectly fine and in good health.

To make sure Gary was indeed okay ... we're told police grilled him with some very specific questions, and he came back with equally specific answers. That sealed the deal for cops -- they're 100% confident this was Gary on the horn, and they closed the missing persons case.

"Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood says the man who recently proposed to her has since disappeared ... and now cops are involved.

Portwood beelined it to a North Carolina police station Monday and filed a missing person report for her new fiancé, Gary Wayt -- who just popped the question a few weeks ago, to which Amber said yes.

According to the incident report, obtained by TMZ, Amber told police Gary was last seen Sunday evening at their hotel. She notes Gary isn't a resident of the area ... he's from Indianapolis.

Jenelle Evans is looking for a fresh start amid her split from husband David Eason, and that has her considering a big move ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Jenelle is thinking about a move from North Carolina down to Florida after visiting the Sunshine State last week. We're told she toured 2 or 3 homes in the Central Florida area ... not too far from fellow 'Teen Mom' star Briana DeJesus.

This explains why Jenelle and Briana were recently spotted together, but we're told she isn't planning a full-time return to the 'Teen Mom' franchise ... despite her recent appearance in a trailer for "Teen Mom: The Next Chapter."

Farrah is somewhat sarcastic in her review of the update -- saying there's no one better to come back to the cast than JE ... while noting she doesn't think she'd go back to the show.
