We've learned Lamar Odom has already met with his lawyer to hash out a prenup before making his wedding to Khloe Kardashian official.

We've learned Odom went to the Beverly Hills law office of divorce-guru Neal Hersh last Friday to hash out the terms. Hersh won't return our call, but Odom's people tell us "Lamar has a set of balls" -- translation, he's not giving Khloe half of anything.

We're told Lamar wants to make sure the money and other assets he brings into the marriage are solely his. Beyond that, we're told Lamar ain't giving Khloe half of his earnings going forward.

How will it play with Khloe?

We've learned the deep-pocketed bearer of strange gifts was Vitaquest CEO Keith Frankel -- the guy who owns the diet pill called "QuickTrim." Frankel's connection to the Kardashians comes through Kim -- who uses his products to keep her famously huge backside under control.

Inviting him to the wedding was obviously a good idea -- because who else would have been crazy enough to buy such a tacky gift?

Everything was planned ... even the moment when Khloe told Bruce Jenner she considered him her "real dad."

The "newlyweds" weren't talking about the prenup negotiations outside the Mondrian last night, but Khloe not-so-coyly showed off her new bling -- and likely blinded some paps in the process.

So Khloe Kardashian's people got back to us about her $4,500 haircut ... and they say the name-dropping stylist who fed us the story is as full of crap as he was desperate for attention.

People close to Khloe tell us the Kardashians have never even heard of stylist Roy Arbib or Shampoo salon -- and said, "It is sad that people will go to any length for press ... who lies about doing a bride's hair? Khloe's hairstylist Frankie Payne did her hair for the event."

The salon has yet to get back to us.

We've learned two high-powered family law attorneys are already squaring off, trying to hash out the prenup Odom wants as a condition to marriage. Neal Hersh is doing his bidding, while Lisa Meyer is repping Khloe. We're told the negotiations -- which began last Friday -- are already contentious.

Our sources say the couple will tie the knot -- legally -- once the prenup is inked.

So it's Khloe's wedding day and she wants a straightforward 'do -- some curls, a few extensions, a little added volume -- no problem. That will be $4,500 please ... not including tip ... for a wedding that isn't even real.

According to her stylist Roy Arbib at Shampoo in LA, Khloe wanted to "keep it simple" ... so it's only natural that her wedding hair cost more than a used Honda -- or $4,500 to be exact. And that didn't include the $500 tip she left on her way out.

The swanky salon -- usually closed on Sundays -- opened up just for the bride-to-be and her three friends, who were styled for $1,000.

Good thing she kept things simple.

It's really wonderful that some couples in longtime committed relationships are allowed to legally marry in the United States.

Though he is the bride's step-brother, Jenner was noticeably absent from the rushed nuptials -- and when we got him earlier in the day at LAX, he said he was leaving L.A. for NY.

Joe -- who almost threw the groom a "midget" filled bachelor party -- still went.

The rehearsal dinner for Khloe Kardashian and Lamar Odom's wedding was an intimate affair -- if you ignore the camera crew and producers. At one point you can see Khloe's mom, Kris Jenner, arguing with someone on the staff about the cake.

We got L.O. walking into his rehearsal dinner in Santa Monica last night where we asked him if he thought it was a good idea to marry someone he's only known for a month. As he put it, "People get divorced after being married for 18 years ... You never know."

Dude has a point -- but still, a month is a tad quick.
