Fitting with her fast food persona, she went straight for a Dog on a Stick. Luckily, a scrawny TMZ producer was there to snap a photo of Khloe chomping down on a frank. Unfortunately, he also got caught and was a little worried Khloe would topple him.

Kim Kardashian swallowed up an ice cream cone while out in Bev Hills on Wednesday.

This won't stop Reggie Bush from tackling her tight end.

It's a sad day when Khloe realizes they should make t-shirts so people can tell the difference between her and her other other Kardashian sister, Kourtney.

But Alpha-K Kim tells TMZ she's delighted that lil' Rob is taking the next step with Adrienne Bailon, who also happens to be the oldest Cheetah Girl: "Adrienne has become one of my closest friends! I love her like a sister! The whole family has fallen in love with her too!"

As for buzz that Rob and his pussycat doll are married, we're told -- not true.

Shanna Moakler just issued the following statement in response to Kim K's "apology":

"I have for some time now avoided Kim Kardashian at all costs. I've avoided events, parties etc. in order to not see her.

"Quite some time ago I received emails from her mobile device of VERY inappropriate conduct between herself and my husband at the time, that were NOT at all "friendly" and very much "romantically" inclined. I spoke to Kim Kardashian, asking her to please stay away from my family as we are trying to heal after a very trying time, she agreed and but failed to do so.

"If I had known Ms. Kardashian was going to be at the BBQ in Malibu I wouldn't have gone. One day women will realize when you destroy families there will be angry and hurt ex-wives to deal with. I still have these emails and I won't release them as not to embarrass my ex and my family any further.

I find it sad that these types of events take center stage over the other positive things that I do in my work and life but I will not ever stop being brutally honest and staying true to myself. Not even for Hollywood."

Kim Kardashian has issued a comeback to Shanna Moakler. It reads:

"Originally I wasn't even going to comment about this whole Malibu situation over the weekend, but I see how much you guys are writing in, and wanting to know the truth, so I just want to set the record straight.

I was a model for Famous Stars and Straps clothing line owned by Travis Barker. I ONLY had a professional relationship with Travis, in which he hired me to represent his brand for one season, which was a year and a half ago.

Secondly, it was immature of me to wear a Famous Stars and Straps t-shirt out the other day. I just wasn't thinking. I want to apologize to you guys for causing confusion and instigating a negative situation. I get so many letters from young girls who come from every type of background and I want to be a positive role model for them, and to my younger sisters Kendall and Kylie. It was a really immature thing to do and I was just upset about the situation.

Shanna apparently felt Kim was after Travis because Kim was a model for his clothing line, Famous Stars and Straps. Now Shanna is lashing out on The Dirty, calling Kim a "donkey" and saying, "She's sooo f**king fat. She's 5'2" and she's like 140."

But here's the real deal. A source really close to Kim's fat ass tells us KK is laughing because Travis ain't her type -- as in, he's white and Kim doesn't go there.

With Britney out of commission, the eldest Kardashian kept her spirit alive, flashing her underwear while lunching in NYC on Tuesday.

Of course, if she really wanted to pay tribute to Britney, she'd go commando.

But there's a big problem: Khloe was arrested on March 4 last year. Her father died in 2003 ... on September 30.

Right outside a trendy Woodland Hills restaurant, Miss K revealed how hard life is for the Kardashian clan.

Khloe Kardashian is out of the pokey, and now we're learning about the horrors of her ordeal behind bars.

Our spies tell us the youngest Kardashian's unspeakable treatment began when K.K. began to board the bus headed to the Twin Towers jail. A woman on the bus had a violent seizure and Khloe was re-routed to Lynwood. Then, as we reported earlier, a bomb scare at the jail triggered a lockdown, so Miss K was forced into solitary confinement.

Then, Khloe was freezing cold so she asked guards for a simple blanket. Just like Tara at Hyde, she was denied.

As if that's not enough, she had to watch videos on how to be a good prisoner and how to avoid getting staph infections.

And, Khloe was not even able to change out of her street clothes, which must have been soiled from all the drama.

By the way, she served 173 minutes.

According to the L.A. County Sheriff's Department website, Khloe Khardashian is now on the loose again, free as a bird to party it up at Hyde and dine at Wendy's.

How's that compare to her fellow celeb inmates? Nicole did 82 minutes, Lindsay did 84. Khloe did roughly 100 more minutes. That's a hardened criminal!

A Sheriff's spokesperson tells us she was released because female inmates are eligible for early release due to overcrowding. We're told there's only one female jail and it's "busting at the seams."

Khloe is now in the Van Nuys courthouse parking lot, waiting for her reality show camera crew to show before turning herself in.

UPDATE: Khloe's turned herself in and is currently on the bus bound for the pokey! Her family, famished after dropping their daughter off for her press op legal obligation, has gone to get something to eat.
