UPDATE

3:30 PM PT -- Tiger's plane just touched down at Palm Beach International Airport.

Tiger Woods private jet is en route to American, after flying from Switzerland on Wednesday ... and there's reason to believe the golf legend is on board, after wrapping up a month-plus stay at a rehab facility in Zurich.

Woods' 2008 Gulfstream G550 -- an ultra-long-range business jet that go for a cool $50 Million -- departed from Zurich Airport a few minutes after 2PM local time ... headed for the United States.

The destination airport is currently unclear, as is whether Tiger is a passenger on his jet.

Prosecutors will get the chance to see Tiger Woods' prescription drug records, a judge has ruled.

In a hearing at Martin County Circuit Court in Florida on Tuesday, the judge granted the state's request to subpoena records of Tiger's meds as part of their DUI investigation.

The judge gave prosecutors permission to access his prescription records on file at Lewis Pharmacy in Palm Beach ... following his arrest in Florida earlier this year.

Tiger Woods is trying like hell to keep his prescription records out of his DUI case -- the golf legend's attorney claims his privacy is at risk if a subpoena for his pill history is granted.

Prosecutors are looking to track down a bunch of info on Woods' meds -- how many times his prescriptions have been filled this year, the amount of pills he's gotten, his dosage and the instructions that come with them, including warnings about driving after consumption -- after he was charged with DUI and refusal to submit to a lawful test in connection to his March 27 crash.

Douglas Duncan recently filed a response to the subpoena request ... stating it would be an "intrusion into Mr. Woods' privacy" if the records are included in the criminal investigation.

The Martin County Sheriff's Office has released a second mug shot of the 50-year-old golf legend … and this one’s a lot less polished than the first.

In the new photo, Tiger is rocking a blue inmate top and a noticeable frown -- a stark contrast from his earlier snap, where he was still in the same blue polo shirt from the crash scene.

In the time between Tiger Woods flipping his car and being arrested for DUI, the golf legend dialed up President Donald Trump from the scene of the crash.

TMZ Sports has obtained body cam footage that shows Tiger hanging around as cops assessed the scene. He was not cuffed at the time and was permitted to sit in a police cruiser before cops had him perform a field sobriety test.

At one point, Tiger walked away from the cruiser and into the distance ... forcing police to call him back to the scene. While Tiger is walking back, he appears to be on the phone and can be heard saying, “Thank you so much. All right. You got it. Bye.”

The officer then asked Tiger to remain close by … to which he replied: “Yeah, I was just talking with the President.”

The victim in the Tiger Woods crash has lawyered up ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The notice of appearance and invocation of rights were filed in Florida on Thursday ... showing Jeromy Bullard will be represented by Jason Fagnano, a personal injury attorney who specializes in auto, truck, motorcycle, bicycle and pedestrian accidents.

The development now allows Bullard to be represented in the criminal case ... and makes sure his rights are protected every step of the way. It doesn't necessarily mean he's suing Woods.

Tiger Woods was clearly planning to make a comeback at The Masters prior to his DUI arrest -- something he told an officer right at the crash scene last week.

TMZ Sports obtained body cam footage of the exchange with responders on March 27 in Florida ... when one asked Woods if he needed anything from his flipped Range Rover.

Woods said he wanted his clubs ... and they joked about his famed putter that he made sure to note he's used to win all his majors.

First it was Tiger Woods, now Phil Mickelson announced he will not be competing for a green jacket this year -- Lefty revealed he's taking some time away as his family deals with a "personal health matter."

The three-time Masters winner stated minutes ago he won't be going for a fourth in 2026 ... days after Tiger shared his own update following a DUI arrest.

That means two of the biggest and most beloved figures in the sport will be MIA next week.

Tiger Woods isn't only dealing with a DUI charge after his rollover accident and arrest on Friday ... TMZ Sports has learned the golf legend has also been hit with a citation for careless driving.

The ticket was filed in Martin County on Thursday -- a non-criminal traffic violation -- and carries a fine of $163.

The citation was filed the same day authorities released body camera footage from the rollover accident scene, where the golf legend was seen kneeling just feet from his Range Rover, telling law enforcement that he "looked down" at his phone, and "all of a sudden -- boom."

According to the arrest affidavit, deputies say Woods showed multiple signs of impairment from the jump … sweating heavily, moving slowly, speaking "thick tongued" and even stumbling as he walked. At one point, authorities noted he appeared to be limping and needed instructions repeated during testing.

When law enforcement had him perform the standard eye test, they observed bloodshot, glassy eyes and dilated pupils -- along with a lack of smooth tracking, a key indicator investigators look for in DUI cases.

Tiger Woods might not want to hire a driver after his rollover crash and DUI arrest, but it might not be up to him if he ultimately loses his license. Thankfully for the golf legend, there's a Florida-based company that wants to help.

TMZ Sports spoke with several car ride services around Jupiter Island, days after Woods, 50, was busted for allegedly driving under the influence, flipping his $250k Range Rover Friday afternoon, and many are offering their services.

The Black Car Company tells us they would love to chauffeur the golf superstar around.

"Tiger Woods has done so much for the game of golf and our local community here in Florida," a TBCC spokesperson told us.

7:15 AM PT Tuesday -- TMZ Sports obtained the arrest affidavit that shows Tiger Woods had two loose hydrocodone pills in his pocket at the time of his DUI arrest and stumbled through his field sobriety test.

Tiger Woods is addressing the question everyone is asking -- Why doesn't he get a driver, especially if he has a clear substance abuse problem. Well, he's not giving the answer people wanted.

Tiger cares a lot about his privacy, at least according to People. The mag cites an anonymous source who claims he won't hire a private driver because he "doesn't want anyone to watch over him or know what he is doing." The source adds that the legendary golfer also thinks he's fine to drive.

The insider goes on to say that Tiger "despises public scrutiny." It's pretty ironic, because he's come under plenty of scrutiny after getting busted twice for DUI.

TMZ Sports has photos of the 50-year-old golf legend leaving the Martin County Jail in Stuart, FL, in the passenger seat of a Cadillac Escalade after 11 PM ET ... and if it wasn't already clear, Woods has seen better days.

After he was sprung, Tiger reportedly attempted to sneak out a side door to avoid the throngs of media camped out at the jail. That didn't work.
