3:11 PM PT -- Reps for Red Panda tell TMZ Sports the iconic halftime performer suffered a severe left wrist fracture in Tuesday night's fall, an injury she also previously experienced.

We're told the accident was due to the left pedal of her unicycle being damaged in transit.

After spending 11 hours in the hospital, Red Panda's reps say she is now on her way home and will meet with an orthopedic surgeon for further repair.

We're told Red Panda is thankful for all the support she's received in wake of the accident ... as "it means the world to her."

Firefighters in Northern Idaho responded to a brush fire Sunday ... and, now two people have been shot and killed.

The Kootenai County Sheriff's Office said firefighters responded to the reports of a brush fire this afternoon around 1:30 PM local time at Canfield Mountain. The shooting began about 30 minutes later, authorities say.

The two people who have been shot and killed are firefighters, CNN reports. Despite the shooting starting more than four hours ago, no one is in custody at this time.

A neighborhood in Philadelphia was blown apart by an explosion early Sunday morning ... and, pictures taken at the scene captured the devastation.

Andrea Guadalupe Velez was arrested for impeding an arrest after she forcefully obstructed an ICE officer by making physical contact with him. Secretary Noem has been clear: if you lay a hand on a law enforcement officer, you will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Our ICE officers are facing a 500 percent increase in assaults against them while they carry out enforcement operations. These U.S. citizens actions kept ICE law enforcement from arresting the target illegal alien of their operation.”

Several law enforcement officers -- including at least one wearing ICE gear -- tackled a U.S. citizen to the ground and put their knees on his back after he allegedly punched an ICE agent in the face.

The incident went down Tuesday ... with bystanders recording multiple men -- including one wearing a "Police ICE" vest -- slamming a man in a white T-shirt and black pants to the asphalt, pushing his face into the curb as they wrestle to handcuff him.

It takes some time for the group to fully take him down ... and, at different times, the agents take turns putting their knees into the suspect's back -- while onlookers scream at them.

One French cop car was doing its best to keep spirits afloat -- literally -- blasting a fitting playlist while navigating through ankle-deep floodwaters in Paris after a night of wild storms.
