Bryan Kohberger is getting hit with funeral costs for some of his victims while serving a life sentence for his savage murders -- and a judge says he's gotta cough up the cash for 2 urns.

An Idaho judge ruled Thursday Kohberger is on the hook for $3,007.79 to pay for the urns of 2 of his victims -- Kaylee Goncalves and Madison Mogen. Kohberger was also ordered to pay $31,964.67 in restitution to the families of his other 2 victims -- Xana Kernodle and Ethan Chapin.

In July, Kohberger was sentenced to 4 life terms with no parole for butchering the four University of Idaho students in an off-campus house on Nov. 13, 2022.

The crazed fan who jumped the barricade and sprinted to Ariana Grande at the Singapore "Wicked: For Good" premiere has been charged.

The Australian man, named Johnson Wen, was charged with being a public nuisance on Friday, BBC reports. The outlet says local reports allege he plans to plead guilty and that he faces a fine of up to $1540.

Their marriage was formally put to rest in court Thursday ... and according to legal docs obtained by TMZ, Tori is walking away with full interest in many of her TV shows and non-scripted projects, including but not limited to "BH90210" and her "MisSPELLING" podcast. There's a reference to "Beverly Hills" as well -- as you know, the teen drama "Beverly Hills, 90210" brought her to the mainstream in the 1990s.

Understandably, she and Dean share interest in their joint projects such as "Tori & Dean in Love," "sTORIbook Weddings" and their Cooking Channel Specials, to name a few.

Justin Baldoni says Blake Lively improvised kissing him in a scene that was eventually deleted from the final cut of their film, "It Ends With Us," and that's one of the reasons he wants her lawsuit against him dismissed before the trial begins.

Part of Lively's lawsuit accuses Baldoni of kissing her during scenes where the script did not call for it ... but in new docs, he fires back that Blake herself did that to him during a hospital scene.

Justin actually included the scene in an exhibit attached to the suit ... and he claims the video proves she improvised the brief kiss. According to the docs, Justin says what's most appalling is, although he was directing, he claims Blake had rewritten this part of the script, and it didn't include any lip lock.

Britton Shackelford -- a professional fisherman who has appeared on a spin-off of the hit show "Wicked Tuna" -- has been arrested for animal cruelty ... according to authorities in North Carolina.

The boat captain was arrested last week after the Dare County Sheriff's Office said they got a call about a missing animal.

After investigating, authorities determined Shackelford was "involved in the incident and discharged a firearm, resulting in the death of the animal." Sheriff's deputies arrested the 57-year-old for felony cruelty to animals and an additional misdemeanor charge.

Ray J is firing back at Kim Kardashian and Kris Jenner with a lawsuit of his own after they sued him for defamation ... he says they were all in on the infamous sex tape, and it wasn't leaked against Kim's will.

In new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Ray J reveals what he says actually went down with the sex tape. He claims he and Kim consensually shot a sex tape in 2003, and then in 2006 they discussed releasing it, and he says Kim insisted Kris be in charge of the release and commercial exploitation of the film.

In the lawsuit, filed by attorney Howard King, Ray J claims Kim and Kris have "spent two decades peddling the false story that the sex tape ... was leaked against her will."

Akon never should've been arrested, his team claims ... blaming the whole misunderstanding on a records-keeping issue.

A representative for the singer-songwriter tells us Akon already paid for the suspended license which resulted in his arrest ... but, the payment wasn't entered into the system properly.

We're told this clerical error -- a big one, if true -- will be rectified by the courts at Akon's hearing in early December.

Luigi Mangione's team says they've yet to see any evidence of a statement his mom, Kathleen Mangione, allegedly made to cops that the murder of a healthcare executive was something "she could see him doing."

In legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Mangione's lawyers -- namely Karen Friedman Agnifilo, Marc Agnifilo and Jacob Kaplan -- cite a December 2024 press conference where NYPD detectives referenced information they received from the FBI ... including info from a San Francisco Police Department sergeant who'd spoken to Mangione's mother after the shooting in connection with a missing-person report.

In the press conference, the NYPD's Chief of Detectives referenced the SFPD officer, explaining Kathleen "didn't indicate that it was her son in the photograph, but she said it might be something that she could see him doing."

Blake Lively has evened the score this week in her never-ending drama with Justin Baldoni ... a defamation lawsuit filed against her by a crisis PR firm has just been thrown out of court for jurisdictional reasons.

Here's the deal ... Jed Wallace and his company, Street Relations Inc., filed suit against Blake in February 2025 after she named both parties, along with Baldoni, in her December 2024 California civil rights complaint for bad behavior related to the filming of "It Ends With Us."

The lawsuit was filed in Texas ... but, according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ, it was dismissed due to a lack of personal jurisdiction. Translation: the judge ruled Wallace didn't establish that the Texas court had the power to deal with the case.

Police are investigating a car crash that killed a pedestrian ... which may have been partially captured on a TikTok live stream, TMZ has learned ... the incident went down November 3 in Zion, Illinois, a suburb north of Chicago.

Zion PD tells TMZ ... officers responded to a local intersection for a crash involving a 2015 Ford Edge and a pedestrian identified as 59-year-old Darren Lucas. According to police, the driver -- an unidentified 43-year-old woman -- called 911 and remained at the scene, speaking with investigators.

Jonathan Braun was handed a sentence of 27 months in prison on Monday after he violated the terms set out in his 2021 presidential pardon by committing a new set of crimes, reports the New York Post.

Braun groped his child's nanny in February ... the nanny dialed into Braun's sentencing by phone and had prosecutors read her victim impact statement, in which she wrote his actions left her with "lasting trust issues."
