Milania Giudice is getting professional care and support following her emotional airport meltdown amid a mental health crisis and reported suicidal thoughts ... TMZ has learned.

"She is currently surrounded by people who love her and is under the care of professionals who are working with her and her family," Milania's rep, Marina DeSantis, tells TMZ.

The rep continues ... "Milania is deeply loved by her family and friends, and all of us are doing everything we can to support her as she navigates an incredibly difficult time in her life, particularly following the devastating loss of her best friend, Victoria."

Chadwick Boseman’s family had their lawyers fire off a letter to his widow weeks after the actor’s death ... putting her on notice to preserve all of the data on his iPhone ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ obtained the letter, dated November 16, 2020, from lawyers for Chadwick’s parents and brothers -- Leroy, Carolyn, Derrick and Kevin Boseman -- to lawyers for his widow Taylor Simone Ledward Boseman.

The family’s lawyer requested that Simone's legal team agree to "execute a release for Chad’s medical records" and asked that they digitally image his cell phones, computers, iPads, and other electronics to preserve any relevant information.

The owner of the sober living facility where Presley Gerber died reportedly had a criminal past involving drugs and a minor.

According to Page Six, Dr. Reza Nabavi was arrested back in February 2002 after Oakland police found him asleep in his car in an area with a reputation for "frequent narcotic and prostitution activity."

Nabavi was reportedly with a 15-year-old girl, who allegedly told officers she was high on meth and didn't know Nabavi very well. Nabavi was 25 at the time.

The employee at the equestrian ranch told cops she believed one of Kim's kids had been shooting pellets from a pellet gun from his home onto her property. She said, to her knowledge, no horses or individuals had been struck by the pellets, but she said she believed the kid was shooting toward the facility to frighten the horses.

Floyd Mayweather's throwing in the towel in his massive lawsuit against several former business associates, notifying the court he's dropping the case ... TMZ Sports has learned.

But the boxing legend is leaving himself an opening to come back swinging.

According to court filings, which we obtained, the 50-0 fighter notified the New York Supreme Court that he was dropping the suit against Jona Rechnitz, Ayal Frist, Alexander Seligson, and Frist Apex Ventures.

It's "without prejudice," meaning Floyd could refile the case if he chooses.

Mayweather sued in May, claiming Rechnitz and co. drained him of insane amounts of cash ... including proceeds from real estate deals, $100 million in fancy jewelry, and even the sale of a private jet.

The damages were said to be "not less than" $175 million.

Shortly after the suit was filed, an attorney for the defendants blasted it as "utterly baseless."

So, why the sudden change in course for TBE?

It's unclear, but a source in Rechnitz's camp says the defendants were about to file their response, which they say contained receipts showing the claims were BS.

Michael Peguy Desronvil, the holdout juror in the Lindsay Clancy case, is sick and tired of the way her lawyer, Kevin Reddington, is treating him ... and he's preparing to fire back.

Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Michael and his legal team plan to file a bar complaint against Kevin ... they believe Kevin should be suspended, disciplined, or even disbarred for allegedly targeting Michael in the days after the mistrial.

Our sources say Michael feels Kevin publicly identified and essentially outed him ... which they see as a huge issue, considering Kevin is an officer of the court.

Milania Giudice was allegedly experiencing suicidal thoughts and had recently been released from a hospital when police were called to Tampa International Airport ... according to a CAD log obtained by TMZ.

The log specifically says police were told Milania was experiencing "suicidal thoughts/mental breakdown" and had recently been released from St. Anthony's Hospital. It also references a possible Baker Act situation, which is when an individual is taken to a facility for an involuntary mental health examination.

A spokesman for Tampa International Airport tells TMZ ... police received a call for assistance Wednesday at 2:20 PM. We're told there was no arrest, medical transport, or police report. The Sun was the first to report the news.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, the former "Love & Hip Hop" star, who is facing child molestation charges, says she has no criminal history and poses no danger to the community if released pending her trial.

Her lawyer said incarceration is having "adverse effects" on her physical and mental health ... and says Sidney is a celeb who is "recognizable to a sizeable portion of the jail population."

Sidney's fame comes with a price ... she says she is "continually pressured by other jail inmates for money, and has had her personal identification number for the jail's video communication system stolen and used by other inmates."

Caleb Flynn's mistress broke down in tears while testifying in his murder trial ... sobbing as she poured over her texts with the "American Idol" alum ... including one where she told him she wanted to kill his wife.
