Simone claims that since 2022, she has paid over $1.7 million to Carolyn and Leroy Boseman. She says she sent them $1.5 million in May 2023, another $260K later in 2023, and over $4K in December 2024.

Joshua Jackson raised concerns about his daughter being around Jodie Turner-Smith's brother long before three women sued the actress and her bro over his alleged drug-fueled sex parties ... according to the attorney representing the women suing the siblings.

Here's the deal ... Jodie and her brother, Richard Mark Anthony Smith, were sued by three Jane Does who claim Richard pressured them into drug use and nonconsensual sexual activity.

The lawsuit also alleges Jodie knowingly provided her brother with housing, money, and other support despite his alleged behavior. Through her reps, Jodie has denied the allegations, calling them false, and claimed the lawsuit was actually filed by a man who was harassing the actress.

Now, plaintiffs' attorney Nissan Thomas is firing back in a statement to TMZ ... he claims sources close to the family told his office Joshua had concerns about Richard being around his daughter, Juno, who he shares with Jodie.

Presley Gerber has been cremated just days after his shocking death in a Santa Monica rehab facility ... according to the death certificate obtained by TMZ.

The death certificate says Presley was cremated at the Rose Family Funeral Home. Presley is described as an entrepreneur who worked in mental health, and his ashes will be kept at Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber's Malibu mansion.

While his body has been cremated and the autopsy complete, it appears the M.E. is still waiting for test results to come back before announcing an official cause of death ... listing it as deferred and pending investigation.

Rep. Max Miller is dragging Sen. Bernie Moreno into his divorce war ... Bernie is the father of Max's ex-wife, Emily, and Max is making legal moves to get Bernie to testify ... TMZ has learned. 

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Max fired off subpoenas last week to Bernie and his wife, Bridget -- Max's former mother-in-law. 

Max wants the couple to show up and answer questions about their daughter ... and what they know about the divorce.

Bernie was almost dragged into the divorce in 2025, but Emily and Max reached a settlement, only for them to rush back to court months later over new issues. 

Legendary Hollywood stuntman James Lew spread his wealth after his death ... his will calls for the distribution of his property among friends, family, and his stuntman associates.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Lew signed a will back in April that doles out his various gifts from his estate ... including his Primetime Emmy Award, which he gave to the Stuntmen's Association.

And while he said he was separated from his estranged wife, Jordanna, at the time of writing the will ... he still gave her his home in British Columbia.

Tim Tebow is putting his relationship with Life Surge on pause after the wealth seminars reportedly left attendees in debt as part of an alleged scam.

The football legend announced he'll be taking a break as their spokesperson and pausing his relationship with the wealth-building company until he can "learn more about the facts."

Tebow also told reporters his team is investigating Life Surge in the wake of the bombshell report that claims seminar attendees were pressured into dropping $50K on investment mentorships.
