The raids on Diddy's L.A. and Miami homes may've made national news ... but real estate tycoon Josh Flagg isn't convinced the legal drama will impact the value of the properties.

We caught up with the "Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles" star ... who says Diddy's residences are still worth a pretty penny -- despite being tied to a sex trafficking investigation conducted by Homeland Security.

Josh, an L.A. native, speaks about the Bad Boy Records founder's Holmby Hills estate, which Diddy scooped up for $40M in 2014. The broker boasts it's centrally located in the A-list neighborhood and is in good condition ... aside from the feds trashing it during the raid.

9:49 AM PT -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg PD is clarifying the deliveryman only told them he had bite marks from the dog. As for whether officers actually saw those bite marks, the cops won't say -- they'll only reiterate they didn't have enough evidence to charge the deliveryman.

Angie Harmon's deceased dog was not as innocent as she claims ... at least according to the cops.

Charlotte-Mecklenburg PD tells TMZ … they are standing by their decision to not press charges against the Instacart shopper who shot and killed Angie's dog Oliver over Easter weekend.

While the cops will not say how they determined the shopper acted in self-defense, they insist the deliveryman, Christopher, did have bite marks on him from the dog.

The L.A. area mansion Serena and Venus Williams purchased years ago for their mother is hitting the market ... TMZ has learned.

We're told the tennis superstars grabbed this Woodland Hills property for their mom/coach, Oracene Price, back in 2005 ... just as their careers were skyrocketing. Oracene lived in the mansion up until 2019, when it was reportedly sold for just under $2 million.

Now the property is going back on the market, and our real estate sources tell us it will be listed for $4,649,000 starting Friday.

Ex-MMA star Mark Coleman is getting the royal treatment after heroically saving his parents from a house fire last month ... with Dana White's organization hooking him up with tickets to UFC 300!!

The former heavyweight champion shared the exciting news on Tuesday ... saying he and his daughters will be present when the big event goes down in Las Vegas next weekend.

Coleman was clearly pumped over the gesture ... showing off some punches as he exercised during his video announcement.

59-year-old Coleman even joked he would be a backup fighter on the card ... adding he can't wait to check out Max Holloway and Justin Gaethje duke it out for the "BMF" belt, as well as the main event fights between Alex Pereira and Jamahal Hill and Zhang Weili and Yan Xiaonan.

Holloway spoke out in support of Coleman on Monday ... saying the UFC legend should present the belt after the fight, as he's the REAL BMF for risking everything for his loved ones.

As we previously reported, Coleman has been on the road to recovery following the life-threatening tragedy ... but has shown great signs of improvement, even returning to the gym just days later.

7:01 PM PT -- Charlotte-Mecklenburg PD tells TMZ that the delivery driver in question did in fact claim self-defense on this matter ... and it sounds like the cops are letting it be.

They say, "The investigation revealed that a delivery driver arrived at the residence to deliver consumable goods. The driver told officers that a dog attacked him while he was at the residence and that he defended himself by firing a single gunshot, striking and mortally wounding the dog. Another dog was present at the residence but did not attack."

They go on to say that no criminal charges have been filed over this, and that CMPD's Animal Control got in the mix as well. They're not seeking out any other parties either.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Diddy and his team were shocked at the show of force when the agents entered his Holmby Hills mansion, and they wanted to review what happened by looking at footage from his security system.

We're told the feds knew the layout of the property before entering, because the first thing they did was disable the entire system so their entry would not be recorded, and then they took the hard drive, so no security footage of the raid exists.

Diddy's Los Angeles estate is attracting tons of visitors this week -- besides the feds who raided the place, and really because of them, tourists are desperate to get just a peek at the mansion.

We spoke with several tour bus companies that have been cruising by Diddy's pad a lot in the wake of Monday's shocking raids, and they say customer interest was definitely piqued by the headlines.

A couple tour companies say their buses are packed to the gills this week ... which they admit is due to this being spring break as much as it is Diddy's legal woes.
