10:51 AM PT -- Sources close to Sean "Diddy" Combs tell TMZ .... our story about Diddy drinking homemade alcohol in prison "is 100 percent true." Regarding the 3-way call, we're told it was purely personal with Diddy chatting with 2 family members and their discussion had nothing to do with issuing a statement to the New York Times.

Sean "Diddy" Combs hasn't been at his New Jersey prison digs for very long ... but he's already facing possible punishment for breaking the rules, according to a new report.

CBS News obtained prison documents that outline Diddy's first days at FCI Fort Dix, along with his mug shot that shows his name and inmate number. Diddy is serving a 4-year prison term after his federal conviction for transporting male escorts across state lines for the purpose of prostitution. The music mogul was transferred from Brooklyn's Metropolitan Detention Center to Fort Dix on October. 30.

According to the CBS News documents, Diddy has already run afoul of prison rules just a few days into his incarceration at Fort Dix. Diddy reportedly made a three-person call to discuss issuing a statement to The New York Times ... but ended up in violation of the Bureau of Prisons rules. BOP guidelines bar inmates from adding multiple people to phone calls for fear inmates could use them to coordinate criminal activity.

Sydney Sweeney’s new flick "Christy" didn’t exactly light up the box office this weekend ... and one model tells TMZ it’s ‘cause the actress kept her clothes on this time.

The cause of death is unclear, but the GoFundMe says he "passed away in a horrible incident."

Wendy Williams does not have the medical condition a judge has used to justify keeping her in a highly restrictive guardianship for more than 3 years, according to a top neurologist.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Wendy recently completed a battery of tests in NYC, and the neurologist concluded she does not have frontotemporal dementia. The neurologist provided Wendy's legal team with the results late last month.

The findings conflict with an earlier test when, according to Wendy's guardian, she tested positive for the condition.

A Florida SWAT team had an arrest fall right into their lap, literally ... because a barricaded suspect hiding in his attic fell through the ceiling and into a sea of deputies ... and it's all on video.

Check out this footage out of Sebastian, FL ... where a SWAT team and crisis negotiators were called in to capture a man with a long rap sheet who was wanted for allegedly driving a stolen car.

The Indian River County Sheriff's Office says the guy who comes crashing out of his ceiling into the waiting arms of SWAT officers is 37-year-old Keith Rodgers ... and he'd barricaded himself in his home and taken refuge in the attic after deputies confronted him about driving a truck that was reported stolen.

10:45 AM PT -- The Berkeley Police Dept. tells TMZ … the two men seen fighting in the video were initially arrested on suspicion of fighting in public at about 5 PM Monday.

After further investigation, BPD says 25-year-old Oakland resident Jihad Dphrepaulezz allegedly stole a chain from around the neck of the man in the red shirt. Dphrepaulezz was arrested on suspicion of robbery and battery resulting in injury … the other man, who police did not identify, was released.
