Shakira has scored a massive court win in Spain ... officially ending her years-long war with the country's tax authorities after a judge ruled the government unfairly pursued the singer over alleged fraud ... TMZ has learned.

Shakira's team tells TMZ ... they called the ruling an "ultimate victory" ... after Spain's National High Court sided fully with the superstar in the final open legal battle against the Spanish Tax Agency.

The court found officials couldn't prove Shakira spent the legally required 183 days in Spain to qualify as a tax resident ... with the ruling stating it was "obvious" the penalties against her were "contrary to law."

A saucy standoff exploded inside a Washington D.C. Chipotle over the weekend — and videos show all of the insane violence that went down in front of shocked customers.

An Alabama woman reported missing for more than a week was found dead on Saturday ... and a man has been charged with abuse of a corpse in connection to the case.

Karen Deann Hollis went missing on May 8 ... and friends and family feared the worst since the 23-year-old suffered from a condition that could impair her judgment ... and sadly those fears were confirmed when her body was found, reported local news station WBRC.

For the moment ... few details have been released by authorities about the case ... however, Randall Lendell Dejourney, 44, has been charged with abuse of a corpse, per the station.

Sam Houston State University is mourning the loss of defensive back William Davis, who has died at the age of 22, TMZ has confirmed.

A spokesperson for Sam Houston State University tells TMZ … "We are deeply saddened by the sudden passing of SHSU student-athlete Will Davis."

The school's Head Football Coach Phil Longo released a statement saying ... "It is with heavy hearts that we mourn the loss of Will Davis. Will was a beloved member of our Bearkat football family here at Sam Houston who touched the lives of everyone he knew."

Jaylen Brown and Stephen A. Smith have major beef ... and it just got kicked to a whole other level.

Footage circulating online shows the planes tangling together in the sky before plunging toward the ground ... with four parachutes suddenly popping open moments later.

The base was immediately locked down following the crash during the Gunfighter Skies Air Show as emergency crews rushed to the scene and investigators launched a probe.
