'Real Housewives of Orange County' alum Kelly Dodd is at the heart of a revenge porn case ... prosecutors say she shared footage of a female having sex and masturbating without their consent.

According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Kelly "unlawfully and intentionally" distributed images of a Jane Doe engaged in sexual activity.

Prosecutors say Kelly shared the revenge porn on or around August 29, 2025 ... and they say the person in the video suffered severe emotional distress. Kelly allegedly recorded the footage without the person's consent under circumstances where the person had a reasonable expectation of privacy.

O.J. Simpson trial witness Kato Kaelin and his wife, Nan Xue Kaelin, are ending their marriage after less than 5 years together ... TMZ has learned.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ ... Kato and Nan filed a joint petition for dissolution in Los Angeles County Superior Court on Wednesday.

The couple got married on September 17, 2021, and separated on August 1, 2025, according to the docs.

Darrell Sheets' autopsy report shows the toxicology report came back negative ... TMZ has confirmed.

We obtained the "Storage Wars" star autopsy ... which shows his blood was tested for cocaine, fentanyl, and other drugs, but ultimately officials determined Sheets had no drugs in his system at the time of his death.

Sheets was described as a "well-developed, well-nourished adult male" in the report as well. Us Weekly was first to report on the autopsy.

E. Jean Carroll, the former magazine columnist who accused President Trump of sexual assault, is the target of a federal criminal investigation ... according to multiple reports.

The investigation is said to be looking into whether Carroll committed perjury in testimony as part of her two civil lawsuits against Trump.

Carroll sued Trump, claiming he sexually abused her in the 1990s in a New York City department store. She sued him again in 2019 for defamation after he denied the alleged assault, saying she wasn't his type and claiming she made it all up to help sell her book.

John McClain, the co-executor of Michael Jackson's estate and a veteran music executive and producer, had been hospitalized for nearly a week after a fall at his Malibu home left him with a broken arm before he died Tuesday afternoon ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... McClain was medevacked from Malibu to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center, where he was treated for injuries suffered in the fall over the last several days.

We're told he died Tuesday afternoon at the hospital from complications related to the fall. Our sources say McClain remained vibrant and creative right up until the end. We're told funeral arrangements have not yet been made.

According to court docs obtained by TMZ, the influencer, whose real name is Nurideen Shabazz, formally entered a written plea of not guilty after his arrest on a felony charge of robbery/strongarm/attempt. The filing also demands a jury trial and requests discovery from prosecutors.

Deen's attorney, Richard Cooper, tells TMZ ... "Mr. Shabazz has had a target on his back for some time now by people wishing to make a name for themselves off of his hard work.
