Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag are being sued by someone claiming to be a former assistant who says a simple stop at the couple's house ended with their guard dog sinking its teeth into his leg.

According to a new lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, a man named Cole Gill is suing the former 'Hills' stars ... claiming he was viciously attacked by the couple's Dutch Shepherd, Ego, after stopping by their Carpinteria, CA home to pick up a credit card and run errands they had assigned him.

Gill says the attack happened on November 17, 2025, when he lawfully entered the property at Spencer and Heidi's request. He claims the dog bit into his right thigh ... leaving puncture wounds and other injuries that resulted in permanent scarring and emotional trauma.

Might have to put a longer pause on those drunk, late-night Taco Bell visits ... because the explosive diarrhea parasite is starting to go national ... and the fast food chain is under investigation for a possible connection to the outbreak.

According to The Washington Post ... the investigation is ongoing, with leafy lettuce as the leading suspect in what's causing the outbreak ... but that doesn't mean other food items can be ruled out. To be clear ... the investigation extends beyond Taco Bell locations ... with officials looking into various potential sources for the outbreak.

The man suing Stefon Diggs over alleged sexual assault claims the NFL star and his team flew him out to hang out on the weekend in question ... this according to new legal docs filed in the case.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, Chris Griffith scoffed at Stefon’s request that he turn over records related to his trip to Washington, D.C. in May 2023 ... insisting Diggs already has that info in his possession!

Chris claims he was drugged and sexually assaulted by Stefon during the trip, which Stefon adamantly denies. The NFL star sued Chris for defamation before Chris countered with his suit alleging sexual assault.

In court docs, Chris claims Stefon’s request that he turn over travel docs is a bit absurd since he says Stefon and his team were responsible for making the travel arrangements.

Travis Scott's 2024 yacht meltdown is back making waves ... because the boat workers involved are now suing him, claiming the rapper turned a luxury charter into a violent nightmare.

According to court documents, obtained by TMZ, the crew says Travis chartered a yacht in Miami in 2024, brought along several women, security, and alcohol ... and things allegedly spiraled after he demanded to take out a jet ski, which the captain says he refused because Travis appeared too intoxicated.

The captain claims Travis then ordered the captain to head to a nearby marina before suddenly jumping off the boat onto a dock ... leaving his guests stranded aboard for roughly 30 minutes.

19-year-old Lucas Roper and a 17-year-old juvenile were arrested by police on Monday ... almost three months after the death of Daniel Erving. Cops say the three teens jumped off a railroad bridge into Lake Ray Hubbard in Dallas, and Daniel drowned.

The arrest affidavit alleges the teens fled the scene in Roper's car ... throwing Daniel's clothing into a tree line near the bridge, and chucking his phone out the window.

Captain Chesley "Sully" Sullenberger says he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's last year ... though he's not letting it stop him from living his life.

The pilot -- who famously landed a commercial airplane on the Hudson River during a 2009 emergency -- says he was diagnosed in August 2025 after he noticed he'd begun to forget things.

In a statement, Sully explained ... "It is early stage. For now, this means a name may not come easily to me, I forget a story I have recently told, or I don’t sleep as well, but I am in the beginning of this long journey.”
