Rob Reiner and Michele Singer Reiner were honored at Sunday's Los Angeles Dodgers game ... and their son, Jake, and daughter, Romy, threw out the ceremonial first pitches.

Jake and Romy walked out to the mound in their custom "Reiner" Dodgers jerseys ... and they hugged after throwing their baseballs.

Rob, a lifelong Dodgers fan, was honored before the game in an emotional tribute.

Jake had previously written in a heartbreaking post that he and and his father shared love of the Dodgers -- and he wouldn't be able to set foot in Dodger Stadium without thinking about him -- so this was definitely a fitting way to honor his memory.

There was high drama Sunday at NYC's famed Brooklyn Bridge, where a naked man jumped from the top of the span and plunged into the East River -- and survived!

And get this ... the insane incident was all caught on dramatic video shot by stunned onlookers, who posted the footage to social media.

NYPD sources tell TMZ ... the 44-year-old man climbed up to the top of the north tower before removing all of his clothes. We're told he was carrying a Kazakhstan flag, which he affixed to the bridge.

Phony toxicology reports in the Nolan Wells case are spreading across social media ... and people connected to the case are warning everyone not to fall for them.

Russell Latino -- who represents Nolan's friend Bart Edminson Jr. -- sounded the alarm on Facebook ... saying officials have not publicly released Nolan's toxicology results and some of the fakes circulating online look extremely real if you don't know what to watch for.

He ripped the broader disinformation surrounding Nolan's death ... saying it undermines the actual investigation and adding ... "Someone's death should not be your entertainment. Touch grass today."

A pistol-packing bystander turn into a hero during the Idaho In-N-Out mass shooting, blasting away at the suspect as the deadly violence unfolded on video.

The Idaho Stateman reports that Jordan Salinas drove to the In-N-Out restaurant in Twin Falls for lunch with his girlfriend on Saturday afternoon when, all of a sudden, bullets started whizzing through the air. 

Police say 24-year-old Chad Williams opened fire at the diners with what appeared to be a large rifle, killing three people and injuring seven others.

Courtney Love once asked the Seattle Police Department to give her their death investigation file on Kurt Cobain ... and keep zero copies ... a request one detective said was outrageous.

Kurt's widow made the demand in October 1995 ... about 18 months after the Nirvana frontman died by suicide in their Seattle home ... according to the "Who Killed Kurt?" investigative group, citing a newly unearthed document.

Stephanie hopped on Instagram over the weekend, claiming the villa she was renting in Southern France was the setting for a home burglary.

In one of several IG posts about the incident, Stephanie wrote, “Cannes and St Tropez are great.. until it’s your turn to get ROBBED 😭😫.”

He’s as excited as a lot of his players are to be here. The Giants are a historic franchise, and he wants to restore the glory. He expressed it. I loved it. I think that’s what football players need. They need raw emotion and energy and enthusiasm, and he brings it.”

Sid Wilson is back in public for the first time since getting the boot from Slipknot ... making a low-key appearance as he headed into a recording studio in Los Angeles.

In video obtained by TMZ, Sid is seen arriving at the studio with a friend just days after we broke the story that he was out of the legendary heavy metal band.

Sid was asked point-blank if he'd been fired from Slipknot, but he didn't bite. Instead, the DJ kept his head down and stayed silent as his friend flashed a smile and joked, "We are late for church man," before the pair disappeared inside the studio.

Sid -- one of Slipknot's nine original members -- had been with the group since 1999 and has long been recognized for his turntable work and high-energy stage presence.
