Nolan Wells Friends Heading To Horn Island ... To Investigate

Nolan Wells' friends are launching an investigation of their own ... with their attorneys heading to Horn Island to get a firsthand look at where the 18-year-old disappeared, and where he was found dead.

Attorneys J. Tyler Cox and Edward Andrew Paltzik tell TMZ in a joint statement ... they, along with their clients, plan to inspect the Mississippi barrier island Friday as they begin investigating Nolan's death on behalf of their clients -- Warren Hudson, Jax Pitalo and Morgan Seymour.

They stress they won't be gathering evidence during the visit ... saying the purpose is to understand the island's "layout and dynamics." Paltzik "needs to lay eyes on the island himself."

Kevin Hart Company Takes Legal L ... In Effort to Keep Fight With Ex-Employees Out of Public Eye

Kevin Hart's company was shut down in its effort to keep a legal battle with two former employees out of the public eye and handled in private arbitration ... TMZ has learned.

According to court docs, obtained by TMZ, a Los Angeles Superior County Court judge denied Kevin's request to move his case against Eric Eddings and Lesley Gwam to arbitration, which would keep it out of the public court system.

The court found the agreements Eric and Lesley signed with Kevin's company, Hartbeat, had arbitration provisions but found that the ex-employees made a "persuasive showing" that the arbitration agreements were unconscionable and could not be enforced against them. As such, the judge denied Hartbeat's motion to move the case to arbitration.

Vincent Pastore's fellow 'Sopranos' stars honored him at a private funeral in New York ... and the place was so packed, people had to be turned away ... TMZ has learned.

The beloved actor's family, friends and colleagues filed into the Lloyd Maxcy & Sons Beauchamp Chapel in New Rochelle on Wednesday to pay their respects.

We're told the memorial was invite-only ... but word quickly spread, and folks started showing up in droves ... and they had to be turned away at the door.

Some famous faces made sure to honor Vinnie ... including 'Sopranos' actors Kathrine Narducci, Al Sapienza, and Michael Rispoli ... plus "A Bronx Tale" star Chazz Palminteri.

Alleged Pennsylvania Pedophile Hit With Thousands of Felony Charges

A Pennsylvania man accused of raping an underage girl is facing 5,538 criminal charges ... and prosecutors say it may be a record number of charges for one case.

According to court records, 37-year-old Nicholas Allen Spencer was charged with a truckload of mostly felony offenses, including rape, rape threats, statutory sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault without consent, forcible compulsion, threat of forcible compulsion, and on and on. Prosecutors say the alleged victim told police Spencer raped her almost daily for several years until a friend convinced her to report the abuse to authorities.

Almost 4,000 of the charges are FELONIES.

Tami Fees, Clearfield County Deputy District Attorney, tells TMZ ... the eye-popping amount of charges is "probably our largest case ever" in the county and the same likely holds true for the entire state of Pennsylvania.

A man accused of targeting NFL players in a fake e-commerce scheme was found dead in a swimming pool in New Jersey, officials announced.

The body of 24-year-old Mohamed Coulibaly was discovered at a Harrison Township home on Friday ... after officers conducted a welfare check triggered by family members expressing concern for his well-being, according to ABC.

Coulibaly was recently accused of organizing a scam to swindle athletes of their salaries by offering them stakes in what appeared to be successful online stores ... only for the impressive sales logs to be completely bogus, Barron's reported last month.

According to Scott County Jail's inmate records, LaTisha was released from prison Wednesday morning ... and she'll be out until a decision's made about her appeal.

Nolan Wells Death Threat Suspect Demands 'Justice for That Boy'

The man accused of making chilling threats over Nolan Wells' death had a message for the FBI as he was hauled to jail -- justice for Nolan.

According to a newly filed FBI report, obtained by TMZ, Joseph Alfredo Vasquez Dumarce was arrested July 29 at a West Sacramento, CA library ... and while FBI agents drove him to jail, one agent told him she wouldn't question him about his federal charges -- but Dumarce apparently started talking anyway.

According to the report, Dumarce said he knew "what this was about" and acknowledged his words got him in trouble ... before adding, "I hope they get justice for that boy."

Influencer Sydney Towle accepted her cancer battle was coming to an end ... with her family telling TMZ she was "at peace" in her final days and didn't resist the decision to enter hospice care.

Sydney's brother, Austin, tells TMZ ... after exhausting every available option, Sydney came to terms with her prognosis. He says their mother told him Sydney "wasn't upset" when the conversation turned to hospice and simply accepted it, saying she had done "anything I can."

Austin says Sydney hoped to participate in a clinical trial before making the transition, but ultimately accepted hospice care after realizing there were no remaining treatment options.

He tells us the family is now working through funeral arrangements, though Austin says logistics are still being finalized and no date has been set for a memorial service.

Nolan Wells Friend Warren's Fam Shares Alleged Death Threats

Warren Hudson's family is sharing some of the threatening messages they say they've received since Nolan Wells' death ... and they certainly sound alarming.

Warren's dad, Benjamin Hudson, sent audio to the SunHerald that allegedly features the various threats people have called in, including one that says ... "Justice for Nolan Wells. Son for a son."

Another caller says Ben is the "father of a murderer."

A different voicemail, filled with profanities and vulgar insults, said ... "Don't run now." The caller also said the Hudson family is "gonna get what the (expletive) coming to you."
