Robert Carradine’s family is suing the regents of the University of California, alleging serious failures at UCLA contributed to the actor’s death earlier this year.

The wrongful-death and elder-abuse lawsuit filed on Friday claims Carradine entered UCLA’s locked psychiatric unit seeking treatment and hoping the structured environment would "help with his anxiety," according to documents obtained by TheWrap.

According to the lawsuit, however, the family believes UCLA failed to follow important safety procedures during Carradine’s stay ... one of the key allegations centers on a belt Carradine reportedly had with him when he was admitted.

Blueface and Chrisean Rock were allegedly pulled over by San Diego Police following the rapper’s show Saturday night ... and the tense encounter was all captured on his livestream.

According to what appeared to unfold on the livestream, Blueface, Chrisean and others were stopped by members of the San Diego Police Department shortly after his performance at Blu Temple/Blu Cabana.

Cops are seen asking the rapper and members of his camera crew to exit the vehicle. Video from the livestream appeared to show Blueface and others temporarily placed in handcuffs, while Chrisean held her young son, Chrisean Jr., whom Blueface has repeatedly denied being the biological father of.

Two people died -- including a 5-month-old girl -- and 12 others plunged into the waters near NYC's Statue of Liberty after their boat capsized Saturday night, according to law enforcement.

NYPD sources tell TMZ ... the terrifying incident occurred off the coast of Liberty Island in New York Harbor, where the world famous monument stands ... 14 people were on the boat that suddenly overturned, causing them to be thrown into the choppy waters.

Our sources say NYPD Aviation and Harbor Units quickly responded, along with a scuba diving team, after receiving a call for an overturned vessel.
