Reggie Bannister, best known for battling the Tall Man throughout the "Phantasm" horror franchise, has died ... TMZ has learned.

Reggie's wife, Gigi tells TMZ ... the actor died early Sunday morning at their cabin in Crestline, located in California's San Bernardino County mountains. She tells us Reggie was happy to be home during his final moments and died peacefully.

Gigi says Reggie was exposed to Agent Orange while serving in Vietnam and later battled Lewy body dementia and Parkinson's disease.

Erika Eleniak is ready to make waves again ... 'cause she's joined OnlyFans at 56 years old.

The former "Baywatch" star tells TMZ ... she's launching an OnlyFans account featuring a more personal and playful look at her life, complete with photos, videos, beach content and plenty of barefoot shots for fans with a thing for feet.

The filing states prosecutors declined to file charges because "testimonial evidence received is not corroborated by any physical or other evidence and is therefore insufficient to obtain a conviction."

In other words, it sounds like prosecutors didn't feel there was enough evidence for an easy conviction.

The health update comes just days after ZZ Top cancelled their August 5 show at the Hollywood Bowl.

Tyler faces three sexual exploitation charges -- including allegations involving inducement or enticement, possession with intent and video -- along with two counts of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

The nearly 3-minute audio clip kicks off with Quentin McDowell calling the 911 operator to report that he was assaulted at a residence in Atlanta.

McDowell tells the operator he heard a knock at the back door and, when he answered it, he saw a bunch of guys standing outside and they all ran up and attacked him.

Jon Cypher -- who famously played Prince Charming opposite Julie Andrews in the original TV production of "Cinderella" -- is dead.

The actor died August 3 at his home in Central Point, Oregon, with his wife of 40 years, Carol Rosin, by his side ... his family announced.

A cause of death was not disclosed.

Jon became a familiar face on television as the politically ambitious Police Chief Fletcher Daniels on "Hill Street Blues," appearing throughout the acclaimed drama's run.
