Tim Curry died from coronary artery disease, TMZ has confirmed.

The Los Angeles County Department of Public Health made the determination -- first reported on by People -- that coronary artery disease was Tim's main cause of death. Kidney cancer and his history of strokes were listed as underlying causes.

We broke the story ... Tim died at his Los Angeles-area home on Tuesday. Law enforcement sources told us no foul play was suspected.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Denise Richards’ estranged husband, Aaron Phypers, claims he's been in an increasingly dire financial situation since their bitter split.

Aaron filed a declaration in court claiming Denise still owes him more than $23K in unpaid support payments. Denise was ordered to pay him $5K a month in temporary support earlier this year.

In his filing, Aaron claims Denise has only been paying a portion of the support, which put him in a bad spot. He said he was evicted from the home he was living in and claims he had no power, water, gas, or cell phone access.

"The NBA announced today that the LA Clippers and Kawhi Leonard have been penalized for violating the salary cap circumvention rules contained in the league’s Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA) with the National Basketball Players Association (NBPA)," the league said.

As we reported, Tiger struck a plea deal in his DUI case, pleading no contest to reckless driving and refusing to take a urine test. The deal included Tiger pledging not to drive a motor vehicle for the next 5 years.

And the judge fired off this warning to Tiger in court ... "There are no exceptions. If you were to drive for any reason at all, you would go immediately back to jail."

TMZ obtained the death certificate for Peter, who died on August 26, 2026, at his Los Angeles home in the Toluca Lake neighborhood. The immediate cause was cardiac arrest due to respiratory arrest.

 The underlying cause was listed as malignant neoplasm of the lower lobe of the lungs.

Saylor Hayes' Parents Previous Child-Neglect Cases Before Mysterious Death

Saylor Hayes' parents apparently didn't have perfect parenting records even before her shocking death ... because they were allegedly the subjects of previous child-neglect cases.

According to FITSNews ... John Herb Hayes III and Geordyn Nichole Hayes faced charges in Virginia in 2023 and 2026, respectively.

In the 2023 case, John Hayes was charged with two counts of child abuse or neglect, demonstrating a reckless disregard for human life after two minor children -- identified as J.H. and S.H. -- tested positive for drugs.

Regarding the outstanding warrant associated with Chico's arrest, the warrant was related to a non-drug-related civil matter. Chico and his legal representatives are addressing the matter through the appropriate legal channels."

James and Chico DeBarge were arrested last week for drug possession during a traffic stop in Los Angeles -- and cops say they found possible fentanyl and meth on the 80s singing sensations.

Our law enforcement sources tell us ... James and Chico were busted on the night of August 27 in Burbank, CA, after police pulled them over for traffic violations.

We're told James was driving a Chevy Tahoe that was towing a Nissan SUV with Chico sitting inside. Our sources say the SUVs did not have license plates and the siblings were not wearing seatbelts ... both of which would be traffic violations.
