Lady Gaga and her fiancé, Michael Polansky, are NOT married ... despite speculation in a tabloid report ... TMZ has learned.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... the pair have NOT tied the knot and remain engaged. We're told close family members saw Gaga and Michael together within the last couple of weeks and know they are not married.

The report also suggested Gaga and Michael moved to Northern California, specifically Marin County ... but our sources say they remain Malibu residents. We're told the couple may have visited the area, but they have not relocated.

TikToker Kirby Johnson's father Gordon Johnson became "verbally violent" during an altercation with his wife that landed him in jail ... at least according to cops, who say he told them it all started after his better half made fun of the way he was breathing.

According to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ, Gordon told cops his wife "got annoyed at the way he was breathing, started imitating him, and they argued back and forth."

Gordon denied making any threats to harm her, but his wife told cops he threatened her, saying "I'll f***ing kill you" after she says she learned of his infidelity ... this according to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office.

TikTok stars Squirmy and Grubs are having a baby ... announcing that their little one is coming in January!

The influencers -- real names Hanna and Shane Burcaw -- shared the happy news Tuesday on, where else, social media. They announced she is 20 weeks pregnant and shared ultrasound photos.

According to The Wall Street Journal, the OCC board voted 5-1 to recommend the House Ethics Committee dismiss allegations that Omar filed false or incomplete financial information.

The eldest son of Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann had his attorneys file a motion to transfer the case to juvenile court for confidentiality proceedings ... TMZ has confirmed.

In other words, the 15-year-old wants legal proceedings to play out in juvenile court, away from the public eye. Page Six was first to report the filing.

A court date has been set for Friday ... so it will be interesting to see if the motion is granted.

Dolly Parton's sister Stella Parton says some of her relatives were caught off guard by her death ... because not everyone in the family knew she had cancer.

Stella told "CBS Mornings" in an interview with Gayle King airing Thursday ... "She didn’t want a lot of the family worried about it. Some of us knew, the ones that were closer, but not every relative." 

The 77-year-old made a good point ... the legendary singer just "did not want people sad."

A beloved Los Angeles-area coyote named Wendy survived being shot in the face ... but the damage was so horrific that vets ultimately had to put her down.

The 3-year-old coyote had become a familiar sight around Studio City, where locals noticed a huge growth on the side of her face and wildlife rescuers spent weeks trying to catch her.

Once they finally did, vets discovered the awful truth ... Wendy had been shot with a pellet gun, and two pellets were still lodged in her head.

Influencer Olivia Oras is dead after an alleged cosmetic procedure went terribly wrong ... and now cops are investigating her death as aggravated manslaughter.

The Finnish social media star died September 3 after losing consciousness under anesthesia at a private clinic in Helsinki, according to her parents.

Olivia was rushed to Helsinki University Hospital before the procedure even began ... but she was later pronounced dead.
