Can't slow Lionel Richie down ... cuz he's out of the hospital!!!

The 77-year-old singer stepped out saying 'Hello' to the fans while on the town with his girlfriend, Lisa Parigi, as they attended a party in Beverly Hills Saturday night ... and it seems like his recent hospitalization is merely a distant memory.

Looking sharp in a navy jacket with matching pants ... Lionel kept it casual with some white sneakers and a thumbs up to the camera.

The 5th annual Tender Fest took place this weekend in Beverly Hills, and two things it was not short of were chicken tenders and celebrities! 

Yes, a food festival solely featuring chicken tenders does exist and we were front and center for the festivities. The event featured vendors from all over the country, including Tender Crush, Pizzeria Mozza, Raising Cane’s, Delilah, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and con-tender competition winner and popular LA Thai restaurant, Jitlada. 

Lizzo, who was a judge for this year's con-tender competition -- a face-off between local LA Chefs -- spoke to us and told us what she thinks goes into the perfect chicken tender.

George Lucas' Museum for Narrative Art has officially launched ... and all the stars were out for the Galaxy's biggest night!

Influencer star Ash Trevino has filed a lawsuit against a woman she says called her probation officer in the hopes that the influencer would get a violation of her supervised release ... before posting the whole recorded call on her TikTok.

In a Sept. 17 filing ... Ash's legal team claimed that Raelene Ortega called her probation officer ... and alleged that the influencer was "making threats" and using "racial slurs" online against a restaurant she claimed Trevino had publicly criticized.

When the officer told her she could report any illegal activities to the police, the filing -- which lists Stephanie Lama as a co-defendant -- claims Raelene said ... "OK, but, that's no[t] like violation of her, of her probation?"

Ed Sheeran revealed that he had to drastically alter his stage performance for his Philadelphia concert ... and it was all because he was worried fans might pelt him mid-show!

At one point in the performance ... he told the crowd that he initially was going to perform on a B Stage ... but he decided against it.
